Mediocre. When you walk in the decor is grand and the look and feel of the lobby and dining area made it seem elegant. But the rooms were the real truth behind this facade. The staff were very nice, lots of facilities were provided, including a bar, a canteen and a coffee shop. The room was very clean, better than expected, but since the toilet was shared, so cannot expect too much for that.

The room is located in Mitte, making it very convenient to get around. There's a Rewe and Rossmann less than 50 meters from the entrance, so shopping is really easy. Plus, there's a Coco and a Chinese restaurant right at the corner.

It's a good place to be at in this budget. It's good, but the mattress and blanket weren't cleaned. The rest, like the bathroom showers, everything was good.

The en-suite bathroom with a separate wet and dry area was great for our group of six women. The location is super convenient, with both the tram and S/U-Bahn just a two-minute walk away. The Rewe supermarket is also incredibly close, about a two-minute walk. However, the lockers on the ground floor were broken, so we had to use the -1 level for storage on our checkout day.

The price was good, and the TV was big and new, with English channels available. It's located near a shopping district with lots of stores and restaurants. It's also close to the subway and bus stops, though it's about 3-4 bus stops from the train station and a bit far from the city center. We walked back from the Brandenburg Gate through the woods, and it took us 45 minutes, not the 30 minutes mentioned...

The hotel is in a perfect location, making it very convenient to get to all the main attractions. The facilities are also very nice. The hotel room was quite spacious. I had two separate bookings, and when I checked in, the hotel merged them into one, so I didn't have to switch rooms during my stay. Very basic hotel. Great thing is breakfast is free from 7-11am. Near to U2 line metro. Bad thing is no matter how long you stay, only 1 bottle of 1L drinking water provided. Housekeeping not available, only request towel etc at counter if need.

The room was small but very clean. Most importantly, it was incredibly convenient to get around by subway or bus. There are restaurants and supermarkets nearby, and the hotel even offers free bread and coffee, which is a big plus!

A nice hotel situated very close to the Olympic stadion in Berlin. Everything was fine. Reservation done via email and paid prior to the arrival. Breakfast was charched for 15€ per person (eggs, ham, saussages, vegetables,...). Our room had a free of charge Air-condition.

Fantastic hotel! We stayed in one of the apartment rooms with sofa bed, it had everything we could want- plates, cutlery, glasses, coffee machine, fridge freezer with ice! The two things we’d change are the hand wash by the sink was actually body wash, and as a result had exfoliating grains in it- definitely not hand wash (!) and the pillows were ridiculously soft with no form to them, which did impact...

An awesome location to explore Berlin from. Very clean and tidy hotel, we felt comfortable during our stay there. Had a small view too, which was awesome! Bathroom ventilation was a small, but manageable, issue. Great to have space for luggage, recommend looking above the smallest size room if staying for more than two nights (we’re so glad we did)!

Perfect location for visiting Berlin and few minutes from train station to airport. Room lighting was a bit dark but apartment was perfect for family of four. A bit of noise from neighbors but not really from outside so we had a great night sleep. Lovely views from the rooftop. Highly recommend!

Room was clean and location was convenient. Stayed for three days and had no problems. The staff were all helpful and polite. I’d say the only drawback was the bathroom could have been cleaner but it was no issue.

Metro 500 meters away. Quiet, calm, beautiful. Nearby are streets with luxury shops.

The room is OK, the hygiene is OK, but I don't know how breakfast will be served.

The facilities are old and the hygiene is average, but they are cleaned every day. There are no basic facilities, including cups for drinking water. The only good thing is that the breakfast is good. The price is too high.

Friendly staff, and clean room. The location of the hotel is quite far from the city center but public transportation and bus/tram are located in front of the hotel. 2 euros for a bottle of water in the room? For me if I go to Berlin next time I will not book in this hotel.

Rooms road side are exposed to much street noise. Because there's no air-conditioning, you have to sleep with the windows open. So bring ear plugs. Rooms are tiny. So you have to do your Yoga in the hall. Beds are OK. Showers clean enough. Rooms are clean. For a summer season, it's not that great. They do provide a fan. It really needs modern air conditioning. Not bad for Berlin prices.

A business hotel in excellent location. Clean room, well organized breakfast, friendly reception staff, in my room was a balcony, what I found comfortable. The only thing is no kettle in the room, in 3star it should be standard.

I had a great staying at the VCH hotel. The location is great. Walking distance to many things and also accessible by the public transportation. The room is small but very clean and well maintained. The staff are very kind and helpful. The breakfast is very good with many choices. I would stay there again

I had such a pleasant stay. I was supposed to check in at the hostel next door but they don’t have room anymore. I found here and the receptionists were so friendly and helpful with checking in, luggage storage and even so thoughtful to give me spoons and forks when I get late night food delivered. Everything was very clean too!

I've been here three or four times but neither as a hotel guest or visitor. They've rented out space in the back for a Corona test centre. That es where I went. Did I enjoy their service? Yes, recommend. Had to wait a bit the last time but all in all fast service.

All in all a good hotel suited for a short stay. The area surrounding is good, a 15 min walk from an area filled with shops, restaurants and hip vibes. The showers in the room have zero privacy (transparent glass doors that can be seen from the bed) so when traveling for work and sharing rooms with coworkers it can be awkward.

Hotel is in a good area! No complaints about the service or room. I only would advise to consider other pillows since these ones are not very pleasant.

Great location near the train station and plenty of restaurants. The staff were friendly and professional. However, check-in is at a separate building across the street. The shower cubicle in my bathroom didn’t close properly, resulting water leaking so badly I almost flooded the room. Still, a decent stay overall.

Rooms are somewhat dated. There were 2 single beds and duvets, queen sized beds would have been nice. Shower door did not close properly because is was too small. The building was pretty, with a beautiful entry and staircase. Staff are very helpful and accommodating.

The location was grate. I was 20 minutes close to Marianplatz and 5 minutes close to Lidl and a shop complex. The service and the rooms were grate and they have the breakefast at only 7 euros and it was a very good one. So yes, I recomend this Hotel.

The staff also went above and beyond to make sure that I had everything that I needed.

One staff member could so visibly not care less it made us uncomfortable, while we tried to be as polite as possible. Luckily the others were very nice and helpful. One thing that would have been good to inform at check in was that you need to lock the rooms with your key, both from the inside as well as outside when leaving the room.
