A very pleasant stay at the Saks Hotel Frankfurt. The location is excellent, offering quick and convenient access to the city centre and main attractions. Rooms are spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained, providing a perfect base for both business and leisure travelers.

Breakfast is delicious, with a great selection to start the day. The cozy bar creates a welcoming atmosphere to unwind in the evening.

Special thanks to the front desk team, in particular Mr. Yeni Dunya, whose friendly and knowledgeable assistance greatly enhanced the overall experience. His helpful tips for both the hotel and exploring Frankfurt were invaluable.

Highly recommended for anyone visiting Frankfurt!

It is a pleasure to express my sincerest appreciation of the excellent and most helpful staff - Yenni, Yeni Dunya, and Carmelo, who all in the finest way came to my assistance at a moment of trouble. They were wonderfully present and engaged and assured me of all that was necessary. Wonderful staff! So too the morning bkfst - the finest. Room was perfect. Richard I. Cohen

The outside needs some renovation as the paint is falling off the windows. The rooms are relatively small but have a desk if you need to work.
It is located in a quiet residential area but there are plenty of restaurants within walking distance and you can walk to the Messe also.
The Service Personal could be more attentive. Quite inflexible with some questions.
Food is only serve for breakfast but no menu to order fresh prepared eggs - it has to be taken from the buffet, which was a little dry.
Overall ok but nothing special, not a place I would like to come back.

Very convenient location, superior quality. We had a very pleasant stay and drinks at the bar. Especially manager Yeni Dünya at the reception was very courteous, friendly and professional. What a little gem of a hotel in the middle of the Westend of Frankfurt.

Not far from the city center, located in a quiet area, it is an excellent choice for short business stays. Small but comfortable rooms, well appointed, but two defects: electrical outlets placed next to the entrance door, about three meters from the desk (bring an extension cord to minimise the risks if you need to work) and bathroom open to the room. In mine the shower door did not close well, so I flooded the room. Nice and friendly staff. Affordable prices. At the end good choice.

I really enjoyed Saks. The staff was friendly and helpful. Each evening we could come back for a night cap in the lounge. I appreciated Carmelo & Yaney at the front desk and bar they were always accommodating and kind. The rooms were nice and comfortable. Quiet area of Frankfurt, The neighborhood is safe, it is walkable to the river and shopping district. Great Italian restaurant next door who were also great to us, after a late flight they made pizzas to go for us as they closed. We ate dinner there a later night & it was delish. I would stay here again and I highly recommend it.
