Breakfast was really good, although the bacon was a bit too crispy for my liking. The swimming pool, sauna, and gym are open from 7 AM to 10 PM. Overall, very satisfied.

Perkele always stays here when we are in Magdeburg to play with the band Perkele. We had the release gig in Magdeburg for the album Theater. We have always been treated well

Short walk (700m) from the last stop of 10 tram. Clean hotel with a swimming pool and sauna. The food and drinks served in the hotel are good.

You can feel hotel has it's age. But overall it's super clean, stuff super nice. Breakfast has huge variety of options. Good place to stay over night. Good value for the money.

A little bit outdated or nostalgic if you like, but rooms are clean and spacious, beds are wide and comfortable. Lot to choose from at the breakfast. Staff is fiendly and bicycles can be stored inside

We were here for the second time, definitely not the last! Great service, great view of the Baltic Sea, beautiful pool area. Also very child and dog friendly. We'll be back!

They didn’t let me get in before 3pm and they fail to Book halbe Pension (breakfast and dinner) for the day after, so I was thrown out of the restaurant when I wanted to have dinner

We loved our stay! We were thrilled with the level of service we received from the kind and helpful staff: Florian, Vijay, Aleksander and Rade to name a few

The location is a kind of cosy luxury that we very much enjoyed. The brotzeit snacks and the breakfast (included with the room booking), were exceptionally delicious. The spa was a wonderful treat

But, the AC was a bit noisy, the towels where fringly, the leather at the bottom om the bed was worn, the shower was a bit low, so with mine 181 cm, had to bend down a bit to get my head under the shower

A somewhat dated Radisson hotel, but still very good! The Business Class rooms are still old fashioned furnitured as in 2010 or something

We chose the Raddison Blu Hotel for our wedding in Germany this year and we can’t say enough about the wonderful staff and service we received. Simone Tauber was our point person as we were planning our wedding overseas

She was absolutely fantastic in accommodating all of our requests for our reception. She always responded right away which we really appreciated since we had to organize everything from Canada

The location is fantastic as it’s right across from the train station making it easy for our guests to find. We were impressed with the breakfast each morning as well as the spacious executive room with balcony

We enjoyed using the pool, although the jacuzzi was only lukewarm, which made it difficult to use in the cold weather, so we only went once. The breakfast offers a great variety of options

Bring your rubber pool slides as quite expensive to buy from hotel shop on a Sunday if you forget them !I would like to come back to stay on a ski holiday

This hotel always has a lovely atmosphere. We had a problem with streaming service in our room, someone came to look at it, but it wasn’t repaired by time we left. We only had world news to watch in evening

Ski/Spa in Germany hidden gem Just came down for one night but enjoyed the spa facilities. Buffet dinner was good for the money and hotel was very pleasant with modern decor styling

Great little hotel within short walking distance of the main city areas, perfect for our Xmas market holiday. Great staff who spoke excellent English and were super attentive and helpful

They all speak English (some better than others) and provide great advice for travelers not native to Germany. 4/5 Room - Room is very clean and, in an appropriately German way, supplying the basics without much flair

I stayed here in December to visit the Christmas market in Nuremberg. The hotel is not too close to the S-Bahn station, around 5-8 min walking distance away. The street is quite dark and quiet during night time

There are two seating areas available to have meals and do some work, which I find very well. They also provide two bottles of water and two bottles of beer complimentary everyday

There's also a Lidl supermarket behind the hotel, but they don't open on Sundays. Overall a very comfortable stay, with a nice bed and good heating & ventilation system

Even though we were in this hotel for only two nights for the whole tour, but it has retained a very positive memory. The rooms are modern, the food is simply 5+ Varied and delicious

Location is opposite terminal. Huge car park and EV charging station. Rooms are comfortable and have air-conditioning. Gym is small but good equipment.

