The hotel itself is actually good, but the check-in process was a complete disaster. I didn't receive an email with the access code, so I was stuck outside unable to get in. Every time I called the hotel information number provided, they either hung up immediately or I got a message saying: "Your call cannot be taken at this moment." After about an hour, I finally managed to reach someone who gave me the code so I could check in. It was incredibly frustrating, especially after traveling all day.

The room was quite spacious, but the shower pressure was really weak, alternating between scalding hot and freezing cold. Everything else was perfect, though.

Self-check-in, no free luggage storage. The room was quite clean and the location is excellent, close to the main train station, just a few minutes' walk, which is convenient for travelers.

Location wise its excellent as it is just a few minutes walk to Munich main train station. Room is okay quite spacious and daily cleaning was available. Electric kettle also provided in the room. Initially I had trouble entering the hotel as it is self check in using code and there was error a few times trying to get in but good thing the customer service was quick to respond. So overall its a good stay experience.

The stay was pleasant it is in strategic location right near to the main station, walkable and easy excess to U-bahn, S—bahn. There are plenty of eating places around the hotel. Highly recommended and the price is reasonable for the location highlight

Rooms are new and clean, comfy beds and great facilities. Only problem is the wifi. Depending on where your room is. First 2 nights got a corner attic room and couldnt get the wifi at all, in fact i had to connect to the wifi of the hotel loewe which is ridiculous because that hotel wifi router is further than the router of the hotel. Feel like im not the only one who complained about it.

Also, if you arrive after 11pm, you have to go to the partner hostel on the other street just to get the passcode to enter. I dont understand why they cant email or message us the code, its just a 4 digit number. Have contacted trip.com customer to call them to check and they said no alternative.. Unique to each customer yes, but not like we're going to share the code with people we're travelling with? Need a better system for this

The location is the best. The wifi is very slow. The room was very clean but the bathrooom drain is somewhat clogged up. The staff were friendly and approachable. They speak both english and Deutsch.

Single room, plenty of space. But there is a problem that there is no WiFi when living on the fifth floor.
