Drei Loewen in Munchen

This hotel is super close, only about a 5-minute walk from Munich Central Station. The hotel itself is a bit older, but it's very well-maintained and clean. For a Japanese person, the room felt incredibly spacious and comfortable.

The mattress was very uncomfortable, which made it hard to sleep. However, the staff were very friendly and helpful.

The room was clean and the location was great.

The location was great. Easy to access everything in the city. The staff was helpful and nice. The breakfast was really German. In general, would recommend this hotel for anyone.

Very nice hotel near the main train station. If you're coming by train, this is the best and closest hotel.

It’s very good and easy to go to Munich central station. And it’s very close by the restaurant.

Location is perfect, next to the main station. Lots of restaurants and Old town is right next to it. Rooms big and cozy, bed is very comfortable. Staff is amazing!

Now for the service; They are absolutely amazing. My boyfriend forgot his bracelet at this room, I messaged the hotel to see if they found it and if possible to send it back home. They found the bracelet, took it to the post office and it has finally arrived. They were fast to respond and notified me with updates! We are extremely grateful for their help and absolutely recommend this hotel for staying! I wish I could give more, but know that these 5 stars are from the bottom of our hearts!

Upon arriving at the hotel in the morning, we dropped off our luggage and went out. We returned at the scheduled check-in time of 2 PM, only to find our room in complete disarray and not yet cleaned. After showing photos to the front desk, they immediately arranged for housekeeping. We had to wait for about an hour for the room to be ready. However, Tsira Patsuria at the front desk handled the situation exceptionally well. She offered us tea and pastries while we waited and apologized, explaining that it was Oktoberfest and there was a high volume of guests checking in. She also kindly waived the charges for the draft beer and the snacks in our room. The hotel is very close to the main train station, making it convenient for getting around. The suite was spacious, and the breakfast was excellent, with plenty of cheese and salmon, just what I like. I would definitely consider staying here again.
