It's the worst hotel I've ever stayed. First impression are not bad at all but second.... They accused us for smoking in the room while we didn't smoke at all. 150€ fine. You Can't even get your meal warm - next 150€ fine. (For a sandwich maker). Didn't respect DO NOT ENTER sign. Cleaning lady enter my room while I was naked. Tourist scam at it's finest

Stayed in this hotel on a work trip week of October 15th. Every thing about this hotel is just wonderful. From the moment you check in to time I checked out, it was a pleasant and friendly experience. Room was very comfortable and WiFi was good enough to enable work to be done. Very nice hotel and I would stay again.

The hotel is ok. Staff is friendly. Rooms are outdated but clean. The refrigerator was removed. There is no airco, but still ok for me. In a quiet area, close to a supermarket

The area was quiet and there were lots of bus stops and S-Bahn and U-Bahn stations nearby, as well as plenty of shopping opportunities

The location was grate. I was 20 minutes close to Marianplatz and 5 minutes close to Lidl and a shop complex. The service and the rooms were grate and they have the breakefast at only 7 euros and it was a very good one. So yes, I recomend this Hotel.

Clean, nice, good and rich Breakfast, good location, with Parking also free in the middle. Bus 150m. It is worthwhile here to stay. Either professionally or as a turist.

Water cocks go very hard.
Cold water is not strong enough, if the toilet flush, then hot water from the shower. To little cold water.

Service is very friendly.
Accessibility to the public very well.
Location very quiet and green.

Breakfast,
Saturday until 9:30 PM. In most of the Hotels that we know of is on the weekend, Breakfast is served until 11:00.
The Buffet is sufficient.

Overall, we were very satisfied and the SensCity would book a Hotel in Spandau again and also recommend to others.
