It is a good hotel for a family to stay via travelling Berlin. The hotel location is good.

Good location, large rooms. We have been to this hotel for many years, but unfortunately, this year, starting with the reception day, the smell of fried fish is terrible, like a cheap eatery. All the furniture in the room is worn out, the bed creaks a lot. For 5 stars - you need to ask for a dental kit at the reception, water-compliment put 1 small bottle for 2 people.

A hotel with many rooms, conveniently located near the zoo and a metro station. The breakfast offered a good variety and quality. Our superior room was spacious and well-equipped with all amenities. There's a wellness area with a sauna, though it was a shame the steam bath was out of order.

The hotel's decor and facilities feel a bit dated, giving it the vibe of an old local establishment. The room was very spacious, more than enough for two people, and the bathroom was also large, though the sink was quite high – perhaps for taller Europeans. Good location which is like 3 minutes walk to the underground. A lot of restaurants nearby in which you will not have any problem for food. The rooms are clean and the staff are helpful.

I got an upgrade to an absolutely breathtaking suite. Upon arrival the doorman opened the cab door, took out my suitcase from the trunk of the car, and one of the porters delivered my suitcase to my suite. Although location was a bit off on the map, but it is relatively close to the Messe Berlin (about 15mins). The rooms were clean and looked relatively new and they served a nice breakfast spread.

I have had a very positive experience of travelling alone. The facilities are well-maintained and include a pool, gym and sauna. Breakfast is also delicious. Phenomenal location for airport access, affordable, and frankly a wonderful hotel! Literally meters from the terminal entrance, the train station entrance, and a Rewe supermarket (which appears to be 24 hours, or close to it!). The room was clean, spacious, and excellent. While the breakfast selection was limited, everything was delicious, which was very important. Booking a room through Ctrip was actually much more convenient than other international booking apps, especially check-out, which was completed online without any waiting or queuing.

We stayed there for one night, practically passing through, we liked it a lot, there was nothing to complain about at the hotel so far, everything was good, breakfast was also more than good, the location is almost perfect, right on the lake and many things can be reached within a radius of about 30 kilometers, I could imagine booking this hotel again for 4-5 days with bikes.

It's alright. It's close to a tram stop where you can transfer to a train or light rail. There are many supermarkets nearby, and it's about 2 kilometers from Alexanderplatz, so transportation is quite convenient. It takes about 45 minutes to get to the airport.

Indeed a high quality as well as "easy-going" stay since this is a centrally located hotel situated next to an important train station, also next to important city sights, museums etc. We are happy that our stay was a very relaxing one even though it was mainly for a congress. The hotel has also a nice restaurant that may serve until late, should someone needs it.

It's sad how superficial the cleaning team's work is. It's not pleasant for guests to see the sink pipes looking disgusting and calcified. And the toilet has some cracks. Something like that should be reported, but if they don't speak German... it just keeps going, and the guests don't feel comfortable with so much disgust.

The location is perfect, just five minutes away from Alexanderplatz and in close proximity to various shopping malls. The rooms are very clean, the staff is friendly and breakfast had many great meal options!

Very small room, no wardrobes, no street view, just an inside patio. they do not respect your choice of one bedding (we selected one big bed, got two instead). No refrigerator or minibar. Breakfast was ok, no ammenities (not even shampoo or gel, just one for both things) Rug was not clean, a disapointing experience overall.

The room is 40 square meters with two TVs and two toilets, one on each side, which is very convenient. The toiletries are incredibly complete, a rare find in European hotels. The bed is also very comfortable, and the sofa bed is a double, big enough for two people.

Really really great hotel! Rooms immaculate, stylish and service impeccable. Hotel provides free baggage storage and area to wait on 6th floor including showers and space to get changed after you’ve checked out! Only downside would be that breakfast is on the expensive side however if you are travelling as a family under 15s are free.

I booked this property on booking.com for the 24th - 25th October 2025 and arrived at 3.30am. When I arrived, I was greeted by a receptionist who informed me that the system had cleared my booking and put me down as a 'no show', resulting in a 'no-show' charge being issued by booking.com Confused as to why I would be put down as a 'no show', when I showed up before the reservation ended at 12.00pm...

Excellent hotel, kind staff. The only minor points were, when leasing the parking area, a couple of times, the license plate recognition didn't work. And I had to call the front office. Also on sunday, there was no bacon with breakfast, and no dark brown bread 🥲. The other days were perfect.

I initially thought I would receive a low to mid-tier service given the price, but it turned out to be one of the best hotel services I've ever experienced. Hotel is conveniently located very near to the BER airport. Check in can be done via an automated machine or through the check in counter. Rooms are clean with good amenities. Perfect for an overnight stay before an early flight.

We booked this specific hotel for our dog during the New Year’s Eve, because we thought the area near the airport has banned fireworks. WRONG. Inside the room is quiet, but it was impossible to leave the hotel from 15:00 onwards, due to constant fire crackers blowing up near by. We’ll look for a different hotel next year.
