Very friendly, mid range hotel in an excellent location for easily exploring Berlin. Rooms comfortable and a nice lounge bar adjacent to the restaurant.

One important thing, stuff that is working there is absolutely great, we were enjoyed our staying here and chilling with people working at the bar at the evenings

The hotel is well maintained and clean. They don't have their own parking, so you have to use the one which is only 50 meters away. The room was clean and modern

Most of the 4 stars hotel have a coffee machine in the room. The service was excellent and definitely you should try the restaurant

The location is great — the center of Berlin is within walking distance. The rooms are small but have everything you need. There’s a kettle with tea and coffee, and two bottles of water are provided every day

The hotel also has an underground garage, which is very convenient. The “spa area” can’t really be called a spa: only two loungers, a very small room, and a sauna for about five people

Our second stay at this hotel, and once again it felt wonderfully homey rather than like a typical cold hotel. The room was great and the staff very welcoming

Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay

The hotel is really cosy with a location that puts you just a perfect bit away from the very centre but still very close to both old east and west

The room has ame ties such as toothbrushes, room spray, shampoo, conditioner, and bodywash. Although there is a lift, you still need to climb. Some stairs as the lift stops in between floors due to the stairs layout

The bus stop is directly outside the hotel, and they are reliable and frequent. We stayed on the second floor and had a double four-poster bed. The room itself was small, but the bathroom was a good size

Only drawback is the breakfast buffet that feels a little pricey, especially if you don't eat that much. It is the kind of place you look forward to returning to after a day in the city

We did have drinks at the bar one night, we had cocktails, but they were extremely strong! 🤪 Overall we had a great stay and I would have no hesitation staying here in the future

There was a tv in the room, but we didn't use it partly because it was located behind one of the bed posts. This wasn't an issue, though, as we only used the room to sleep

Started with a friendly checkout process. Very quiet even though centrally located. Daily room cleaning was perfect and digital checkout process was smooth.

The hotel is right next to the train station and the U-Bahn line. There's also a bus stop directly in front of the hotel with tons of routes, which saves a lot of time when you're out sightseeing.

Marta’s Hotel Allegra Berlin is a real find! It gets top marks for value, service and room size/cleanliness and facilities

However, just one day before departure, I suddenly received a message from the booking site stating: “Your credit card has been marked as invalid. Your reservation in Berlin from June 21 to June 24 will be canceled

As an older person traveling solo, everything worked perfectly, from being a short ride from Berlin Hbf to being spoiled for choice with cafes, bars and restaurants, all while being in a super quiet room

” This came as a shock, especially since the very same card was successfully used to book our Vienna stay via the same platform for June 29 to July 3, which was later completed without issue

absolutely buzzing place - really gets you in the mood for a party evening. The staff are wonderful at getting things moving! Book of you want to go on a Friday or Saturday

Room is exactly as advertised, it is quite compact, with limited space to put cloths if you are staying more than a a couple of days. Everything works really well, service has been great

The room included a Nespresso machine which produced hot water too but you did have to pay for additional coffee pods etc

5 STAR, BIG Room, Gym is good. Breakfast buffet is okay. classic accor standard, we went in Christmas time and Christmas markets are everywhere.

Overall, it was a good stay, but it could have been better. My room on the 6th floor overlooking Gendarmenmarkt so the view from the room was great

The staff in all areas could not be more helpful or accommodating. Its position means you were close to some of the very best sites & attractions on your feet

Hence, I was all the more surprised that the smell from the restaurant managed to permeate my room. It lingered throughout my entire stay. I got used to the smell but for the first two nights was a bit annoying

Though given a suite, we do not like the room as much as hotel luc (modern) and a hassle to wake early to check in to hotel luc on the next day

Morning shift staff seems unaware of our complimentary taxi ride back and other complimentary which we have to spend more time waiting

Great place to stay.. great location to clubs and restaurants. However there’s no restaurant at the hotel and many times there was no one at the bar

I stayed in at Quentin XL PotsDamer Platz with my husband as we were in town for the Berlin marathon because I was a participant of the race and this hotel was absolutely phenomenal in service, cleanliness, attentiveness, kind and respectful

We loved the location - easy bus to main station, nearby useful trams and ubahn/metro, also walkable (30 min) to Brandenburg Gate / tourist enivrons. Nice little craft cocktail bar on street below

Beds are ok. Stinks of cigarette smoke in the hall. No smoke detectors. No fire evacuation plans. Open back courtyard echoes and amplifiers all sounds. It is what it is, close to subway, trams and the centre of town

A clean, well-run little hotel. On the dated side in terms of decor, if that matters. Solid amenities for tourists looking to save some cash too: fridge, kettle. They also have a nice little breakfast

Bring your earbuds if you want better sleep in the morning because either the wall is too thin or the bed is too close to the door in my room, otherwise you may hear people talking loudly in the early morning and it ruins your sleep

Fantastic hotel! The place has modern checkin and set up but still has a very responsive staff (shout out to Pablo for great advice and help)!!! The bed was super comfortable and the room was just plain great

Highly reccommended. Check in on line. Dont' forget to punt the info "I Wanna be Disturbed" if you want your room being tidy up.

