Nice modern hotel, stayed here once before to meet a friend who study’s in Esslingen. It’s approx 20 mins walk to the train station but close to bus stops. Rooms are a good size and the bed is comfy.

When we got to the room they were singles touching each other. When I questioned this at reception they said they don’t have small doubles. So I asked why they advertised small doubles and they had no idea

It’s a pretty new hotel with large rooms and a good location. It’s about 15-20 minutes’ drive from the Mercedes-Benz Museum. The parking lot downstairs is public, but the hotel’s instructions are unclear

Anyone could have taken my wallet and passport or our bags and other personal possession’s. I thought it was strange that they have no “do not disturb” signs in the room

The room was very hot which the AC didn't help with a lot but opening the window helped - the thick blackout curtains kept it dark but also kept the heat in! The gym is very small (a treadmill, a cross trainer and some dumbbells) but the sauna was really nice

The staff was consistently friendly and professional, making you feel welcome right away. The location is also very convenient, with easy access to transport and the city

Super close to Hbf, walkable distance, and only one subway stop away. The environment is fantastic, and it's really close to the subway station

They offer daily housekeeping and you can ask the front desk for slippers! This place is a hundred years ahead of Munich!

Many employees speak English and were helpful. No A/C and room was a twin mattress unlike a typical U. Not many English channels on TV. Did not get an opportunity to visit pool or spa

Lovely hotel with great service and beautiful rooms. We arrived early and did not expect to check in, but just wanted to park the car. However the sweet receptionist told us our room was ready and we could check in

Very rare that happens nowadays (even if the room probably is ready) so an extra star for that. I think most of the hotel guests were germans and except for the receptionist everybody spoke german to us

Staff were helpful and friendly, and there were plenty of amenities like the pool and sauna to enjoy after a day of hiking. Overall, it's a solid choice for a relaxing getaway — not luxurious, but well worth the stay

The buffet offered no healthy options, only the bread was tasty; it took forever to reset the tables, and wiping meant sweeping crumbs onto the floor, one rag for several tables, and no disinfection at all

The staff was unhelpful when we asked. We asked for a table on the terrace to be wiped dry and received the answer: "I'll be right away. " We're still waiting for that today

In a pinch for a night or two The view of the Wurmberg from the 9th floor was fantastic. With cushions on the chairs, the evenings would have been even more enjoyable

With better ventilation in the bathroom, it might not have smelled so musty. The breakfast service could be improved

The only thing I would change is that they need the ability to use a digital key, the current key system has issues. During our 4 night stay we had to visit the front desk 3 times to have our keys reset

The hotel is centrally located on quiet street. The rooms are big and cosy. Friendly and helpful staff. Significantly higher price in the weekend than on weekdays. So practically the only good to say :O)

We had an incredible stay with our 1 year old. We were in town to visit family and go to the St Pauli game. Super easy to get to the stadium and to walk around the area and get to public transit

Bathroom is a bit odd. AC doesn’t get very cold. Minor points but I’d stay here again. Good location.

Excellent value for money . The staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast super and room very clean . Just be aware of the red light district two minutes away if you turn right out of the hotel.

Good breakfast! As we arrived late and had to go next day morning, no experience about the location of this hotel. But it said it near old town area, could be a nice hotel next time travel for holiday!

Location is convenient, old town is just nearby with many restaurants selection. However, be careful at night coz it seems like some ******** are there as well.

We had invited my husbands mother to join us and felt that it wasn’t value for money. The bar was suffering from staff sickness and service was slow…. but the head barman was very good and apologetic for any inconvenience

The hotel and amenities are excellent and I would have awarded a higher rating for the ambience……however we were very disappointed with the set meal at £69 per head

Top classic style Spa Hotel. Food and service are very good. Friendly atmosphere but my family were among the youngest hotel guests.

The location is quite good. The room was very spacious and well decorated. Although it is located on a busy road, the room was reqlly quiet.

Excellent hotel, convenient location with easy access to Heumarkt, Neumark, Schildergasse and Hohe Straße. A 12 min walk to Köln Central Station and the Dom. The glass elevator you can see the Dom.

And the hotel did everything to make our stay unforgettable! The service was one of the best parts about this hotel! All kinds of requests we had were fulfilled very quickly and on the highest level of quality

The room was incredibly clean, and it even had a bathtub. But the best part was the breakfast – a fantastic spread, very clean, and top-notch service

It was a pretty good stay. Having a supermarket right next door was really convenient, and being next to the pedestrian shopping street was great for shopping. Plus, Cologne Cathedral is less than a ten-minute walk away.

