The hotel is very close to the Berlin Zoo —you can easily walk there, which is one of the main reasons I chose it. There's also a large shopping mall nearby, just a one or two-minute walk away, so it's very convenient for shopping or having a dinner

I definitely give this hotel a perfect score. The front desk lady was very friendly. She greeted me every day and never had an impatient tone. There were a lot of plants in the hall and the interior decoration was also very elegant.

Room and hotel renovated and clean. Just a few metres walk to bus station and U-Bahn. Excellent breakfast included with a waffle maker that sealed the deal for my daughter :).Easy and quick check-in/ check-out. Overall, met expectations and woud choose again for our stay!!

Very pleasant stay. Clean and comfortable with an excellent location for exploring the centre of Berlin. Good shower, comfortable bed, blackout curtains, good WiFi. Only (minor) issue was that the air conditioning was a bit under-powered so the room was a bit warm. I was able to check-in several hours early and the check-out experience was smooth.

The hotel is functional. It’s a short train ride from the airport (in the direction away from Berlin) and a few hundred meters walk. Room was clean and comfortable enough. We had an issue with the AC and the staff offered a quick solution.

The room is located in Mitte, making it very convenient to get around. There's a Rewe and Rossmann less than 50 meters from the entrance, so shopping is really easy. Plus, there's a Coco and a Chinese restaurant right at the corner.

The en-suite bathroom with a separate wet and dry area was great for our group of six women. The location is super convenient, with both the tram and S/U-Bahn just a two-minute walk away. The best thing about Monbijou Hotel is it's location. If you enjoy walking around , it's a great place to start seeing the sites. The lady at the reception (Asian) was unfriendly and seemed to have no idea what she was doing. I spoke with her supervisor, and then the issues were resolved. This hotel is simply petty. When I booked indicating I am traveling alone, they really only left one pillow and a single blanket in the room. There was also no kettle, coffee/tea bags in the room. Small details, but shows they are quite cheap to their customers (not price, but services)

A standard business room with all the essentials, including breakfast, cost 20.50 euros. The front desk service was excellent, friendly and professional, and there was someone on duty at night. The bed seemed quite soft. You need to speak German to watch the TV.
