Booked this room with a friend, we requested separate beds and received a room like that. Clean but a little small. Gym was okay.

The location of the hotel is pleasing, it is a 6-minute walk from one of the major S-Bahn stations, Savignyplatz, where you will also find lovely cafes, bookshops, local supermarkets, resturants and bars. The neighbourhood is quiet, and people are friendly.
One complaint I would have is tthat he escalator from the ground floor to the first floor (the reception is on first floor) is broken, and it could be quite confusing for travellers with bulky luggages and not knowing where to look for a lift.

Terrible hotel !
This hotel should be called "Best DDR" not "Best Western"!
We stayed at this hotel during a week when the temperature was -10 degrees Celsius, and the only heating system in the room, the air conditioner, wasn't working. We froze! The grumpy and indifferent reception staff didn't even care about our situation.

Room service was practically non-existent. We stayed for 8 days, and the bed linens were never changed. We had to ask the reception for complimentary items like coffee and tea, and each time we had to watch the displeased faces of the staff. Judging by the attitude and behavior of the hotel staff, we couldn't help but wonder if we were actually in Germany or the DDR.

Great hotel, friendly staff, big room, modern decor,big comfy double bed, TV, Safe, tea and cofffee. Best priced for central location. Really good Tapas at restaraunt next Door EL Dorado. Christmas markets a two minute walk. Highly recommended.

A bit far from Zoologisch Garten, more closed to savyniz Platz if you arrive with public transport. Elevator is legacy, room layout a bit weird

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Best Western Plus Plaza Berlin Kurfürstendamm, and I must say, it was a fantastic base for exploring all that Berlin has to offer! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the quiet yet well-appointed room, complete with a kettle and fridge, which made it feel like a home away from home. The bed was incredibly comfy, and the wet room shower was a refreshing delight.

The breakfast was nothing short of excellent, offering a wide choice of delights. The coconut kuche quickly became my favorite! What truly set this hotel apart was the friendly and helpful staff. They graciously allowed me into my room early and even surprised me with a complimentary upgrade, which was much appreciated.

I am already looking forward to my next stay at this wonderful hotel. It’s a top choice for anyone wanting to immerse themselves in the vibrant city of Berlin!
