Stayed at Living Hotel Weissensee for one night, arrived around 18:00 with no available parking at the Hotel or nearby(remember to book parking in advance), Staff was very helpful.

Very nice hotel walkable to the tram. I was visiting for the marathon and though the location was farther from downtown, it was easy to take the trams and trains everywhere. My room was very spacious and quiet.

Absolutely loved my stay at Gold Palais. The staff were friendly and the room was clean and tidy. We paid extra for breakfast which was delicious and there wasa huge variety to choose from. The location is good, a little bit further out but there is a tram stop just over the road. I would definitely stay here again.

I love the property, everything was excellent

So the price for a one-night apartment with breakfast isn't justified, and then there are parking fees. The breakfast isn't really varied either; there's no fruit salad, no natural yogurt, and the service... tables are cleared slowly.

The hotel is designed in a colonial style. Its location is surrounded by beautiful nature. The dining room is a bit too small and therefore too noisy and crowded. The food is good, but not great. The fitness room is nice, but the equipment is rather lacking in quality. The sauna is okay, but a bit small, and the indoor and outdoor swimming pools are quite decent. The shared duvet isn't our thing.

This hotel is a gem. The biggest attraction for us were the huge standard rooms, which come with a spacious seating area including couch. Excellent location, extremely attentive staff, exceptionally clean. We weren't able to find rooms this big in this area for this price anywhere else.

very bad cleaning staff got in our room before checkout time and we were not ready yet. We complained to the reception and they told us they will take care of it and nothing happened afterward.

Good centrally located hotel in Berlin Charlottenburg.

Really enjoyed my stay at NH. Richard their staff was very kind and helpful. I will visit them again. They are very close to a train station. Plenty of restaurants around and shopping street is right across.

The hotel is worth it’s money and well managed. The standard is good considering the relatively low costs, The breakfast is nice. Unfortunately, the hotel charges for parking in its underground parking lot 14 euros per day. The breakfast is nice! Room service comes only every 3 days and after we asked for daily room service it still wasn’t done.

Was good place to stay around airport

As expected, this is a Best Western Premium Hotel. Despite its remote location from the airport and my business trip destination, I was satisfied with the hotel's facilities and service. However, it would have been even better if it had shuttle service between the hotel and the airport, but unfortunately, it wasn't.

I've been coming here regularly for over 10 years and will continue to do so. However, recently the hotel started asking you to pay extra for smoked salmon at the breakfast buffet...which honestly just looks cheap (rather simply remove the smoked salmon from the offerings if you want to...). The restaurant (Pechhütte) changes its menu every couple months and this means the food is often not very good...

Short city break Clean, well located hotel. Main pool and spa were closed for refurbishment during our brief stay but wasn't reason for visit it was proximity to event we were attending at zitadelle. It’s a lonely bus stop with no shed or benches, but close by there are a lot of trees. The bus frequencies aren’t much, hence waiting times can be longer. Caution: carry an umbrella to protect against rains and harsh sun!

You can't describe how bad the staff and the head of the SPA area are and the icing on the cake was the hotel manager. We had booked from Friday to Monday and left early today on Sunday because we were so exhausted by these people that we had no rest. I definitely give this hotel a perfect score. The front desk lady was very friendly. She greeted me every day and never had an impatient tone. There were a lot of plants in the hall and the interior decoration was also very elegant.

The hotel's location is excellent, super close to both the tram and U-Bahn, and only two or three stops from Berlin Central Station. The breakfast is decent, though of course, it can't compare to breakfasts at hotels in China. You have to specifically ask the front desk for room cleaning as it's not done daily. Parking for €29 per day in the underground parking garage beneath the hotel. I was able to charge my electric car for free. A bathtub in the room. Clean room and hotel itself. Free use of the heated pool, sauna, and steam room. Good service and friendly staff.
