We were here for a reading with dinner and another time for dinner. Both times, the staff was very attentive, friendly, and hard-working. The menu may be small, but everything was fresh and delicious! We always enjoy coming back for dinner.

My daughter has stayed here twice at German camp. Very clean rooms and nice surroundings. It's set on a lake in the middle of a forest. Historically it's interesting too as this is where the old east German big wigs hung out.

If you looking for luxus is not a hotel for you but if you looking to get to know this place and enjoy nature you will enjoy it!

This place is a pretty low quality youth hostel. The showers are ridiculously difficult to use, they switch between really cold and really hot, they don't rain so much as punch you with mist and they end up soaking the entire bathroom every time. In 2023 we had an excellent experience with this hotel, hence for a big family gathering we wanted this hotel again and booked 4 rooms. Unfortuately 2 of the rooms were very cold, the hotel managed to fix this though. But the cleaning was subpar and all in all lower standard than it used to. Its still good vakue for money and veey central amd the staff is friendly. But very cold to stay in the winter

Cheerfully artistic excellent location, infront of Charlottenburg train station. abundance of eating places around. Internet is a bit slow... elevators do not go on all floors, travelling light is something to look at.

Great location and affordable rooms which are spacious and nicely decorated. The bar in the courtyard was lively on Saturday night and a nice place to get a drink but you can't hear the noise when you're in your room. The room included a Nespresso machine which produced hot water too but you did have to pay for additional coffee pods etc.

Beautiful hotel with poor service. I asked for a bottle opener at the reception, but they told me to bring the drinks down, because they couldn't give the opener to me. There is no refrigerator in the room.

Rest at driving only Clean beds. The rest is very stained and old. A little overpriced but probably because of location close to A10. OK for sleeping 7 hours for driving next day.

An icy cold room in winter is not what I booked.

Friendly staff at historic charm make this hotel by the spree very enjoyable. Fairly quiet, great water, pressure and hot water, comfortable and clean. The elevator was broken when I was there which wasn’t a problem, but if you have a lot of bags carrying them up a couple of flights could be hard. I would stay here again. I really liked it.

Located in a charming neighborhood with public transport options close by (a short walk from the train station or a tram stop right across the street). Checking in after office hours was very easy. Minus points from thin walls. I could hear someone snoring in the next room :D Take earplugs with you.

I booked this room because it was within walking distance to a concert hall. It also was one direct bus from the Berlin Central station. The room was clean and simple. The only reason I would not give it 5 stars is the toilet didn’t flush well. It may only be an issue for this room though. I would definitely stay again. Note: It is not a very accessible hotel for those with walking issues.

Reserved a comfort room for one night, and I got a whole apartment, which normally would be a positive upgrade. But the apartment was very cold and the heating system just wasn’t up to par. It took the whole night for the place to get to a comfortable temperature

Nice stay Nice room, lots of stairs but fine, breakfast was nice, unfortunately we did get a message after the first night saying we had a breakfast that wasn't included in our stay, I had to send them a screenshot of our booking stating free breakfast included. But everything else was fine, convenient location, easy access to transport, eating places and shopping.

We arrived late, after reception closed, but they left a key for us. Rooms were comfortable and spacious, good shower, dated decor but loads of space and everything you needed.

An excellent Hotel/Pensione. I can’t understand this description it as good as most 4* hotels I’ve stayed in and better than many. Self-service is more than adequate and the staff are helpful and friendly. The area just off the Ku’Damm is great with an excellent S,U and bus service close by. My place to go when visiting one of my favorite cities.

Some of the room furnishings appeared a little dated and tired, but it was perfectly adequate, and the room was very large, and the hotel was full of character. The breakfast - 7.30-10.30 daily - was excellent and substantial - everything you could have wanted (apart from a full-English, of course!). The reception staff were very pleasant and helpful.

There was no one at the reception desk (once I found it) when I got there, but showed up very quickly. Spoke a little English and was polite but not overly friendly. There are plenty of shops and restaurants around but the would guess not the greatest area. Comfortable beds and relatively clean.

The hotel is located in a modern region which offers a number of restaurants, bars and cinema, also an indoor climbing center. However, the room amenities appear poor. There is no air conditioning in the room and it was hot inside. The fridge is inside a shelf and you cannot open the door. The bathroom had no light or I guess it did not work. The receptionist was no more there after 8pm and before...

We did not receive a very warm welcome and the reception is on first floor and the elevator was not operating after 6pm so had to carry bag up stairs.

Room heater are old school gas based models. Dont expect much of heating from them. They might take hours. Need to walk for 10-15 mins to get a Train U/S bahn

Far too expensive for what it was. The bed was really small for two people. The rooms had no ventilation or air conditioning; we slept with the window open, which overlooked the courtyard of the residence, but it was very noisy! At 5 a.m., people were throwing glass bottles in the bin… Furthermore, no housekeeping service came to our room during our entire stay. I do not recommend it.

i found this hotel to be a lovely little cosy place, relaxing atmosphere. But would definitely no tremind room 2 as you can hear every move and word at the reception and then when they are getting ready for breakfast there is a store room opposite this bedroom.

Berlin I personally loved the location, walkable to restaurants, cafes and pharmacies. Our room was quaint with a window facing the back garden, it was beautiful and quiet. I would recommend a stay there for sure.

I’ve just got back from a few days in Berlin, staying at the Hotel Art Nouveau. It’s a most welcoming place with lovely rooms and a delicious breakfast. It was good get back to at the end of the day when my companions and I would relax with a nightcap and discuss what we’d seen. It’s also in a lovely part of the city.
