Excellent service, very clean and beautiful hotel

The only complain I have is the AC. The AC broke during the entire stay. This is not acceptable for a four star hotel since it is quite hot in end of June for Germany. Other than that, the room is large and clean. The bed is comfortable. The location is also good with plenty of transport options.

Crab and spacious room with basic amenities provided. Would have appreciated either a kettle or coffee provided within the room itself to enhance overall stay.

We were here for a reading with dinner and another time for dinner. Both times, the staff was very attentive, friendly, and hard-working. The menu may be small, but everything was fresh and delicious! We always enjoy coming back for dinner.

My daughter has stayed here twice at German camp. Very clean rooms and nice surroundings. It's set on a lake in the middle of a forest. Historically it's interesting too as this is where the old east German big wigs hung out.

If you looking for luxus is not a hotel for you but if you looking to get to know this place and enjoy nature you will enjoy it!

This place is a pretty low quality youth hostel. The showers are ridiculously difficult to use, they switch between really cold and really hot, they don't rain so much as punch you with mist and they end up soaking the entire bathroom every time. An excellent high quality local hotel This is an excellent small hotel where we have stayed several times over many years. It seems to get better each time! The staff are welcoming, friendly and helpful; the hotel is clean and well maintained; the breakfast and other food is high quality and with good choices. The ambiance of the hotel has an attractive attractive local aspect.

The house is a very cozy hotel, but there was no refrigerator in the room.

The hotel presents itself as modern and cozy! The two of us spent three nights there and can say that it was quite pleasant and the young staff very friendly! However, what we do have to criticize is the pricing: we had to pay €25 per night for a small 5 kg dog, and they didn't even provide a water bowl! We stayed at Grimm's Hotel Berlin-Potsdam for 10 days in August, and once again everything was perfect. As requested and reserved, we received the King Suite. Although there was a slight staff turnover in the hotel and restaurant, all employees (with one exception) were very friendly and always in good spirits. The rooms were small but not tiny and very clean. Staff friendly. Breakfast was ok and the bar open late which always helps! The location is probably the biggest negative as there are no shops around the place. Short walk to train which does take you into the centre of Berlin in 40 minutes

The service, staff, atmosphere was amazing !! The food we loved and our entire stay was really lovely. One suggestion we have is maybe to move the fitness room to a higher floor then at the garage basement where people could just randomly enter? There is a terrible terrible smell in the elevator. I’ve never experienced anything like it before. It smelled like an old and moldy dishrag. The drain in the shower didn’t work too well, so there was a big puddle in the shower shortly after starting it. Otherwise the location is good and the bed is comfortable.

Good choice in a great area of Berlin Stayed for one night and it was alright. Located in my favorite area in Berlin. Staff was helpful and room was clean and spaceous. The only minus is that there is a busy road next to the hotel, which was a bit noisy. While this didn't bother me, light sleepers might want to request a room that is not directly facing the road.

Staff was very kind and location is good. Curtains don't block out all the light so it is hard to sleep in. Hallways got noisy in the mornings with other guests and housekeeping staff. Decent value for the money.

Everything was fine. The hotel is fine for a three-day trip. However, breakfast hasn't been served since February. It was offered as an option for booking. It didn't bother us, but it should be rectified.

Overall we had a nice stay. Room and bathroom were nice, spacious and comfortable. Perfect if you enjoy staying in the Friedrichshain area. However, one of the receptionists’ lack of skills to communicate and the fact that rooms weren’t soundproof did decrease the overall experience.

The hotel is quite new. All materials and finishing is new, modern and arranged in good taste. Specious rooms! Comfortable beds, enough various pillows, all necessary room facilities, very well insulated, great breakfast- all you need, including fresh made warm stuff. It has been one of the best stay I have ever had.

I booked a single room and it was one of the smallest hotel rooms I've ever seen. Regardless, the room was comfortable with a large bed and had everything I needed - good lighting, air conditioning, large window, many power outlets, phone charger, mini-fridge, flat-screen TV, rain shower, fast WiFi. The hotel is modern with the rooms being well equiped, clean and tidy. They had a hairdryer, but I would have prefered tea and coffee making facilities. The staff were very friendly and attentive. The best thing about our stay were the very friendly and welcoming staff. The room was very small and had too much furniture, which made it seem cramped. The shower was broken and breakfast was way overpriced.

Nice concept, have been there twice. Unfortunately, the room needs some round-up. The mattress appeared a bit floppy, needs renewal. Some parts of the room seem to have seen better days. Small fixes should do.

You have to be a fan of open showers, wet floors, no hooks for towels and loud bathroom fans right next to the bed that can’t be turned off. Also, what's up with not offering daily cleaning, and bed making? You don't have to change sheets/towels every day if you want to save the planet. Fantastic hotel! The place has modern checkin and set up but still has a very responsive staff (shout out to Pablo for great advice and help)!!! The location is decent, with a tram stop nearby or a metro stop within walking distance, and supermarkets nearby. The bed linen was clean, but the room overall was a bit dingy. Suitable only for the most casual travelers, provided the price is reasonable.

A great place to stay and enjoy the pool. The staff were very friendly - even packing us breakfast because we had to leave early to catch a train. A stylish hotel with a big garden and terrace. It's about 15-20 minutes drive to the center of Berlin. It's quite and in a very nice/safe area of Berlin. We enjoyed the serenity before going (and after returning) to the busy center of Berlin. We were with our car and choose to have parking place for which you have pay 20 euro's per night. And for our little dog we paid 30 euro's per night.

Very modern boutique hotel right by the water. They have a lovely spa with great treatments and a fantastic restaurant.

By far the best option for a modern, peaceful and relaxing stay for friends or couples within a couple hours of Berlin. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, the food was great and the spa services were heavenly. We went in the off season (September) and sometimes felt like we had the place to ourselves.