It's very close to the airport. From the departure level of Stuttgart Airport, you can see the P6 parking garage in the distance. Then cross the skybridge and walk straight for 5-10 minutes

A short outdoor walk from airport to hotel. There's construction going on around the airport to the hotel, just follow the sign or google map. The soundproof window is effective too

Transportation is quite convenient, and it's not far from Stuttgart Airport. Considering that Stuttgart time is relatively late, staying here is very convenient

Had a late check in and the staff gave me the wrong room where I’ve booked for 2 nights but instead gave me someone else booking

We had a great time staying at Rugard. We had a beautiful sea view from a room. It was nice to get a welcoming message on the bag with spa towels and bathrobes, and a small bootle of wine in the end of our stay

Each went out of their way to make my stay pleasant. They both speak excellent English which helped since my German is limited. The breakfast buffet is excellent and I also enjoyed the pool and hot tub

We booked the room with breakfast and dinner included, and all the meals we had were good. We stayed in the sauna and pool. We loved the discretion and cleanliness, the saunas are the highlight of this hotel

Decent pool, decent sauna, paid but easy parking, helpful staff. Very average room, Good dining space but the food gets emptied real quick as there are too many Guests compared the food that gets refilled

This hotel is such a treat with beautiful ammenities, fantastic food, friendly staff in. Picturesque location. We travelled around Europe from New Zealand and this was our favourite place real luxury!

I don't 5 star often at all and I have reviewed over 200 hotels and resorts but this one deserves the ratings. Be aware though some of the paperwork says 10am checkout but it is actually 11am

Very simple and simply furnished room, not necessarily in the style of a 4-star hotel, but spacious. The lobby and breakfast options were excellent; there's a pool table, foosball, and board games available.

The location is excellent, just over 100 meters from the subway station. The lobby has a relaxed atmosphere, making it a great place to work.

Very clean and comfortable room although they put us next to the cleaners cupboard which meant lots of loud banging from 8. 30am daily and loads of trolleys parked outside our bedroom at all times

Decent buffet breakfast but also other places nearby where you can get cheaper deals if you’re on a budget. Would stay again if they gave us a better located room

This hotel is located right opposite Berlin Central Station, which is an excellent location! It's also very convenient for getting around, with both S-Bahn and U-Bahn stations nearby

Major attractions like the Reichstag and Brandenburg Gate are also within walking distance. The staff are lovely, the rooms are spacious, and the soundproofing is great, making it very quiet

It’s located perfectly near Hbf and parliament. Easy to walk to the important touristic attractions. We can come back.

5 min away from the central train station - easy to get to anywhere out of the town of within the city center.

The room is very spacious, love the design, and has the heated floor. The breakfast has so many various items. The location is great, nearby the station, comfortable when you are travelling by train

On days when the weather was bad, we enjoyed the indoor pools and sauna. The hotel rooms have a great view of the sea. The breakfast and dinner had a wide variety of options

The rooms are very modern though the could have more hangers for bath robes and towels. In the suites they have shower and a bath tub, however, It would be even more convenient to have a second toilet instead

Big negative thing was the closed outdoor pool with daily construction noise. Perfect was the breakfast buffet and the availability to open the window (9th floor) for a fresh sea breeze

That was pretty upsetting since I traveled with my older father for his birthday. The staff wasnt hardly able to communicate in english. Towels had to be exchanged at front desk, ect

A couple of small things could make the stay even better: my Wi-Fi connection didn’t reach the lobby, restaurant, or gym; the treadmill software and virtual programs are from 2013 and could use an update; and I got euros from an ATM, which is not nearby, but the property couldn’t break the larger bills, which made tipping difficult

We had a lovely, spacious room. The view was great! The cleaning staff did a great job keeping the room clean. You can’t hear any noise from the hallways and different floors. The train station is a ten minute walk

We recently stayed here for a week and enjoyed our stay. The front desk staff is helpful, kind, and professional. We arrived at the hotel at 11am and they immediately accommodated us for an early check-in

I would like to share the toilet paper and Kleenex is quite rough and hard. It has no softness to them, which was somewhat uncomfortable to use. It was disappointing to see a nice hotel, using a poorer quality product

Amazing customer service from Nadia who assisted my friend and I. Having traveled over 18 hours, we were exhausted and were hoping for an early check in. She was able to get us a room 5 hours before check in time

The pool, Spa and Gym were so good. Staff friendly and the receptionists who checked me in and out were friendly, along with all the staff at the hotel and Spa. The cafe on site was an absolute bonus

When I asked to add breakfast, they only said that I could go directly to the restaurant to settle the bill after check-out, 36€ per person. As a result, I ate two meals but was charged for four meals, totaling 344€

After several email negotiations, they agreed to settle the bill according to the restaurant registration and refunded 144€. I don't understand how this bill was calculated

You can walk to anywhere in a few minutes, the subway and bus are 5 minutes away, and the night market is also 5 minutes away

This was the greatest property I've ever stayed at in Europe. The service is absolutely superb. I cannot recall her name, but the young woman who checked us in at the Front Desk truly set the tone for a fantastic stay

Grand Hyatt Berlin is well located in the city, easily accessible to the well known tourists area and scenery. The hotel service is excellent and the staff are very friendly and helpful.