Good convenient location, basically across the street from the St Pauli Ubahn station. The breakfast buffet which was included in my room rate was a nice plus, with very decent spread of hot and cold food selections

Excellent in all aspects except for the horrendous music they play all day long in the lobby. like the proverbial "elevator music" but piped into the lobby

IT was very good, I would repeat it-

They did not try to cut in line themselves—it was the staff member who actively prioritized them over me. Only after fully resolving their issue did he return to help me

This made me feel disregarded and disrespected as a guest. Fair and respectful service should be extended to all, regardless of language or background

Ideal locayion for all your neefs in Bonn. Staff were great and could not be more helpfull. Breakfast was one of the best we ever got. when we return to Bon or Cologne we will be booking back in to our new second home

It is recommended to provide a bottle opener in the room, otherwise the water included in the room fee is in a glass bottle, and it cannot be opened without a bottle opener, and the water cannot be drunk

My husband and I stayed at this hotel for two nights when we were traveling to different Christmas markets. This one was walkable to their big Christmas market. I definitely would stay there again

Very nice hotel on a excellent location in the city center. If you are planning to go to the Bonner Christmas market this is a great starting point.

The room was spacious and bright. The facilities were pretty clean, and toiletries were provided. While there were no slippers in the room initially, the front desk readily supplied them upon request

Clean hotel with friendly staff close to the train station, Follwang Museum and the restaurant and street Rüttenscheider Str. We stayed here a few times and would come back next time in Essen.

Things to note: - The hotel is a bit of a walk to the city centre and multiple tram tickets can get quite expensive - Parking is 18Euros per day — on the pricier side

The hotel's location right by the main road makes it incredibly convenient for transportation. We also enjoyed the buffet breakfast served on the first floor

A fantastic hotel! I would definitely stay there again and highly recommend it! I traveled alone and was allowed early access to my beautiful room, and the stay was simply wonderful! The breakfast is also worth it, and all the staff in the restaurant, the service, at reception, and in the Atlantic Bar were exceptionally friendly

The ‘front’ of the hotel is actually on the other side of the building than you’d expect - I. from the local tram stop, the entrance is on the opposite side than the one facing you

However, I’m unsure if we’ve arrived in an ‘offseason’ but everywhere is unnervingly quiet. There are certainly guests, and certainly staff - but we’ve seen next to zero

On the whole zero complaints about the hotel itself. The complex is gigantic and much larger than expected, and as such, made finding reception quite difficult

The complex is huge, but the restaurant sells the ice cubes (???), guess is not part of the hotel. It is a lit bit far from the city, but the quality of the room and toilet was great

AC working perfectly as was quite hot weather. Staff was professional and polite. Toiletries were quite good as well and we manage to have a great stay there

Nice big rooms, our room had a bath shower, they don’t offer kettles on the room or coffee and teas. No ammenities except shower gel and handwash. Had a nice decent tv and chairs in the room too

The rooms were spotless and very comfortable, and the location made getting around incredibly easy. Public transportation was close by, so we could reach the city center and main attractions without any hassle

Gym: While the hotel doesn’t have its own gym, it offers access to Fitness First Black Label, which includes modern facilities and a pool. Lobby: Surprisingly small for the size of the building—compact and a bit crowded

Spa was amazing didn’t like they the pool was connected to the gym and open to general public that uses gym but staff and everyone else were nice. Will stay again

Service can be hit or miss but generally on the good side! (Missed my request once and no one checked in until I requested through the app again) Breakfast at the restaurant across the reception area was truly amazing

Would recommend this hotel just for that breakfast! Unfortunately there is no Executive Lounge yet, so that's a bit disappointing for anyone coming for the JW brand - they recently rebranded

This hotel is located in the heart of Frankfurt, within walking distance to almost all major attractions. The rooms are very spacious and well-equipped

Great location right by the train station, offering good value for money. It's a bit older, but still clean and hygienic, so no issues there. Perfect for business travelers. I even saw Lufthansa crew staying here.

My family stayed here for our visit to Stuttgart and we enjoyed it. We especially loved the location that is close to transportation - The bus and train stations are a walking distance literally outside the hotel

Stayed for four nights on 13th floor and found the hotel excellent. Blend Restaurant & Bar is really excellent. I used the hotel gym three days and it’s good, but the water cooler needs to be fixed

Although the bus and trains are so close, I don't remember hearing any train noises when resting in our rooms. The rooms were clean and well maintained not to mention the comfortable beds
