Good boutique hotel with a convenient location and easy access to the center of Berlin.

The train station is only about a 3-minute walk from the hotel, which makes getting around very easy. If you buy a 24- or 48-hour transport pass, you can save quite a lot on commuting costs around the city.

Breakfast was decent, with ham, yogurt, cereals, and the usual selection of items.

The hotel rooms are quite spacious. However, I think the floor mats should be replaced, as they looked a bit dirty.

The lady at the reception was very friendly and welcoming.

There is also a supermarket about a 5-minute walk from the hotel, which was very convenient.

Communication with the hotel was very good. We arrived in the middle of the night and the check-in desk was closed. We were informed beforehand by phone and email how to get to the hotel and our room, as well as when breakfast would be available.

The room was clean and perfectly adequate for a short trip.

Breakfast was minimal: pre-baked rolls, cold cuts, and cheese. Nothing special. The woman who organized breakfast seemed very unmotivated.

Check-out wasn't possible until 10:00 AM. The reception was therefore closed before then. We simply dropped our room key into a mailbox at reception.

All in all, it's a decent place to stay if you don't have high expectations and are on a budget.

Room was very clean and comfortable. Beds were ok. Staff is not very kind and does not speak English at all. Breakfast was good. Location is fantastic. U-Bahn station is next to hotel (1 minute) and it takes about 20 minutes to get to the city centre.

Never Never stay in this hotel!! Me and my friends staid in this hotel for 3 nights, it was awful! In the reception there were two Russian women and they were unbelievably rude, I've never met such hotel staff before. I've asked them to write the WiFi code in the paper and they replied take a photo paper cost money 0_0 They also refused to keep our baggage in the hotel before our flight, and we had to take it into the main station My friendly advice to all of you never visit this hotel! Hotel in Charlottenburg, good location near the underground. We didn't appreciate our stay for 3 reasons: 1)Very bad service: we left our towels on the floor to have towels changed (as specified by hotel's rules), but they didn't change them. They picked up dirty towels from the floor and hung them again on the wall. I realized that and complained about it at the reception, but the woman just shrugged. They didn't apologise and I had to insist to change dirty towels. I think they thought we wouldn't realize the towels were the same dirty ones. 2)Misleading advertising: on the website they say this is a women only hotel, but it's not true, most customers are single men or families. 3)The staff speaks only german and very little english (almost nothing).

Clean, good service, convenient location, just outside the subway line 7. The only problem is that some rooms need to share a bathroom, but fortunately, at most two rooms share one.

Very nice receptionist, helpful and approachable. Simple but nice room. Large bathroom with shower. Everything was clean and well-maintained. Quiet location and comfortable bed. For the price, there's really nothing to complain about! :) Would definitely stay again!
