Good points:
It's in a fantastic location. It's a short walk from the city centre/nearest station, there are lots of cafes and restaurants nearby, and the park is directly across the road.

It's relatively cheap for the area (though see below).

Bad points:

The lift only allows one person at a time. I appreciate it's an older building but it does slow down the process of arriving/leaving with luggage.

The rooms could be a bit cleaner. There were some stains on the dining table and bathroom wall - they looked like bright coloured ink.

The walls between apartments are paper thin! Even a standard conversation can be heard in the next room, and pray your neighbours aren't playing loud music.

Other points:

There's an onsite spa that we didn't use so can't comment on.

The reception is only staffed 8am to 10pm Monday to Friday. Outside those hours you need to call a number provided on the door. This wasn't a huge inconvenience, but did give us a bit of a delay checking out.

Very happy to have found this hotel with big living rooms+ kitchen
As well as a SPA with sauna and steam bath!
It's my new favourite in town!

Great location, rooms with a lot of space. Though not the most clean (couch and shower could have used more attention). Staff wasn’t the friendliest but assisted when necessary

I asked for a quiet room and it really was quiet. ✅️
The room/suite was a real 2 room (1 bedroom) apartment with even 2 flat-screen TVs 📺 📺.
Breakfast was great for the price.😋
It is super central in walking distance to everything. I think I'll return on the next visit.

We found ourselves in this hotel by chance because there was a problem where we had booked. Apartment large enough for 3 people. Bathroom with towels and accessories. Bed and cleaning service every day. Possibility of having breakfast for €12.00 per person. Area from which you can reach the center and surrounding areas in less than 20 minutes. restaurants of all types.. many Italians. I would say that.. we didn't miss anything.. We thank the morning secretary who kindly provided us with the requested information.. Thank you..

Super bad! The environment inside was eerie, and I didn't see the front desk appear after staying for several days. It's the kind that fends for itself. . . . The fees are extremely expensive. Very low value for money. I left the plug in the hotel and refused to pay for the postage. In short, blacklist! ! ! ! ! Be careful everyone

If you stay for a short night or two and don't have big requirements, you can still accommodate it, but walking in the corridor is a bit smelly. If you stay for a long time, it is not recommended to choose to live there
