The carpet in the room was a bit dark and the lighting was a little dim, which made it feel less warm. The cleanliness was good, and I really enjoyed the breakfast tea bar, which offered a variety of herbal teas – perfect for relaxing. The front desk staff were friendly and accommodating to customer needs.

Great value for money, very convenient for getting around, and the hotel food is delicious. The environment is quiet, the hotel is clean, and the service is excellent. The room is also spacious. I stayed for 5 nights and it was super convenient for day trips around Munich.

It was pretty good. The hygiene was decent, and the location was convenient. The drinks, beer, and water in the fridge were all complimentary. If I come back to Munich for a business trip, I'll definitely choose this place again.

A wonderful location, just within walking distance from the main train station hbf. The room is big and clean. The hotel staff were very polite and provide great service. Best of all, there is a complimentary mini bar, with beer , fruit juices and many more. Best breakfast with German sausages, varieties of cakes, breads and etc.
One of the best hotel in Munich. Will be back again here if by any chance visiting Munich.

Appreciate Mercure for the goodwill upgrade to a loft room with a separate living room area from the bedroom. Great gesture by the hotel as well to provide daily complimentary mini bar and amenities like bathrobes. Overall good comfy stay within walking distance to hbf and tram!

The halal food and halal supermarket is just 5 mins away from the hotel. The Coffee shop near the hotel taste good to. Near to the mall and everything. Superb!

The location is great! About 5 mins walk from Munchen hbf. We got free upgrade to a loft room which is nice and perfect. Reception staff was friendly, he also recommend some Christmas market for us to visit.

Room is excellent. Very spacious room for 3 of us. Bathroom had shower/shampoo/conditioner/hand soap and hand lotion. There were also complimentary drinks provided in our room''s mini bar. Breakfast was awesome, wide varieties and was very fresh. Definitely to book again when back in Munich.

Service: The guy at the front desk spoke excellent English, easy to understand with no accent, and check-in was very quick. Breakfast was great, with a good variety and delicious options. The mini bar was a big plus – you could refill drinks for free, free, free~! There's a LIDL supermarket just 50 meters away, which was really convenient. There's also a Bavarian-style restaurant nearby that serves sausages and pork knuckles and stays open until after 10 PM.
Hygiene: The drainpipe under the sink did have a bit of a sewage smell, so remember to plug it.
The hotel itself feels safe and has a safe in the room, but it's very close to the train station, and you can tell the area is a bit mixed, with quite a few Black people. I'd recommend trying not to return too late at night.
