The location is perfect, right opposite little Tokyo, and near a great ramen place with good bubble tea options for Asians like us
Very good service. Very friendly.
A hotel that costs over 100 euros a night charged 50 euros for checking in 3 hours early! I angrily expressed that I wouldn't pay the fee, and then they told me there was a room available for check-in without any charge! I've never encountered this before with Japan Airlines! Now that I know your economy is bad, when did Germans become so greedy!
When I arrived my room was not ready so I had to an hour after plus the bedsheets wear not clean enough and the decker sheets was so small to cover me and my partner
I called earlier in the morning to do late check out due to lack of sleep and serious headache and noise that some people were making in the the corridor
Am very unhappy and disappointed in hotel and I want a refund back pls
I would also like to extend special thanks to the morning shift staff for their courtesy and excellent service. Overall, the hotel suited our requirements perfectly, and I would not hesitate to stay at Hotel Hafen again
The public areas, including the corridors leading to the rooms, are elegant and well maintained. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well-proportioned, providing everything required for a pleasant short stay
The bed was among the most comfortable I have experienced in any hotel. Breakfast was delicious and offered a wide variety of options to suit different preferences
The hotel is located about 10 minutes walk from the center. The hotel is divided into areas and compartments. Clean, tidy rooms, with wooden cabinets, as you can see
I also want to give a special mention to Megi at the reception. Her kindness, warmth, and professionalism truly make guests feel welcome from the moment they arrive
I had a most enjoyable stay at this hotel, which offers excellent value for money. The location is superb, and the check-in process was handled efficiently

The staffs are very polite, nice, attentive & so helpful for us, especially when the rozenheimplatz train station nearby was under construction when we stayed, they help us to find the fastest & nearest way to our destinations that we need
This is my second time staying at this hotel, and as always, the location is great – right in the city center, making it convenient to get anywhere
The room was big enough for two and clean. We arrived much before check-in time though, the staffs helped us. Thanks to this, we spent time comfortably till check-in time
Novotel Munchen City is a well maintained hotel. The room is clean & has everything we need. The sofa bed also already well prepared to a bed for our kids when we checked in
The hotel is located in a quiet area, and I really appreciated how clean the facilities were! The free Wi-Fi speed was also quite decent
The location is quiet yet central, in a safe area, and within walking distance of the city center. Good value for money.
Great for children. Many activities. The standard rooms are tiny, but fine.
There is so much to do for kids of all ages - lovely sand beach on the lake (which is quite safe and shallow), huge playground with equipment for both toddlers and older kids, archery, mini golf, goats and sheep (kids can even feed them on certain mornings), various indoor playgrounds, pool, spa and movie theater
The room: We stayed at the smallest room. There was no hanger for a hand towel in the bathroom. However, it was not super hot at night. Outdoor activities for kids : amazing
But there are also other options such as a panorama restaurant, Biergarten and beach bar with snacks, plus restaurants and cafes a short walk away in the town. All in all a great, all-inclusive place we'd come back to!
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The staff at the reception were extremely polite and helpful, which made a great first impression. The breakfast was generous with a wide variety of food options to choose from
The only small complaint was that the food options were a little limited and the food was fairly basic family fare. We stayed 2 nights and probably would have gotten tired of it on a longer stay
Take a walk in the early-late afternoon and find a local eatery, catch a train to Berlin, or just people watch from your room out the windows. I'd stay here again no questions asked
I stayed at a hotel in Leipzig and was really impressed by how clean and well-maintained everything was. The rooms were comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful
The combination of first-class accommodation, excellent service and impressive views makes your hotel a top destination in Leipzig
Everything is good.
But the door lock is run out of battery. We had to visit reception twice to fix the issue.
I was upgraded to a junior suite on the 24th floor, and I have to say, I really liked the room! It was spacious, well-appointed, and had all the amenities one could need for a comfortable stay
From the moment I arrived, the check-in staff were super welcoming, and my loyalty status was recognized immediately
Overall a very good stay, but a few details were disappointing for a five-star hotel: no toothbrush or toothpaste in the room, no bottled water (only tap water), and a very small and poor equipped fitness area.
However, my mom found a little dirty stuff in the shower when she first got into her room. Overall, the hotel is quite good
Lovely hotel! Lots of great amenities. Very business orientated hotel. Lovely front desk staff (especially Alexander).
The hotel's location is pretty good. It's closed by most tourist spots in Munich. The staff is quite nice & helpful. The spa and gym is quite nice, and breakfast is good too
Nice stay
It is very near Munich station, just a few minutes by foot
And upgraded my room
Very well thought out room design. Love the location as well!

