Super clean, very comfortable. The downstairs lounge is spacious and comfortable for all kinds of uses. Check-in was smooth and easy with clear instructions. WiFi was strong. Free laundry facilities onsite and lots of cleaning supplies.

clean bedroom, although low bed on the floor might have been tricky for elderly generation. TV difficult to work, and no instructions. Great shower and bathroom. not enough pillows given the low bed against the ledge. curtains don't reach the edges which means street light comes in, not ideal. Very helpful reception staff and delicious breakfast.

Brilliant for what it is. It's clean the rooms are new. Good size bathrooms bedroom with sat TV, good hanging space and with crisp white sheets. This location is great too. Quiet at night. Alive in the day. A good find

I stayed in the hotel one night and liked the simplicity of the room and the modern look of the toilet. Internet was free and with good speed rates. Bed was really confortable. There was a table offering enough space to work and a good variety of beverages in the minibar.

On the whole, good experience. Reception staff were cordial and helpful. Only shortcoming was that I was not informed beforehand that breakfast commences at 7 AM on week-ends. I was in a hurry since I had to catch a morning flight and so, I wanted to have breakfast at 6-30 AM. However, ultimately, there was no problem as the kitchen staff was very helpful and provided full breakfast services at 6-30.. Suggestion: (1)Tea / Coffee making facility should be available in the room. (2) Electric sockets are kept very low - difficult for elderly people to bend down and connect.

This is a great hotel just outside of Munich Center. Its very easy to get to on the ubahn (subway). Less than a 5 minute ride from the Hauptbahnhoff. The staff at the front desk were always cheerful and helpful. They will order you a cab if you need it, and gave some really great food recommendations. The rooms are very spacious even by European standards. The cleaning staff made sure our room was clean each day with fresh linens and soap, etc. The neighborhood was very peaceful and quiet and allowed us to sleep in each day even with the windows open. I loved it!

Got a double room; it's fairly spartan but comfortable. Shower is nice, staff is friendly and spoke excellent English. Only complaint is that the pillows are horrendous, and there's no overhead light in the room.
