WiFi sucks, no air conditioning. Everything else was amazing. Room was fairly big, bed was comfy and clean. There IS an elevator.
There is a free sauna upstairs with several options that were very relaxing. The breakfast is incredible. When I saw it was 15€, I wasn't sure if I should do it, but I'm glad I did. They had traditional breakfast foods from many different cultures - everything you can imagine and more. My favorite were the wild berries! If you've never tasted wild, organic berries, you haven't lived - normal berries will never be the same again. Breakfast is all you can eat and also open for like 5 hours, so stick around and pig out.

The room is visually clean, it smells a little funny. Maybe cleaning products or a cheap room spray. The walls could use some new paint. Instead of closets, there is just an open clothes rack in the entrance area of the room, Sleeves hanging over the door area. Here, too, there is a double bed on one side of the wall. As a double room for me would not be okay. All in all, it goes for a couple of nights as accommodation. 4 stars I have never seen anything different. Let's see how the Breakfast is tomorrow.

Fantastic place to stay with friendly multilingual staff. Clean rooms and a great buffet style breakfast. Close to transport links whilst being in a quiet location
Rude Racist staff!! booked a room for one night some weeks ago.. and during the breakfast the waiter at the breakfast bar repeatedly asked me if i was really a guest in the hotel.. i told several time that yes i was even told him my room number.. but he kept doubting i was telling the truth!!
Helpful staff, good breakfast selection served until 12 at the weekends. Also allowed us to check in early and leave our luggage on our last day.
Very nice Hotel in a Central location. The chef is a Talent! So good I have rarely eaten in a hotel restaurant.

Rooms are small compared to US standards. Beds are comfy, rooms are very clean. Hotel staff is exceptional