Very easy friendly check-in experience. Staff was friendly and spoke perfect English. Rooms had good layout and are comfortable. Very fast and stable internet connection. In room air conditioner control worked well

Rooms are spotless, comfortable and efficient, however its probably not terribly family orientated as the spotless white walls might prove too tempting to children!

It's a little spare and small in the rooms but the breakfast (free) is fantastic and they'll store your bag for you if you arrive too early

Renovated and modernized, while keeping the old jazzy style. Named after Duke Ellington - featuring a Jazz Radio station and live Jazz in the evenings. Room was not too spacious but comfortable

Hotel is perfectly located, can easily walk or use all sorts of public transport to move around the city. Staff very helpful and accommodating. Rooms are exactly the size and has facilities as advertised

This was the perfect hotel for our stay in Berlin. Immediately across the street from the main train station was so convenient for getting out and exploring, and a very easy walk to the Reichstag and Brandenburg Gate

We got the suite, so definitely plenty of space, lots of storage. Had the best sleep, bed was super comfortable. Tap water is perfectly fine for drinking. A lot of restaurants and eateries just outside the door

So cross the "Invalidenstrasse" at the right side traffic light (straight from the exit of the train station) turn right, and the hotel entrance is on the right side of that building, from the "Heidestraße"

After transformation, the two beds are close to each other with only 5 inches at the middle. And mattress falls at the long side if you try to move the beds a bit further away from each other

Hotel is at the same building with ibis and another hotel. The room we booked is comfort twin. Spacious one but the two beds is transformed from a double bed

The only downside is that it's a bit of a walk to the cathedral, about 1. Public transport here can be expensive, so walking and enjoying the scenery along the way is a good option

Room very clean and big with all the basics like bath towel, slippers, shampoo, mini fridge (empty) etc. parking is super small so you must use the public one

Very good location, It is exactly near the chocolate museum. The only negative thing is that The sauna is very small. Overall it was a pleasure experience.

There is a window separating the bathroom from the rest of the room that is painted over but one of the previous guests had made a peephole which was not an issue for us. Staff were friendly and helpful at this hotel

The staff Kyra is very friendly and helpful, throughout our 2-week trip in Europe, she was on my top 1. The size of the room is great with a pretty large wash basin outside the toilet, so it is very convenient

This hotel offers great value for money. It was very comfortable, and the environment was lovely, right next to the Chocolate Museum and close to the Rhine River

Arcotel Rubin made our stay in Hamburg pleasant and marvellous  They welcome us and allowed us early checked in and upgraded our Junior suite to full suite The suite was immaculate with beverages on the house Overall stay was perfect and would be our first choice hotel if ever we return to Hamburg

The hotel is in a rather unusual area – but it's absolutely beautiful! The service is excellent, the staff are friendly and very helpful. We especially appreciated that the room was only cleaned upon request.

Cosy comfortable and clean room. The  staff was friendly and helpful. Location was a bit rough but very lively. A typical main train station surrounding. Lots  of restaurants to choose from

I wanted to give a good review because I booked it on Ctrip, but unfortunately there were bugs on the bed. I still gave it 4 stars. I booked near the Central Station for convenience, but the surrounding area isn't great.

Great central location, right outside the train station and maybe 10 minutes walk from the designer outlet shops and 15 minute walk to the Autostadt. Food and service are brilliant

Everything good But I’ve put 4 starts because of the pillows.. they weren’t comfortable so I couldn’t sleep well. Probably considering 1 big and one smaller pillow is the way for a comfy sleep. The rest was good .

Location is the best. Close to designer outlets and many restaurants.

Overall, the hotel's location, the staff's hospitality, and the room were all pleasant. The refreshments in the room's minibar were a particularly nice touch. The only negative was the dirty bed linens

However, I had to change rooms during the night because my neighbor brought guests who were extremely loud. Be prepared for noise from neighboring rooms

Comfortable stay. Toilet wasn't clean when I got my room. Bed was okay. Everything was basic and functional.

It's inconspicuously located on the side that says: "Hosting service is not required by default. Please request a change of towels or room changes at the front desk. " This felt like a bit of a hidden trap