Only a few stops from Alexanderplatz and Potsdamer Platz. If you do not like public transport lots of sights are in walking distance. Close to bakery, grocery stores and many restaurants

Our room was a great size and very clean. Bathroom had a nice big bath and a hand rail to help you get out easy. We had a cot for our baby, very comfortable and clean

Overall, a clean and comfortable hotel. They upgraded our room to one with a terrace, but we couldn't use it because it was cold and rainy. Also, improving the heating in rooms with terraces would be a good idea

What a wonderful stay at Hotel Fjord Berlin! The staff were amazingly friendly from check-in to checkout, always welcoming and helpful. Our room was spotless and the bed incredibly comfy — we slept so well

The breakfast, in particular, is quite varied and satisfying. The staff is friendly and helpful. Metro lines to the city center are a 10-15-minute walk, and bus stops are a 7-8-minute walk away

For a compact space it felt spacious and we appreciated the design with many shallow ledges around that we could use as shelves to keep our space looking clean and tidy. The staff were very helpful and friendly

We had a great stay at the Fjord Hotel Berlin. It was just as described and pictured. I found the room to be especially clean and well appointed with everything that we needed

We enjoyed our stay here: very clean and well equipped; the kitchen has everything that you need for a short or a longer stay: fridge, washing machine and dishes washing machine, stove, microwave oven, pans and pots, plates and cutlery

I'm very satisfied with the hotel. There was no need for self-check-in; staff assisted me. The location is fantastic—perfect for getting to Kedewey and the city center. Ubahan is right downstairs, super convenient

High Park has a metro / train right next to it so it is super easy to get around but is also in walking distance of Berlin Wall and the Berlin Mall. Our apartment was clean, tidy, spacious and modern

High Park at Potsdamer Platz was a lovely apartment, we were able to leave our bags in a secure area as we arrived prior to check in. The staff at reception were friendly and informative

The room was very nice, with complete facilities, good cleanliness, and attentive service. Overall, it was a good hotel apartment. I will definitely come back next time I'm in Berlin.

Environment: The room was spacious and clean, and cooking facilities were available (pots, cutlery, seasonings, dishwasher, washing machine, and refrigerator all worked perfectly)

What I don't like: - The room is really small. I had difficulty open up my large luggage flat on the floor. - The aircon in the room was not working, and the room was horribly hot. Imagine the heat during summer

The only helpful staff is the General Manager, who helped me to carry the lugagge which I appreciated a lot. Perhaps the rest of the staff should learn from him. - The lift was surprisingly slow

Be prepared to wait very long especially during peak hours. What I like: - The bed and pillows are comfortable - The breakfast spread is pretty good. I also enjoyed the outdoor dining

I needed to request for change of room. - The front desk staff attitude was unsatisfactory. They were not as helpful when I feedback about the faulty aircon

When I tried calling the receptionist from my room, nobody answered the call as well. Likewise, no smile put on by the restaurant staff as well

Booked a weekend stay in this spacious and comfortable hotel as we had a tickets for the Tempodrom. It’s located in a quiet area with easy access to many attractions. Staff were helpful and very courteous

Super clean modern room and lovely coffee machine to use at certain times! Only negative was our pillows which were very airy and had to be almost deflated before sleeping!

Excellent place to watch the Berlin Marathon! Very comfortable beds and quiet yet close to public transportation as well as easy walks to many historical sights.

+ the staffs are friendly and swift + 6-er women only shared room has separate shower and toilet, it was kept very clean, it’s then up to the roommate to maintain or not; also in the room all very respectful and keep noises down - window was not noise-proof, later in the night outside was still very loud, ear-plug is a must-have

Awesome service, great location. Giving it 4 instead of 5 because of the utterly shite wifi, you have to log in every day and half the time the "server is at maximum capacity" so you can't even use it.

The location is perfect; very close to all public transport and easy to get around the city. Amenities are quite limited, but apart from that everything was fine and the stay was comfortable.

It was a normal hostel. But they don't have a public kitchen. keep in mind.

The restaurant is fairly cheap and the food you get is good, and there is a locker for storing your things if you have time to kill in the centre before you leave

We didn’t know where was the elevator. We e came late so there wasn’t anyone at the front desk. It was closed. We got a secret room, it was interesting, we didn’t know we were getting the Cold War bunker lol

Stayed here for a few days whist visiting the Chritmas markets. Location was great and central to what we wanted to do and see whist in Berlin. Apartment was clean, spacious and well kept and had everything we needed

We stayed over Xmas as a family of 4 (2 adults and daughters 22 & 14). We book 2 rooms and on arrival one of our rooms received a free room upgrade. We booked with breakfast each day and this was decent and self service
