The service was nice, the staff were accommodative to my requests and helped ensure that everything was smooth. The facilities were decent but the hotel is catered more for individuals wanting to tour the city.

Convenient location and comfortable beds. Gym is a big plus. Took off one star as the rooms are a bit noisy: you can hear footsteps and muffled voices from neighboring rooms.

While the staff was nice and the hotel is overall good, it seems like management may not be investing in it so strongly. I asked twice to get soap replenished and room service didn’t do it for the full 7 nights I stayed, thus running out in the middle of my stay, there is a gym but the machines all malfunction and stop in the middle of a workout and no functioning water for the gym… limited amenities in the room: no fridge, kettle, ironing board, coffee, etc. overall, still okay given affordable but not up to par with my usual Moxy

This is a budget hotel with a more basic, mid-range feel. The carpet has a strong smell, and there’s no minibar in the room. While it’s affordable, I’ve stayed in better hotels in Berlin. On the plus side, it’s close to both the metro and train stations, which is convenient. The neighborhood is also average — not the best area to stay in Berlin, but not the worst either.

Upon arrival, I was informed that the hotel was overbooked and was asked to walk to a nearby “equally good” hotel—whatever that meant. I walked over, only to find there was no booking under my name. After several phone calls, the issue was finally sorted, but I was then placed in a very basic room, which I wouldn’t even rate as 3 stars.

Friendly staff, nice big room. The hotel was close to the railway station and metro. Berlin was a very emotional trip for us. We loved every minute.

Booked twin beds. There was 1 bed with 2 separate mattresses, made up as 1 bed (1 duvet).
A separate bed has been added to the room. As a result, there is little walking space.
Very good in terms of hygiene. Clean towels and clean toilet/shower every day.

I got instead a non-Smoking room a Smoking room, that's Great.
The room stinks and is also at night very loud. The bathroom is newly renovated and clean. The carpet is old and worn-out. The TV is a CRT device with a 30-cm diagonal. In front of the Lift we are waiting for 5 ... 7 minutes until he comes, because of the Overload. The wifi did not work on the first day. As the four-star Hotel has received not obvious to me. The staff is, with exceptions, friendly.
the Hotel is very old and only in small Parts renovated. Here I come no more.
