The hotel is ideally situated at Rosenthaler Platz, making it very convenient for exploring the city. Staff were friendly and helpful.
The room was outdated and poorly cleaned. The bed sheets and towels were fine, but the bedside table was still stained from previous guests, the carpet was old and dusty, and the TV was mounted at a slant. The price is acceptable given what you get, but only barely.
The biggest drawback was the lack of any cooling. No air conditioning means the room gets uncomfortably hot at night. Opening the window brings in considerable street noise, including the trams directly outside.
We enjoyed Berlin but will pick a different hotel next time.

The room have the basic except for fridge. The heater took a long time to heat up the whole room. The locatiob is good.

Affordable hotel. Next to U-Bahn station. Couple of stops to Alexanderplatz. Room was clean. Free tea/coffee and water station outside breakfast service was good. Staff helpful. Decor not very inviting. Room felt functional and not at all comfortable.

The room is not that pretty, but the location is really great. You can walk to all the famous places in the Mite district, and the tram, subway, and bus stations are all right in front. However, since the station is right in front, it is a bit noisy at night. There is a water purifier in the lobby, and you can store your luggage before and after check-in, which is nice.

Everything was great, especially when we asked for extra pillows. The free drinks were a plus! However, just the water temperature in the shower was hard to get right - the actual water temp kept changing even if we placed the knob in the middle

This hotel's prime location, with easy access to public transportation and walking distance to countless attractions, is just one of its many highlights. The comfortable rooms and other amenities are also impressive. However, it's the exceptional team that truly sets this hotel apart. Their warmth and hospitality create a truly memorable experience. While I can't recall the names of all the staff members, Bruna and David, in particular, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. Bruna's friendly demeanor and helpful suggestions made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived, while David's attention to detail and willingness to assist with any request made our stay truly hassle-free.
