Firstly it’s a great location and all the major tourist attractions are in walking distance, as are a good choice of restaurants and bars. The rooms are clean with plenty of space for clothes and cases

Fridge, safe, coffee machine and kettle supplied - although a larger supply of English Breakfast tea bags would have been a benefit. Good choice of continental and cooked items for breakfast

Centrally located, we were able to walk to all the main attractions. The rooms were very clean, quiet and the beds comfortable. There were many food options nearby, all walkable distance

Location is excellent - right at centre of the city where a lot of attractions are with walking distances. The public transport stops are close by so travelling around was easier

Our room was always meticulously cleaned, restaurant/breakfast was amazing, service staff all around the hotel were fantastic and helpful, flexible check in/out

I needed to print somethg for my meeting and the business center was helpfulanf it it open from morning till 11pm. Thank you and will definately stay again 👍

We were always given a friendly welcome and advice. We missed a few more loungers in the sauna area, but that doesn't affect our opinion. We can recommend this hotel and would book it again

The rooms are nice and the environment is quiet. The transportation is convenient and the front desk staff is also good. In short, it is very good. The breakfast is rich with many varieties and salmon

The location is very good, 5 min on foot from the main train station and also a short walk away from the main street full of restaurants.

We chose this hotel because of its central location near the main train station and the old town. The furnishings are a bit old, but they are perfectly fine, intact and absolutely clean

How this was still £400 for one night stay I am unsure. The works finish before Christmas, they said. Here once a month or 6 weeks. I’m back in Munich in two weeks but won’t be staying here ‘til 2026

The renovation works on lobby area are extensive and inconvenient. Entrance to hotel further along and via side door. Up a flight of stairs to a temporary reception. Room ok, but aircond fan noisy

The location is great, just a two or three-minute walk from the train station to the hotel. You can pay extra for early check-in. However, I had booked a twin room as a king room wasn't available at the time

The room and the hotel facilities are spotlessly clean, the beds are the most comfortable ones we have ever slept in, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel is both professional and relaxed

This room type is very close to the elevator, so the constant opening and closing of the elevator was quite noisy. The room itself, however, was quite good.

Good things: The place was very pritty we where on the fifth floor looking out on roofs and trees it was a very nice view the room was very cosy with 2 beds a couch a chair and a marble table

Housekeeping needs work. The guy refused to take our dirty dishes and always just left them sitting there. He did the bare minimum of towels, make the bed, empty garbage. Even toilet paper was put in improperly.

Someone knocked on our door in the middle of the night. I had no idea who it was, and they weren't speaking German. After I loudly asked who it was, they just said "towels

After several inquiries we had, then, was against 20 PM lucky, the your Reinigungskaft on the gear and I took care of personally. The sofa bed was also wrong The built the head parts were gone permanently

Checking in was painful, 20 minute wait plus nearly 20 minutes at the desk as inclusions for our booking weren't recognised initially, then accidentallycharged double for local taxes and parking

Lots of things for kids to do. Our granddaughter loved the indoor playground and the outdoor activities too. Our only disappointment was that the pool was closed for maintenance

We weren't aware of that until we arrived and it did make a difference in our stay. If we stay again, we'll verify if the pool is open before we drive so far

This hotel is truly family-friendly and centered around children. The room itself is simple but clean, but everything designed for kids is top-notch

Some rooms only accessable by stairs Apparently, standard rooms are on an intermediate floor only accessable by stairs. Not horrible but inconvenient. Staff was very helpful in porting our luggage to our rooms

They also provided a nice stokke high chair for breakfast. We had a handicapped room which gave some more room in the bathroom. The bed was comfortable and the service was great. I’m really impressed by our stay

Everything was nice . The hotel is close to the markets. 10 mins walk from Dresden Neuestadt. There are 2 parking lots and pet friendly. I could see many dogs staying with the guests.

The location is excellent, right in the city center. However, parking is a rip-off. When we pulled up to ask for directions, the doorman immediately offered valet parking without mentioning it would cost 40 Euros a night

TLDR: it's a great place to stay in Dresden. The hotel feels upscale, the rooms are spacious and clean with nice natural light, the beds are comfortable. Breakfast was excellent with a huge selection of quality foods

Still Some room for improvement- in the order there were bath tub and shower but didnt mention these are in the same wet room. No much sense having it together so we couldnt take this in advantage

The bed matress was too hard and shame tbat we did not get queen sized bed for parents , and they cant have sepatated beds for kids only a large sofa bed. is weird since room is set for 4 adults

Parking in the underground garage is easy. The hotel is just a short walk from a bunch of cool attractions. 10/10 would recommend staying here
