Hotel is really good, clean and everything is fine here. Only thing - it is near metro and trains are very loud. You can hear them all night, as the windows are not really soundproof.

The hotel is generally fine, but it lacks warmth and a cozy atmosphere. The breakfast is good and definitely a positive point

The rooms are spacious and well equipped, big bed and a big, modern, shower. The staff are very nice but perhaps a bit less helpful than expected from a five star hotel. They don’t help you luggage up to the room

Overall, the hotel doesn’t feel five stars. The bar is very nice, delicious food, great coktails and very friendly bartender. If you stay at the hotel, have at least one dinner at the bar

The location on Friedrichstrase Station is impeccable. The hotel is just a few minutes away by foot from Museum Island, Unter den Linden and the Reichstag building

The gym is very small and not well equipped, and the pool doesn’t smell so good for some reason. Great price, so overall very recommended

The pool, Spa and Gym were so good. Staff friendly and the receptionists who checked me in and out were friendly, along with all the staff at the hotel and Spa. The cafe on site was an absolute bonus

Grand Hyatt Berlin is well located in the city, easily accessible to the well known tourists area and scenery. The hotel service is excellent and the staff are very friendly and helpful.

Overall, I felt it was OK, mainly because it was close to the Berlin Philharmonic Hall. The front desk service felt a bit perfunctory

You can walk to anywhere in a few minutes, the subway and bus are 5 minutes away, and the night market is also 5 minutes away

The room is very comfortable, the bathroom is clean and tidy, the service is very good, and the location is very convenient

The location was fabulous; it is just a short walk from Berlin central train station. You can get anyway of the city via Tram, Bus, and Underground Metro. The hotel practise "Self Service"

We got the suite, so definitely plenty of space, lots of storage. Had the best sleep, bed was super comfortable. Tap water is perfectly fine for drinking. A lot of restaurants and eateries just outside the door

Hotel is perfectly located, can easily walk or use all sorts of public transport to move around the city. Staff very helpful and accommodating. Rooms are exactly the size and has facilities as advertised

There are two restaurants beside the hotel plus you have all the shops in the station. The room in the hotel is very stylish, you will love it 😀

One of the biggest highlights is the location — the hotel is just a 5-minute walk to the nearest subway station, making it extremely easy to get around Berlin and access major attractions without hassle

The check-in process was smooth and efficient, with rooms available right on time from 3:00 PM, which made arrival stress-free after a long journey. Staff were professional and helpful throughout

Another plus is the free locker service, which is very easy to use and perfect for storing luggage before check-in or after check-out. This added a lot of flexibility to my travel schedule

The shower cabin is a bit dated, but the shower pressure is excellent, which more than makes up for it. We didn't try breakfast (we don't eat much in the morning)

Overall, the stay was good. The only issue we had was with the ventilation. It seemed like the air conditioner was not working properly because the room felt warm. Otherwise the location was great.

I travel often and usually end up saying I miss my own bed at home — but not here! The bed, pillows, and blanket were honestly the most comfortable I’ve ever experienced

My partner and I stayed in one of their executive suites overlooking Potsdamer Platz, which had an incredible view of the city and the TV Tower

But we did have a cold two nights as housekeeping had left the window open after they made up the room on both cold days (it was about 2 degrees Celsius when we returned on both days) I eventually had to go down to reception (I didn’t know how to work the telephone yet) and informed the manager on duty, Tina

We were pleasantly surprised by an upgrade upon check in and the room was lovely. Toilet has heated flooring, which was welcome during the cold week we visited. However, the room had features which were baffling

There were no instructions on how to use it and only when I went down to ask, we were told to call 171 for reception. That’s a strange number! We couldn’t get the thermostat to work

She asked me to press the buttons which I said I had. She told me I needed to turn it on. Then she did something which I was not prepared for: she shrugged and left it at that

There was a control for the bed to specify the firmness preference but it did not seem to be working. We never got to try it during our 5 nights there

The aircon was resolved two days later when I approached another staff member who asked maintenance to check on it

There is a church across the street, and the surrounding area is the most prosperous and beautiful area in Berlin

The quaint hotel, rooms and suites are very comfortable for a family of three. You can walk to Berlin's major scenic spots, there are many restaurants nearby, and it's not far from the Chinese Embassy in Germany

Area itself was not that exciting but very convenient in terms of access to transport with the city only two stops away. Staff had significant language problems with both German and English

Had to correct some simple maths on the bill (they tried to bill me an extra night) and was told to get train to the city to find an ATM when there was actually one less than 100m away

The location is super convenient; bus 248 is right outside, and it's just a 2-minute walk to the U2 Spittelmarkt station. Taxis are always available downstairs, and there are plenty of supermarkets nearby

The bed sheets and towels were fine, but the bedside table was still stained from previous guests, the carpet was old and dusty, and the TV was mounted at a slant

The room is not that pretty, but the location is really great. You can walk to all the famous places in the Mite district, and the tram, subway, and bus stations are all right in front

However, since the station is right in front, it is a bit noisy at night. There is a water purifier in the lobby, and you can store your luggage before and after check-in, which is nice

The room have the basic except for fridge. The heater took a long time to heat up the whole room. The locatiob is good.

The hotel is 1 minute from the metro. We didn't try breakfast, but there is a Starbucks on the ground floor which is nice. Our room was a bit small, but fair with the price. We enjoyed our stay.

The room is located in Mitte, making it very convenient to get around. There's a Rewe and Rossmann less than 50 meters from the entrance, so shopping is really easy