How this was still £400 for one night stay I am unsure. The works finish before Christmas, they said. Here once a month or 6 weeks. I’m back in Munich in two weeks but won’t be staying here ‘til 2026
The renovation works on lobby area are extensive and inconvenient. Entrance to hotel further along and via side door. Up a flight of stairs to a temporary reception. Room ok, but aircond fan noisy
Everything is within walking distant of the hotel within a few blocks, dining, cafes, trollers, shopping, even has a theatre. The views from the rooftop bar were the perfect nightcap
Great variety at breakfast and good quality food, plus the view of the city and some of the historical buildings was nice. Pool was very busy so we didn't hang around, but looked nice
The hotel is amazing!
Staff were outstanding, especially Ben Said from Tunisia. They upgraded us to a spacious, classic-style room with a separate dressing room and option for a connected room
They even installed a bidet spray in the bathroom and helped return our rental car. The location is quiet and perfect for relaxation, with very comfortable beds and pillows

the amenities hello???? incredibly well-equipped!!!! i literally had everything i could ever imagine in my room!!!
wish i were able to stay there for a few more days but …
anyways prolly the best hotel i’ve ever stayed in this year!!!!!!
If our daughter has to return to Germany for further treatment, we will definitely return to stay at the Wunderlocke! Thank you for making us feel at home while in a foreign land! Also, it is in a fairly low traffic area and everything you need is in walking distance from the hotel
However, the room lighting felt a bit too dim, and housekeeping was not included during our stay—cleaning services were available only for an extra fee
Breakfast buffet is plenty with lots of healthy and traditional option - delicious. This is my second time and loved it again, can highly recommend
The hotel is in a very convenient location, close to the subway and supermarkets. The staff were welcoming, and the rooms were large and clean
The staff members, Felix and Dominik, were absolutely wonderful! These 2 guys were so sweet and helpful during our stay, they made us feel at home in a foreign country
Originally, I had booked for two nights, but due to a change in my plans, I only stayed for one night. The hotel staff were very accommodating and adjusted my reservation without any hassle, which I really appreciated
The hotel is about 10-15 minutes walking distance from Alexanderplatz. Overall good stay, breakfast buffet is ok, nothing outstanding, room quiet with good insulation. Edeka and few restaurants close by
Located a walkable distance from Alexanderplatz but the tram network passes the door. The staff are discreet and always helpful. The room was comfortable and had everything one could need. I will be returning next year
The room and the hotel facilities are spotlessly clean, the beds are the most comfortable ones we have ever slept in, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel is both professional and relaxed
The staff was extremely welcoming, allowed us to check in at 12 and as Advantage Club members we even received an upgrade
The breakfast buffet is extremely rich with anything you can wish for. The rich vegan corner is an upgrade as well as the omelette you can request to be prepared fresh
The lighting in the room was very pleasant and very adjustabile
The bathroom was very very nice with good smelling body wash shampoo and conditioner soft towels and nice toilet
This room type is very close to the elevator, so the constant opening and closing of the elevator was quite noisy. The room itself, however, was quite good.
Good things:
The place was very pritty we where on the fifth floor looking out on roofs and trees it was a very nice view the room was very cosy with 2 beds a couch a chair and a marble table
Housekeeping needs work. The guy refused to take our dirty dishes and always just left them sitting there. He did the bare minimum of towels, make the bed, empty garbage. Even toilet paper was put in improperly.
Someone knocked on our door in the middle of the night. I had no idea who it was, and they weren't speaking German. After I loudly asked who it was, they just said "towels
Overall, the Marriott Munich exceeded our expectations, and I highly recommend it to families or anyone looking for a comfortable stay with outstanding service and amenities
After several inquiries we had, then, was against 20 PM lucky, the your Reinigungskaft on the gear and I took care of personally. The sofa bed was also wrong
The built the head parts were gone permanently
Checking in was painful, 20 minute wait plus nearly 20 minutes at the desk as inclusions for our booking weren't recognised initially, then accidentallycharged double for local taxes and parking
Lots of things for kids to do. Our granddaughter loved the indoor playground and the outdoor activities too. Our only disappointment was that the pool was closed for maintenance
We weren't aware of that until we arrived and it did make a difference in our stay. If we stay again, we'll verify if the pool is open before we drive so far
nice activities like gold mining and stockbrot (was savory but sooo delicious), Agata the animator was doing an excellent job. Friendly staff and delicious coctails, too
This hotel is truly family-friendly and centered around children. The room itself is simple but clean, but everything designed for kids is top-notch

