Great service, nice breakfast, very reasonably priced. I spent a few days and I think it's a 5 star hotel for the money spent

A clean, well-run little hotel. On the dated side in terms of decor, if that matters.
Solid amenities for tourists looking to save some cash too: fridge, kettle. They also have a nice little breakfast.
We loved the location - easy bus to main station, nearby useful trams and ubahn/metro, also walkable (30 min) to Brandenburg Gate / tourist enivrons. Nice little craft cocktail bar on street below. amazing schnitzel place across the street.

I FOUND IT STRATEGIC THAT THEY DIDN'T CHANGE THE TOWELS EVERY DAY, EVEN THOUGH THEY WERE DEEP WET AFTER A SHOWER IN A BATHROOM WITHOUT A WINDOW. THE CARPET IS REALLY SMELLY. I SMELLED SMOKE IN MY ROOM, AND I FOUND HAIR ON THE BREAKFAST TABLE. THE PROXIMITY TO THE CITY CENTER IS, HOWEVER, STRATEGIC. THE GENTLEMAN AT RECEPTION IS VERY FRIENDLY, THE BREAKFAST LADY VERY GRUMPY. THIS IS A HOTEL THAT'S BEEN ESTABLISHED A FEW DECADES OLD.

I received a friendly and discreet welcome. The room was spacious enough, the bed comfortable – not too hard, not too soft. Drinking water was provided. Breakfast was good. There were plenty of towels, as well as complimentary shower gel and shampoo. I can recommend this hotel.

Wonderful hotel, located near pretty much everything and public transportation is only a 5-minute walk away. Tons of food options around and the rooms were very nice and comfortable. Only downside was the pungent smell of cigarette smoke in the hallways and the busted doors that made locking and unlocking difficult but what can you do, it is an older building. Definitely a pricier option so if you are looking to save money I'd stay somewhere else because we did end up splurging quite a bit on this spot. Overall I'd return, I enjoyed my time in this building and the front desk assistant was very kind.

The hotel was fine, clean, and the staff very friendly... although I think it's not worth €90+. €70 maximum per person.

The hotel is in dire need of a complete renovation! The roller shutter strap is torn, the window handle is broken, and the water drains very slowly from the sink! These are just a few of the minor defects one could mention…
