+ It's a short train ride from the airport to the hotel, or a 25-minute walk. Everything was nice and clean.

Very satisfied. Location, service, cleanliness, room, etc... one thing which can be improved is perhaps the hygiene bag for disposal of pads.

The front desk staff were friendly, and the hotel isn't too far from the airport. However, the shuttle service between the airport and the hotel, which was mentioned in some previous reviews, is no longer available. A taxi from the airport to the hotel after 10 PM cost about 8 euros. For an early morning flight before 6 AM, a taxi to the airport was around 22 euros. Hope this helps with your planning!

The check-in was very smooth and the room just look as good as the picture. I couldn’t find a hairdryer in the room so I used there chat service with AI reply. It was quite informative, however, I still needed to go to the lobby to inform the receptionist and got the hairdryer myself.

Absolutely 10/10 for anyone looking for accommodation near the airport. The location is very convenient, and the stay was comfortable. Special credit to the front desk staff — they were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and truly showed great hospitality. Their service made the stay even more pleasant. Highly recommended!

No room cleaning service, and they charge an extra €25 per night for it. The front desk service was pretty good, though.

this hotel does house keeping only once in 7 days hence i paid Euro 25 to clean the room as i was staying for 6 days but until i checked out room was not cleaned despite reminding the people at the reception everyday and finally had to get into an argument as they told me to send an email to their manager to get the refund of the Euro:25 
they know that the room was not cleaned and they dont want to give a refund

The shuttle service stopped since January 1, 2026
without notice. Our flight arrived Frankfurt very late at 10 pm. We waited for the shuttle for nearly an hour with another family with young kids. Finally we took a taxi to the hotel. We complained the issue to the hotel staff but she was just ignorant and helpless!

The hotel is located in a cluster of hotels near the airport. It's just one stop away from Frankfurt Airport train station on the S8 or S9, at a station called Gateway Gardens. The surrounding area is pretty desolate, but the hotel itself has vending machines and a restaurant on the ground floor. As for the service, during my two-day stay, there were two front desk staff members. One was really nice and polite, even spoke a little Chinese. The other was a bit cold. The hotel's shuttle bus to the airport has increased to 6 euros and only accepts credit cards, no cash. The room size was decent. There were no toiletries or slippers, but that's pretty standard for hotels in Germany. I stayed in the first room on the first floor near the corridor, so I didn't have to walk far, and it was surprisingly quiet. Overall, for the price, the stay was quite good.

Great location near the airport T2 and the free shuttle service from airport is good for travellers, although the pick up location at airport could be confusing as the bus doesn't pick up at hotel shuttle area but in front of gate 8/9.
Room is clean and tidy although small, but there's no facial tissue provided. Kitchen with full kitchen appliances plus tools is provided for those who cook. Laundry room is available at cost.
