We had a two bedroom apartment with kitchenette. The apartment had character and was clean, however if you are planning on cooking, the kitchenette was very small with minimal implements. The latch to the window was broken, so we were very concerned about setting the smoke alarm off. It was very noisy during the night and the beds were very firm. The hotel is worth it’s money and well managed. The standard is good considering the relatively low costs, The breakfast is nice. Unfortunately, the hotel charges for parking in its underground parking lot 14 euros per day. The breakfast is nice! Room service comes only every 3 days and after we asked for daily room service it still wasn’t done.

Was good place to stay around airport

As expected, this is a Best Western Premium Hotel. Despite its remote location from the airport and my business trip destination, I was satisfied with the hotel's facilities and service. However, it would have been even better if it had shuttle service between the hotel and the airport, but unfortunately, it wasn't.

The hotel's location is excellent, super close to both the tram and U-Bahn, and only two or three stops from Berlin Central Station. I was here around 12pm and fire alarm that was over my head suddenly started at 6am due to someone smoking or cooking in the room. It is an interesting location when you plan to visit Potsdam. Unfortunately the quick connection ti city center of Potsdam via water taxi is not running anymore. It is almost the worst 4-star hotel I have ever stayed. The room is extremely small. Apart from a 1.2m-sized bed, the room cannot even stand for a desk, so you have a platform by the head side of your bed to place staff (very creative).  They have a strict check-in time from 3 pm, and staff are not friendly enough to explain things. Moreover, the 150 Euro deposit fee was not mentioned anywhere.
