We ordered room service dinner one day and it was delivered promptly, tasted great, and even included a couple of flowers in a vase on the tray, the perfect touch!
We were welcomed with treats. We had a few requests during our stay and they were patient, polite, and speedy!
Only one day home and I already recommended this hotel on an American Express Facebook group that I am part of. I would definitely return, I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone, and I am excited to check out more NH Collection hotels.
Although the price was a bit high, it could've been the events that were happening, such as the Festival of Lights (which were really cool). The experience practically matched the price.
The bar and food was great and in particular Regina, who was very nice and efficient.
