Great stay! The rooms are comfortable and clean, the spa is relaxing, and the breakfast is excellent. Friendly staff and a quiet location make this place perfect for unwinding.

Does what it promises: rooms are okay, and the location is decent. Breakfast? Also okay. Limited options, but fine for a short stay. It’s a huge hotel, though during our visit it was relatively empty.

Excellent value for money, but breakfast at €25 per person was excessive for a family, so we opted out. Parking at €25 per day was also unfortunately too expensive. The spa and pool are lovely, but we missed having a sauna infusion.

I was in town for the marathon and enjoyed the location, which was perfect. Staff ranged from very friendly and helpful to quite gruff. Room service - both food and staff - was very good. The room is spacious and comfortable. It's a little far from Alexander Square, but you can get there in under 10 minutes by tram. We only booked a room, so I can't comment on the food. The staff is friendly and polite.

It's alright. It's close to a tram stop where you can transfer to a train or light rail. There are many supermarkets nearby, and it's about 2 kilometers from Alexanderplatz, so transportation is quite convenient. It takes about 45 minutes to get to the airport.

Great location, just a 500-meter walk from the airport. The hotel is very clean, but they don't provide single-use toiletries, so remember to bring your own.

Phenomenal location for airport access, affordable, and frankly a wonderful hotel! Literally meters from the terminal entrance, the train station entrance, and a Rewe supermarket (which appears to be 24 hours, or close to it!). I am baffled why they would use a fluffy carpet in the halls when clearly most customers will have suitcases... that was a genuine annoyance... apart from that I love this hotel

The location and hotel were good, but the service and amenities could be improved. Even though the hotel was fully booked, dishes were frequently missing at breakfast and were usually only provided after we asked for them. The room was okay, but some things were inconvenient, such as the lack of a wardrobe and the very small and awkwardly shaped sink.

Good stay when passing through We had a great one night stay. The sofa bed for the kids weren’t great but other than that everything was good.

I love the property, everything was excellent

So the price for a one-night apartment with breakfast isn't justified, and then there are parking fees. The breakfast isn't really varied either; there's no fruit salad, no natural yogurt, and the service... tables are cleared slowly.

The location was great, and it was convenient to store my luggage if I arrived early. I was a bit surprised when they charged a 50 euro deposit at first, but if you don't use the mini-bar, they refund it minus the city tax!

Great place and location. I could walk to most places of interests. Also many train, bus and tram services outside of hotel. The room is big, do is the toilet. But the single bed is very narrow. So worry will fall out of bed if I turn on my side. Good that 3 pillows are provided.

Reception is very helpful and the hotel location is good. We can also get free drinks for being environmentally friendly (no makeup room for one night). Well recommended

Although the hotel is right next to the MRT station, the soundproofing is excellent! We were even able to switch to a room with a bathtub! For breakfast, there weren't many hot food options, but there was a wide variety of choices overall. Don’t know why they gave me a room for wheelchair user which I obviously am not and therefore the facilities are not ergonomic for me at all. Hotel staff called me after 10pm on my first night to ask me to go downstairs to sign a document is bizarre as it was already my bedtime. The hair dryer in the bathroom is completely useless. Breakfast has limited selection and the same food is served every morning

It's sad how superficial the cleaning team's work is. It's not pleasant for guests to see the sink pipes looking disgusting and calcified. And the toilet has some cracks. Something like that should be reported, but if they don't speak German... it just keeps going, and the guests don't feel comfortable with so much disgust.

It's 2026, and the hotel still requires you to call the front desk to order two free bottles of water daily and wait for a waiter to bring them up. Even asking for slippers or water from the service cart in the hallway is useless; you have to call to order. Property is well located 5 min walk from AlexanderPlatz, and staff well trained and accommodating. My issue was that the room was basic and poorly furnished. Bedding and bathroom towels were poor quality - so 2-3 stars there. OK for an overnight stay when you just need a bed and shower .... I imagine other hotels in thr area have a better price / quality ratio.

I stayed at the property during ITB Berlin, location is perfect with direct train connection to the trade show. Building exterior is a bit outdated, however room amenities and comfy bed is all I needed and met expectations. Good breakfast variety as well.

The hotel location is superb and really worth its value. The staff are also excellent with their services. Few observations for the management: The pillows are too soft and not all travellers like soft pillows. This didn't allow me to enjoy my sleep at all. There should be an option to choose between hard and soft pillows just the way options are given between two beds or large for the queen's room...

Really really great hotel! Rooms immaculate, stylish and service impeccable. Hotel provides free baggage storage and area to wait on 6th floor including showers and space to get changed after you’ve checked out! Only downside would be that breakfast is on the expensive side however if you are travelling as a family under 15s are free.

The hotel is on the place where you cannot find too many. I mean that you can walk but more than 15 minutes to reach a place where you can see it or maybe you can also visit something. Visited Berlin in late-Nov 2024 to soak in some history and this hotel is perfectly placed as it is walking distance to Potsdamer Platz, Checkpoint Charlie, the Topology of Terror, the remnants of the Berlin Wall, etc. It’s extremely convenient as it is literally on the doorstep of Anhalter banhof where the S-Bahn connects to the various parts of the city within minutes. Great rooms in a good location. High ceilings combined with extremely quiet rooms make relaxing very easy. The staff were friendly and efficient. Very close to a number of attractions and situated between a number of U and S stops. Will stay here again.
