10/10 spa hotel with amazing breakfast Amazing spa with different saunas, a pool to cool off in and different showers. Beautiful breakfast that has everything, even a chef making you an omelette if your preference!

I don't normally do reviews, but in the case of Hotel Freizeit In, the experience with all the staff and the level of service and attention to their customers was so good that I just had to let everyone else know that this hotel and their staff are 5 🌟 plus

Consistently friendly staff, nice and clean rooms, and an excellent breakfast with a wide selection for tea lovers. All employees were very attentive and accommodating.

I can't find word for how amazing is this hotell is. The staff is super competent and I promise I will be back in a few months when I take my second car from Sweden

Excellent hotel! Our room was way above our expectations. Very spacious, comfortable beds, mini fridge, tv, hot water heater, coffee and tea packets. The underground parking garage is located directly below the hotel

The room overlooks a green urban area, and is within walking distance of museums, the Rhine River, and Königssee. The location is excellent, and the room is a comfortable size

Very comfortabele rooms, nicely located next to the old Town of Düsseldorf and next to the park. Close to the Rhine river and the art museums. Relatively easy to come by car. Very friendly staff and great breakfast.

The hotel reception staff were very welcoming and friendly; it was a wonderful experience. The breakfast was decent, and the restaurant's dinner was simple yet delicious

Great location and kiosk and bakery nearby. Breakfast was very expensive so we went to the bakery around the corner and had a delicious breakfast there.

Clean friendly hotel - short walk to the Altstadt - local dining options are good - public transport excellent.

Pool is big, perfect temp and with a nice outdoor and kids pool. The spa area is also large with everything you want. The indoor playground is out of this world

We didnt stay long enough and their online booking platform for things like massages is not super user friendly but that's me trying to nitpick really! The place is MASSIVE but also spotless

Rooms are well appointed and they are very accommodating to children. We received a crib, baby cup, baby slippers and dressing gown as well as a changing mat and nappy bin in our room

Only complaint was it mentioned smart tv in rooms- unfortunately only 3 channels could be changed to english (1 news channel and 2 channels that only showed cartoons in tge evening)

For breakfast you have a lot of variety of delicious fresh meals and drinks. After long beach walks we used the spa with a big heated outside and inside pool and a sauna area every day

Had a really nice stay on this beachfront hotel during easter. Spa area with a variety of saunas was clean and well maintained and so was the outside pool

The bummer - and not acceptable for a 5 star hotel - is the room cleaning: Randomly replaced towels but the worst: the bedsheets have NOT been replaced once during the 4 night stay! Something not acceptable at all let alone in a 5 star hotel! There was no card to place on the bed which is standard in 5 star hotels that don't change bed linens every day by default; so the default here is no change of...

Very nice hotel from the grounds to the pool to the very good breakfast. Also the room is nice, although there was a damp smell in the bathroom all the time

Had a very comfortable stay here at the grand. The buffet breakfast was up with the best we have had around the world. Omelettes made to order, multiple freshly made juices, heaps of hot and cold choices

Very good price for the value. The staff is friendly and helpful, the room was clean and equipped. For breakfast they provide a lot of options. Walk from the central station is merely 10 minutes.

The hotel facilities are very good.

The hotel has a great location and the rooms are clean.

€30 per day, even if you check in at 8 pm! Shameful! The mattress in the room is obviously dated and has dips without any support. Not to mention the four pillows, which are all completely flaked

The parking for Oktoberfest went up from 29 to 39 Euros, but it's very close to the festival. Breakfast was really mediocre; the only good thing is the location.

When parking in Germany, it is best to download the app in advance (you need to register in advance for handyparken. Using the app to park is very convenient. Otherwise, you have to buy a parking ticket from a machine)

The pool was freezing and the spa area was not clean. There were Band-Aids piled up in the corner of one of the saunas and the hampers for the towels were overflowing

Had a great long weekend at A-ROSA Sylt. The spa facilities are excellent and perfect for relaxing after a walk by the wild Nordsee

Great variety and selection of warm and cold served food. They ask for reservations which makes sense due to seating capacity. Several sauna and large pools to spend some quality time during a windy, wet day

Spa, outdoor pool and restaurant facilities were amazing. Also how quiet it was, in spite of that fact that we had a suite facing the land side of the property, was really good

