Overall it is a good hotel as a two star hotel. It is clean and the bed is very comfortable. I got the small and cheap room for a night and I was satisfied. Check in is not flexible though and the location is a bit far from the central train station, but there is another train station right across the street.

A very simple hotel, directly opposite Lichtenberg train station. Check-in was friendly and professional. The reception is only manned at certain times, in the mornings and evenings the route leads through the back courtyard, the lobby and reception area are closed. The room was very, very simply furnished, a power strip by the bed made up for the fact that there were no other accessible power sockets. I had to make the bed myself, the inside part was only partially in the cover. There was also no fridge, coffee machine or anything like that, but that is to be expected in this class. The bathroom in my room was spacious, what bothered me was that there was only one sachet of shampoo, enough for one use, for the whole stay. Breakfast was also very simple. There was coffee in pots and what you would expect in a 2-star hotel.

Not luxury, but awesome for the price/location. Rooms are standard, clean, have a safe and a small fridge. Location is great-directly across from the train station, with easy connections everywhere. Very friendly staff!

Nice hotel with clean rooms and perfect view.
We hadn’t any problems with registration and our room.
The bed is very comfortable for quality sleep and rest.

The house is getting old and cannot be overlooked, especially in the bathroom. But the room and bathroom were clean. The woman at the reception was friendly. The access to the parking spaces in the yard is definitely not for large cars. I was lucky and found a parking space 100 m further along the side of the road. The breakfast buffet was clear, but sufficient for my needs.

One of the worst hotels I've ever been to in my life!! Rooms are fine but the plumbing smells a bit bad. Service at the worst place I have received Booking 2 people a place in the hotel! The first evening we arrived, the reception was closed on us and we could not get the room, we had to wait on the street for 8 hours On other days only one of them had a key, there was never anyone at the reception that you could take a key to the room or get help getting into the room Monday morning my friend is in a sleeper room and I came back at 2 pm and you couldn't enter the hotel because no one is at the reception. In any case you go to the hotel you can't enter the room you rented for the best money it's simply the worst place with the disgusting services I received If you value yourself, don't come here because you won't get a pizza either. I would be happy to get 50 percent with no more than my money. Such experiences have not even been had in India!!

Location: very practical, just in front of the subway (S Bahn + U Bahn).
Rooms: clean and large. The full size mirror in the bathroom is a +++
Service is great, they respect your privacy and their efficience for cleaning up is unbelievable.
However, I will never understand why (few) customers speak loud in common areas. Whatever.

The worst Hotel I know what I have in my life.

Dirty with stains covered the carpet floor. Chairs full of spot edges. Curtains from the leadership torn. Absolutely bad bed. Rooms at the train station, loud and smelly. Suite facility from 1980
Shower curtain to be sucked in to the body. Handles broken and mold edges. Toilet paper so thin you could see through. Silver fish in the bathroom. Interior of the Hotel is absolutely old.
Breakfast ok but not good. Staff are not trained.
This is not a Hotel I can recommend. Price performance is not justified. The three stars would need to be deleted.

The price-performance ratio is not correct. Outdated and incomplete interior, road noise that penetrates through the window and muffeliger, messy overall impression influenced our stay. Really only something to sleep on.
