The room was cozy and comfortable, well-heated despite the cold outside, and quiet. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide selection of quality items. The location was very central, right next to Alexanderplatz

It's very close to the city center, with convenient transportation and spacious rooms.

We spent two nights here and were very pleased: great value for money, an excellent location just a few minutes from Potsdamer Platz with convenient connections, and the rooms – though simple – are very clean, functional, and well soundproofed

Clean common areas, stable Wi-Fi, and the option for a late arrival were also a plus

Clean hotel near many sights and good transport link to the airport a 10 minute walk to potzdamerplatz station ,no tea or coffee making facilities in the rooms though

Bring your earbuds if you want better sleep in the morning because either the wall is too thin or the bed is too close to the door in my room, otherwise you may hear people talking loudly in the early morning and it ruins your sleep

perfect experience since i have ever began to my travel life. location is very near to check point charlie, stadtmitte and metro station. room is very clean and have enough spaces

Nice hotel with free cookie and water at entrance. The staff gave me free candy and a drink because I have the IHG membership

The housekeeper never refills the bottle water in the room unless you ask her for one when she is around cleaning

Good location, in a touristy area of town (Checkpoint Charlie, and other tourist attractions is within walkable distance) that has many restaurants and other stores around

Great place to stay for visiting Berlin. There's a tram stop right across the street. The cleaning staff were attentive and friendly. The reception staff were also friendly, but a bit less so, a bit colder

While the stay was good, it didn't quite meet the standards of a 4-star hotel overall. The staff still has a lot of room for improvement, both in terms of friendliness and dress code

Very nice independent hotel. Convenient location with a subway station and Straßenbahn stops right on your doorstep. Slept very well, although because it is on a busy intersection it can be quite loud at night.

The location is ideal—central, with easy access to public transport and within walking distance of a huge variety of restaurants and shops. Service throughout was truly commendable

Hotel bar is closed on a Sunday/Monday which are the days we stayed so cannot comment on that. Lovely hotel though, I’d recommend it to anyone staying in Berlin- so central!

Fantastic hotel! We stayed in one of the apartment rooms with sofa bed, it had everything we could want- plates, cutlery, glasses, coffee machine, fridge freezer with ice! The two things we’d change are the hand wash by the sink was actually body wash, and as a result had exfoliating grains in it- definitely not hand wash (!) and the pillows were ridiculously soft with no form to them, which did impact...

We stayed at Hotel Zoe by Amano in Berlin for 4 nights and had a wonderful experience. The staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable, and we got some great recommendations from them that really improved our stay

Hotel was in a great position for SBahn. Situated in the Mitte area near museum island and Berlin Cathedral. Alrxanderplatz was a 15 minute walk. Hotels offers an online check in/check out which was very easy to use

An awesome location to explore Berlin from. Very clean and tidy hotel, we felt comfortable during our stay there. Had a small view too, which was awesome! Bathroom ventilation was a small, but manageable, issue

Great place to stay when visiting Berlin. Within walking distance to the center of the city…. About a mile to 11/2 miles depending on where you are going.  The staff are very friendly and helpful

Breakfast although slightly costly at 19 euro was worth it for a treat! On every walk past reception there was someone there to smile and wave as you walked past which was always nice

The staff were helpful in extending our check out even without us asking. The kitchenette in the room was great! We could make simple meals when we wanted or were too tired to go out

The location is fantastic, very close to Checkpoint Charlie with convenient access to the subway. The front desk staff were wonderful, smiling warmly and patiently speaking German with my child.

 They also have a great breakfast buffet with very attentive staff.   I’ll definitely recommend this place.  And wouldn’t mind staying there again on my next visit to Berlin

Staff were warm and professional, and the vibe throughout the property was calm and upscale. Some cons i should mentioned for management to look out for. Shower gel , handsoap , shampoo they are all the same

Hotel is in a good location and has the unique offering of self catering rooms and 2 bed room accommodation (a rare find in Berlin)

Perfect location central to everywhere we wanted to go in the city! Around the corner from a train stop, but on a quiet street. Walking distance to multiple shops and cafes

The quaint hotel, rooms and suites are very comfortable for a family of three. You can walk to Berlin's major scenic spots, there are many restaurants nearby, and it's not far from the Chinese Embassy in Germany

Friendly staff, nice clean rooms, free laundry facilities, a stocked mini-fridge with beer and water. Would absolutely stay here again!

Area itself was not that exciting but very convenient in terms of access to transport with the city only two stops away. Staff had significant language problems with both German and English

Had to correct some simple maths on the bill (they tried to bill me an extra night) and was told to get train to the city to find an ATM when there was actually one less than 100m away

The hotel is family friendly (kids eat for free breakfast) and the location is near to nice restaurant and mall. Only thing is there is no laundry service during weekends and the washsalon is about 2 miles away

We recently had a wonderful stay at the Novotel Berlin Mitte. The location, right on the Museumsinsel, was perfect for exploring the city's rich history and culture

The beds were really comfy and the shower was really powerful and hot! All the staff were lovely and very helpful. Had a delicious breakfast there as well

Don't be concerned by the hotel being on a main road - it was SILENT in the room, they are exceptionally sound-proofed, I heard nothing from below my room nor the street outside

Hotel is in a good area! No complaints about the service or room. I only would advise to consider other pillows since these ones are not very pleasant.