We needed a nice break for the weekend with our 3 years old son where we all could relax and this was a absolutely right place for us! The spa area is big and our son could have fun there without disturbing any other guest, we enjoy lots of saunas with nice treatments for the body

She always helped us if we were interested in something, she also recommended us interesting places and our room was always in order

All in all, better than I expected for this price. It's looking modern, but a few hints of frequent usage are obvious. Charging devices in the chambers can be difficult, I had to go to the lobby for free sockets

It was easy to access from tram station, nice staffs. We have to use stairs from 7 to 8 floor, it can be hard. Guest kitchen was honestly messy and not clean, but it is the hostel

Lovely clean room. The bus stop qas right outside which made our trip so easy. The restaurant was nice. We had a massage chair in our room too and it was really nice. The shower was hot clean and a good strebtgh

Brilliant hotel! We stayed there with one of our school groups, and it was absolutely perfect. Great rooms, incredible breakfast and shops and restaurants around the area. We will definitely be back.

We had a company party there. It's nice place with beautiful site. The quality of the food was also good. There was a servant gay (Hesham) super nice with extraordinary hospitality.

Given that there wasn't an option for the receptionist to reverse the 'no show' on the system, which to me, seems absurd and is something that the management of this hotel should change, he advised that I pay for the room privately, take an invoice and dispute with booking

With ten days having passed since I put in the dispute, having paid the property privately and having received zero notification of the 'no show' fee being cancelled, I was confused as to why no resolution was being displayed on booking

When I arrived, I was greeted by a receptionist who informed me that the system had cleared my booking and put me down as a 'no show', resulting in a 'no-show' charge being issued by booking

Overall, the stay was good. The only issue we had was with the ventilation. It seemed like the air conditioner was not working properly because the room felt warm. Otherwise the location was great.

A very nice, clean, and centrally located hotel. It offers excellent access to the Spittelmarkt U-Bahn station. The central location truly couldn't be better!

The Sheraton Carlton is a well kept property and the staff was wonderful. I was placed in an executive room which was very large and had extra amenities. The hotel is also located very close to the train station

The hotel is right next to the train station, making it extremely convenient for travelers arriving by train. Getting to the Old Town from the hotel is also very easy

The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, but the facilities are a bit dated, and there was a strong odor from the bathroom drain

Only thing that bothered me was that the breakfast was amazing on the first morning of my stay, but then a bit disappointing after - a staple like bacon was missing, there was no fried eggs, and I highly preferred the potato croquettes over the potato wedges

Very good location close to the airport. With airport shuttle which was 5 euro per person. Starting from 04.00h in the morning. Would recommend if you have an early flight!

We came to see some art at a nearby museum for our anniversary and they made it a memorable experience. The place is smack dab in the middle of Volkswagen Disneyland and there is a lot to do

The perfect hotel with 1972 architecture. It was like walking back in time. Especially the swimmingpool had perfect 1972 tiles on the floor. Unfortunately the safe box did not work neither did one key

House keeping a very mixed bag, we had days they never came, despite no no disturb signs on the door, replenishment of towels and coffee also various times didn't happen, other times everything was 110%

It's okay to talk with your colleague from work at work, but try not to make other people wait for you. Four stars are for unfriendly situation at the bar and for really low temperature in room and all hotel

By name it is 4 stars but Very Old furniture, torn bed covers, limited breakfast options, no coffee or tea maker in the room. No Minibar, There is not enough space in front of hotel to park the car

Of one car park there, second car cannot pass. Control of heating system does not work

This was my first time staying at a BW premiere Hotel, and i was very impressed with the Hotel in Hannover, Germany! It was beautiful!

The rooms are equipped according to their categories good to very good. The free Wi-Fi is fast enough. Only the Breakfast area could be bigger - space. Modernization or minor repairs are held on a pleasantly unobtrusive

I had a wonderful stay at Barceló Hamburg. The location is perfect, within walking distance to many attractions and transport links. The room was modern, spacious, and very comfortable

I’ve booked Leonardo Royal hotel for my parents in law who came from Ireland. They stayed for 5 nights and were telling me how nice the hotel staff were. They said they can recommend this hotel to anybody