It offers good value for money, the front desk service is friendly, but the restaurant is just average.
The room was decent, and the distance to both the airport and the city center was just right.
Great and modern hotel, very central.
Always happy to stay!
Good hotel with amazing breakfast!
Good location, enough for business travel
Although officially rated as a four-star establishment, I would rate them five-star in a number of catagories: design, food, staff excellence and cleanliness. I was here on business and it was very productive
It was a relaxing stay in the hotel (good service, nice pool). The breakfast offered good choices. Dancing on Thursday and Saturday was great.
Some rooms only accessable by stairs
Apparently, standard rooms are on an intermediate floor only accessable by stairs. Not horrible but inconvenient. Staff was very helpful in porting our luggage to our rooms
Where warmth meets friendliness... it's a perfect fit. I feel very, very comfortable there and will definitely come back.
Perfect, very good I will return there on my next trips
Nice hotel, friendly staff.
Coffee machine not working, but small issue.
No gym, no Sauna (was advertised)
But overall very good
Great hotel as always from Leonardo Hotel series. Good room, good facility, good breakfast. Nothing to complain.
The location is very convenient. The center is behind it. Restaurants and supermarkets are nearby. It's OK to walk
The hotel is very well located, the room are ample and clean. The only drawback is the breakfast very expensive
Before I booked, the description said there was a sauna, but then I was told that the sauna had been completely closed for a long time and was not usable. The information is still on the website, though
After 4 hours of trying and waiting, I went to reception and explained the problem, after which I got a different room. Breakfast was OK, not particularly good
They also provided a nice stokke high chair for breakfast. We had a handicapped room which gave some more room in the bathroom. The bed was comfortable and the service was great. I’m really impressed by our stay
Fantastic hotel! Even though it's not in the Old Town, it's incredibly convenient to get to the cathedral – just a 2-minute train ride from the station right next to the hotel, even faster than taking the bus
Breakfast was exceptional, both in quality and variety, easily among the best I’ve had in Europe. The staff were genuinely warm and attentive, creating a sense of welcome that felt effortless
The hotel location is excellent, with panoramic views of the cathedral. The only downside is that one of the beds creaks every time you turn over, which disturbed my sleep.
As a Globalist, I was upgraded to a suite overlooking the Rhine — every evening I would sit by the window and watch the bridge glowing under the sunset. Those moments alone were worth the stay
We sincerely thank Hyatt, as well as the beautiful view of Cologne, for making my wife’s birthday abroad so special. We hope to return again someday
Very good location, attentive service, and a good breakfast. We had problems with the air conditioning, but they quickly resolved the issue. It was annoying that the cleaning staff came to the room twice in the morning
Everything was nice . The hotel is close to the markets. 10 mins walk from Dresden Neuestadt.
There are 2 parking lots and pet friendly. I could see many dogs staying with the guests.
Beautiful hotel with renovated rooms. Everything is clean and tidy. Delicious breakfast. Good location. Friendly staff. We'd be happy to come back.
Beautiful and very clean hotel. Breakfast was very varied and of very good quality

The room was spacious enough. We got two complimentary bottles of water daily, one sparkling and one still. Overall, I was quite satisfied. They even accommodated my request for a late checkout until 2 PM.
The location of the hotel is perfect, there are many restaurants and shops and subway stations close by. We didn’t use their parking but the Contipark in front of the hotel (13€ per 24h with the PCard)
It's also right next to the Kaiser Wilhelm Memorial Church and very close to Kurfürstendamm, so dining options are plentiful. The room was clean and the facilities were quite new
Excellent place, new and modern design. Confortable bed as expected from Hilton. Very friendly staff. Allowed me to check in early and check out late without any charges.
I had a great stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Berlin Ku’damm as a solo traveler. The location was perfect — safe, quiet, and close to public transport and shopping areas
The hotel is clean and looks new. The internet was good and there were USB and USB-C outlets as well
The atmosphere is calm and composed, and the service is polished, discreet, and highly professional. Luxury hospitality is ultimately remembered less by rules than by judgment and generosity
A more flexible approach would have elevated an otherwise outstanding experience. An exceptional hotel overall, offering remarkable value within its category
When pricing or policies feel disproportionate, the moment lingers longer than the gesture itself—and guests inevitably carry that memory forward
I had a fantastic stay at The Ritz-Carlton, Berlin. The interior is truly stunning — elegant, modern, and thoughtfully designed throughout the hotel
This hotel is stunning and the staff are beyond helpful. The cocktails in the Curtain Club are to die for; sit at the bar so you get a front-row seat to all the action
The Ritz-Carlton, Berlin
⭐ 9/10
💰 Value for money: 10/10
A refined luxury hotel in an exceptional Potsdamer Platz location
I was very satisfied with the room. The breakfast was plentiful, and the room was well-insulated. Taxis were also easily accessible. There's a supermarket nearby for easy shopping
Having a coffee machine and little snacks for sale at the reception was also a great choice as it makes it easy to get midnight snack or something to drink
Arrived late, around midnight. The downstairs bar was lively, and breakfast was plentiful. The room itself was very quiet, perfect for resting.
I have had a very positive experience of travelling alone. The facilities are well-maintained and include a pool, gym and sauna. The staff are all approachable and demonstrate a high level of professionalism
Breakfast was fabulous, with a wide variety of fresh options, and the chef in the evening prepared delicious meals. A truly pleasant and productive stay — highly recommended!
The room was very clean and tidy, with a comfortable bed and a great desk setup. The internet connection was excellent, making it perfect for getting work done
