The best thing about Monbijou Hotel is it's location. If you enjoy walking around , it's a great place to start seeing the sites. The rooms are clean and very quiet on the courtyard side but quite small. The rooftop is very beautiful and nice to lounge around and get out of your room.The breakfast was good and well balanced.

The service was great, and the facilities were quite new. Everything was clean and tidy. Right outside, you have access to the metro and train. The surrounding restaurants are good, and there's a supermarket just across the street, which is really convenient. It's a bit far from the tourist attractions, but for us, as we were there for our child's training nearby, it was perfect 👌🏻

It is an interesting location when you plan to visit Potsdam. Unfortunately the quick connection ti city center of Potsdam via water taxi is not running anymore. So you need to be prepared to cycle or to take your car to get of this little island. The Interieur and set up of this hotel is a little bit out dated and serves its purpose.

It is almost the worst 4-star hotel I have ever stayed. The room is extremely small. Apart from a 1.2m-sized bed, the room cannot even stand for a desk, so you have a platform by the head side of your bed to place staff (very creative).  They have a strict check-in time from 3 pm, and staff are not friendly enough to explain things. Moreover, the 150 Euro deposit fee was not mentioned anywhere.

This hotel is LGBT-friendly, and guests of all genders and ages are welcome to stay. The staff provide excellent service and give very helpful recommendations.

Not realised that it is a rainbow hotel until after we checked in. It is a bit out of city centre but there are many restaurants and shopping centre in the neighbourhood.

Had a good time, low season so not much happening in the hotel if you were interested in having some drinks at the bar. We tried breakfast, good choice and amount for the price. Jacuzzi was nice , the gym had enough machines to workout the minimum. All staff was nice and polite and very helpful. Definitely recommend .

I stayed here for Easter weekend and while the spas were amazing I’m not sure if I would consider my stay here value for money since the rooms per night are expensive but the check in itself is quite late and check out is pretty early. Also, I feel that the hotel needs to reevaluate their philosophy on customer service.

The booking wasn't in the hotel system, but I was upgraded to a junior suite. Quiet hours are a must after 8 p.m., so it's more suited to seniors than families. Otherwise, the staff was very courteous, clean, and the restaurant was good value for money.

The hotel had amazing food and there was a beatiful view over the lake. It is very close to a supermarket and you can walk a pretty tour around the lake. It is also very clean and if you are out in the day the cleaning personel will come and clean your room. The hotel personel was also very kind and helpfull.

We had a great stay at Myers - very helpful front desk staff, lovely bar (could use a dry Rose wine :) ), really comfortable beds. And the neighbourhood is wonderful.

I had the pleasure of staying at the yard for 10 days this past July. From check in to check out, the service was friendly and effecient. I stayed in large room and the room was spacious, cool, and had a great shower. The location was ideal for our purposes, it was a nice walk to the transit station and places of interest in Kreuzberg. The hotel itself was really nice and the reception staff always polite. I found one or two of the breakfast staff a little rude at times. We found the room to be quite small with little space to put general things out. One thing that was missing was tea and coffee making facilities, I can’t remember when I was in a hotel without this. My husband and I had an amazing time at the SO Berlin! The hotel was beautiful and the staff were incredibly helpful. We were fortunate enough to have booked with breakfast included and the spread was so delicious every morning. The view into the zoo was unforgettable!

99% a very pleasant, enjoyable and satisfying stay. My only negative was: 1 of the 2 lifts being out of service. And, having to walk up 10 steps to reach the reception desk. Parking was not friendly and easy to miss if don’t pay attention. Room didn’t have microwave and refrigerator was very small that can hardly put leftover in it or extra drinking water.

We used this as a base for our trip to Berlin and was out all day so didn't use any hotel facilities. You have to catch a tram to Potsdam across the road from the hotel and then a train to the centre of Berlin about every 10 minutes. There are shops opposites including a supermarket

Located in the Drewitz district, it's conveniently close to the motorway and offers excellent tram connections (trams run every 10 minutes). The rooms are very spacious, even if they aren't the most contemporary in style. Daily housekeeping is still provided here. Breakfast is excellent and offers everything you could wish for. The service is also very good. The restaurant 'Journal' is highly recommended...

Met out expectations. The location the hostel is build at is not trying to win a beauty award, but the connection towards Berlin and the inner city of Potsdam is great. Also through the night Trams are available. The rooms are large and even got an hair dryer. Only the pillows lack in comfort. The crew is friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hostel!