The shower was *so* good in our room, pressure was high and endless hot water

Marta’s Hotel Allegra Berlin is a real find! It gets top marks for value, service and room size/cleanliness and facilities

However, just one day before departure, I suddenly received a message from the booking site stating: “Your credit card has been marked as invalid. Your reservation in Berlin from June 21 to June 24 will be canceled

As an older person traveling solo, everything worked perfectly, from being a short ride from Berlin Hbf to being spoiled for choice with cafes, bars and restaurants, all while being in a super quiet room

” This came as a shock, especially since the very same card was successfully used to book our Vienna stay via the same platform for June 29 to July 3, which was later completed without issue

Top location, top staff, top cleanest and top price. Good size bedrooms, nice common areas, but, if i have to change something will be bed pillow, what for my taste were a bit uncomfortable BUT, thats just me!

The hotel was within walking distance from the station, and the staff were very kind and helpful.

Rooms are spacious, staff was friendly, and prices are amazing! As a bonus, we had booked in an 8 bed dorm, but were the only two guests in it for the whole night!

Great hotel in good location My second stay in this hotel. Hotel is about a 15 minute walk to potsdammer platz and is easily connected to the airport. Its on the sbahn The hotel itself is very nice imo

As i found out at checkout You can get a different pillow, just ask You can get a double quilt. Only complaint was that i had to check out! Looking forward to next visit and would stay there again

Stayed 2 nights going to the snooker extravaganza in the Tempodrom. Ideal location for the Tempodrom and right beside the metro. Hotel is clean, spacious and rooms are good

A lovely wellness area is a nice bonus. Highly recommended for both business and leisure stays!

Just got back from our stay here. Great hotel, air-con wasn’t great considering the heatwave but where in Europe is there great air-con. Had a view over the river which was great. Would stay again.

The staff tried hard, but were clearly overwhelmed by the crowds at the buffet, which is the size of an apartment kitchen. The coffee machine was constantly on strike, the scrambled eggs were always gone

The room was nice, big, and clean. The free mini bar was a pleasant surprise. Close to public transport and convenience stores. The restaurant looked tempting but was unfortunately fully booked

The hotel's location is excellent, right next to a metro station in the city center and very close to Checkpoint Charlie. However, the breakfast selection is quite limited with not much to choose from

The Hotel and room was very clean. Everyday they cleaned the room and change the towels. The location was very near to brandenburg tor and potsdamer platz, 15 minutes by walking. Checkpoint Charlie is 5 minutes by foot

My wife and I had a great 3 night stay here. The location is fantastic with everything you'll want to see in walking distance, but it's also directly next to a tram station and a 1 minute walk to the train station

The best hotel for this European trip The overall facilities are relatively new, clean and hygienic, and the rooms are relatively large! The lobby manager at night is very friendly, just like we are his family!

After we dropped our bags in the room and came back out, Oscar came over to give us some tips on where not to eat and where would be good. It's always appreciated to get a local recommendation

Everytime we saw him all weekend he would greet us like an old friends 🙂 The other wonderful service we received was from the barman, whose name I really wish I had got, but he was probably in his mid twenties if his employer is reading this

The amazing history was incredibly interesting and thought provoking, and the sheer amount of beautiful architecture was a joy to wander around. The Montbijou hotel is perfectly placed to explore it all

Modern and clean rooms. Perfect place for tourists on low budget and looking for a room just to sleep in. 20min walk from the Alexanderplatz an tv tower, 5mins by metro. Metro station is a 1min walk. Friendly staff.

I would not recommend the room I stayed to couples. However, as a solo traveler staying a couple of nights, it was more than enough. Coin-operated coffee machine at reception was good

The hotel is very close to the city centre, and around the hotel you can find everything. food, coffee, and breakfast places. Next to the hotel there is also a 24hour shop

Easyhotel Berlin is an outstanding, wonderful hotel. I stayed there recently for 4 nights. The location is brilliant, situated in between two u bahn stations and very central. The staff were friendly and very helpful

We stayed at this hotel for 7 nights. The room is exactly as it looks in the photos. It’s not very spacious, but for the price we paid and for the purpose we needed it for, it’s fair enough

There is a thermostat in the room to set the temperature. Special thanks to Nico at the reception, who was very helpful and always smiley. He welcomed us and informed us about everything we needed to know

The location is great — the center of Berlin is within walking distance. The rooms are small but have everything you need. There’s a kettle with tea and coffee, and two bottles of water are provided every day

The hotel also has an underground garage, which is very convenient. The “spa area” can’t really be called a spa: only two loungers, a very small room, and a sauna for about five people

Our second stay at this hotel, and once again it felt wonderfully homey rather than like a typical cold hotel. The room was great and the staff very welcoming

Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay

The interior design takes its inspiration from the Brothers Grimm fairytales which of course is far from politically correct. No minibars in the rooms, but then Snow White also didn't have one, did she

Very friendly, mid range hotel in an excellent location for easily exploring Berlin. Rooms comfortable and a nice lounge bar adjacent to the restaurant.

One important thing, stuff that is working there is absolutely great, we were enjoyed our staying here and chilling with people working at the bar at the evenings

The hotel is well maintained and clean. They don't have their own parking, so you have to use the one which is only 50 meters away. The room was clean and modern

Most of the 4 stars hotel have a coffee machine in the room. The service was excellent and definitely you should try the restaurant
