Building and rooms are really very nice. Breakfast is very good including possibility to have breakfast outside. Service staff is very friendly, but seems to forget while working in a stressful manner some agreements (Toilettenpapier; correct preparation of hotel card; unsufficient tea and coffee pots and proper cleaning of plates, no nuts available at the bar).

The campus hotel is very simple and the bed is basic with only a tiny quilt for a so-called king sized bed. You hear every noise of the neighbors. It is really not a hotel for travelers, just ok for a meeting at FU Berlin. The breakfast is ok. Outside it looks kind of fancy!

Price-performance was okay, good location. Check-in took quite a while, and the cleanliness could be better. We had to change rooms because the heating wasn't working. Breakfast was good.

This is the hotel I always stay at when I'm on business trips to Berlin. It's conveniently located near the Free University and the subway.
It's quiet and the facilities are very clean. The breakfast provided at the hotel is also excellent.
Breakfast is crucial when traveling with colleagues, and everyone here is satisfied.

The hotel location is near the csmpus which is good. It was okay stay

Nice rooms and good breakfast. Some minor QA checks eg no cups in room, fridge not working when first turned on. Had to play around with the switch and then it wasn't very cold at all

The ac is not working, and the room just feels like a sauna. The receptionist forgot to tell us the ac is broken only until we asked. The shower stand is not working properly if you are tall. The sink is clogged. It looks like a three stars hotel but only worth one star. For the people who are coming here in the future, make sure the ac is functioning when you check in.
