Basic room with comfy beds and space for suitcases.

Window in original room didn't open, so got too warm, but they were able to switch us with no issue. Friendly staff and great location for access to trains and Christmas market at Alexanderplatz.

The property was clean and staff helpful. Room was sufficient and warm.Breakfast was good but could have more seating area. Lift was very slow. Having said this we enjoyed our stay

The room was okay, but it was missing a wardrobe. The location is superb, right by Alexanderplatz. The elevator was a nightmare. Breakfast was decent, and the staff were very friendly.
