Huge hotel, easy parking, location was ok, building and rooms getting old, but all was clean! Restaurant was very good! And breakfast had a very good selection - hot & cold.

The room was clean and very quiet. The service was extremely friendly and attentive. The quality of the food in the restaurant was also good.

The staff were absolutely fantastic, after an overbook by ******* the staff went above and beyond for us as a family with two children

Would highly recommend and have saved this as a hotel we will be staying at in the future

Your "to go food " comes with the tray you need to carry on your own to your room , they say thats how they serve food for take out to your room and nobody to offer a hand even if you have your luggages

Good, only far from the main city

Arcotel Rubin made our stay in Hamburg pleasant and marvellous  They welcome us and allowed us early checked in and upgraded our Junior suite to full suite The suite was immaculate with beverages on the house Overall stay was perfect and would be our first choice hotel if ever we return to Hamburg

The hotel is in a rather unusual area – but it's absolutely beautiful! The service is excellent, the staff are friendly and very helpful. We especially appreciated that the room was only cleaned upon request.

Cosy comfortable and clean room. The  staff was friendly and helpful. Location was a bit rough but very lively. A typical main train station surrounding. Lots  of restaurants to choose from

Generally it was a very pleasant stay. Will surely book this hotel  again

I wanted to give a good review because I booked it on Ctrip, but unfortunately there were bugs on the bed. I still gave it 4 stars. I booked near the Central Station for convenience, but the surrounding area isn't great.

Great central location, right outside the train station and maybe 10 minutes walk from the designer outlet shops and 15 minute walk to the Autostadt. Food and service are brilliant

Everything good But I’ve put 4 starts because of the pillows.. they weren’t comfortable so I couldn’t sleep well. Probably considering 1 big and one smaller pillow is the way for a comfy sleep. The rest was good .

Location is the best. Close to designer outlets and many restaurants.

Overall, the hotel's location, the staff's hospitality, and the room were all pleasant. The refreshments in the room's minibar were a particularly nice touch. The only negative was the dirty bed linens

Even after the room was cleaned, the sheets remained dirty

However, I had to change rooms during the night because my neighbor brought guests who were extremely loud. Be prepared for noise from neighboring rooms

There was also a bike rental less than 5 minutes from the hotel, which was very convenient. You could park for €15 in the hotel's own parking garage. We were very satisfied, we would love to come back! :)

A lot of gift stores and places to eat. Restaurant was excellent, staff was excellent location is 6 stars. Live music, parking and very pleasant air. Pool area has something for the entire family

The hotel offers free access to the water park, which is great for kids. The rooms are a bit small and not very spacious. There's a diving facility nearby, but it's only open Wednesday through Sunday

Sauna area has 3 different temperatures. Bar and Restaurant has outside terrace facing the beach. Couple of kilometers long beach coastline. Stand up boards as well as seated paddle boats for rent

The hotel has a very nice location, right on the beach. Everything you need is nearby. The staff was very friendly and catered to all requests

They gave me a breakfast bag in the morning. Had to leave before breakfast. Really nice!

A beautifully furnished hotel in a prime location right on the beach. If you're looking for absolute peace and quiet, you'll find it here. Service and food are very good, although half-board is a bit pricey at €62

You may take a bath in the Baltic sea just after your sauna session as the beach is only 50m away. Rooms are tidy and in good condition. Staff is helpful at all times. Breakfast and restaurant also very good

A highlight was the spa with its sauna featuring a real fireplace, followed by a refreshing dip in the Baltic Sea! Small complimentary snacks and coffee/tea were available in the spa lounge at lunchtime

It's €40 at the Hotel Rungholt on Sylt! The à la carte menu could use more salads and lighter dishes; it's very fish and meat-heavy. The room was great with a partial sea view and a large bathroom

It's ideal for those traveling with a dog, which is allowed on the beach even in summer. My only complaint was the monotonous, typical hotel piano music, which could easily lull you to sleep

Modern Spa & Wellness hotel just behind the dunes of the Baltic Sea beach of Dierhagen. Nice and spacious spa facilities with two saunas and a steam room

Realy nice! Especially the use of the swimming pool and sauna was excellent!

I had Zwiebelrostbraten at the restaurant, and it was perfectly prepared – the meat was tender and juicy, the sauce was rich in flavor, and the caramelized onions added the perfect finishing touch

My experience at this hotel was truly outstanding

The upgraded ones are ok (we stayed in one the second night), but the not upgraded ones are maybe big but that is all (we stayed in one the first night). What has to be said that the pillows are terrible

With that how do you expect people to sleep in the night. The management has to make that investment at least. Also only shower gel, no shampoo or conditioner

I come back to this hotel some years later. The hotel and city are beautiful. This time I enjoyed also the swimmingpools, really well done. Unfortunately I had unwanted guests in my bed

Great little Saturday escape - the hotel is perfect for families and the amenities are great. The breakfast is special but what was the highlight was the service. Really enjoyed our stay here.

Great spa area great view of the ocean and easy walk to all lots of restaurants. Pool was noce inside and out sauna area was nice would be nice if they had a slightly deeper hot tub or a warm pool by the sauna area

In this area there is a tiny salt water dip pool in the garden (open air). In this part of the spa, one can see that is rather new

A great location minutes to the beach from you room. Spa is great the hot tub is the only thing I can say was not great as it was very shallow

The relaxation pool was a way better option breakfast buffet is great with a huge selection best to arrive earlier as it gets busy

And even though it is not needed in the winter, it is a rare thing to have this in Europe,- air conditioning that works year-round! The location is perfect

Lufthansa Airport Express drops you off directly in front of the hotel at Munich Main Station. Super convenient for your flight schedule

Everything was in working order and the entire hotel as well as my guest room was extremely clean. Showers were amazing with great water pressure. Very comfortable bedding, linens, and towels

Excellent experience! Room was extremely central and I was worried about noise but the windows were very effective and there was no noise in the room at all! Staff were very responsive

Close enough to city center, but is kind of pricey uber compared to other European cities. Hotel staff and amenities were solid. Will be our go-to hotel anytime we stay in Munich

The only opportunity for improvement was the gym. Adding free weights and another mat and removing one of the cardio machines would make a huge difference

The iron place isn't suitable at all in the corridor near the elevator if it is in a room for it or they send it to your room as in other hotels will be more decent. Hot water is not always found in the shower

First, when I checked in, the receptionist didn't welcome us, he asked for the reservation and gave me the room key that was all

These things I didn't like and the rest was good. Overall rating: 3 stars worth no more

What irritated me was the broken payments terminal: the card numbers had to introduced by hand. Hence my debet card was refused and I had to solve it for Accor with my credit card

- CLEANING OF GLASSES & CUPS I don’t know if they wash the used glasses in the room or replaced with new ones from a dishwasher but when we got back to our room the glasses are supposedly clean were inverted on the counter/desktop, but not placed on the coasters so it’s not sanitary

We have a nice view from the room & it’s quite spacious with a lot of storage and hangers - very important! They have square pillows but they aren’t flat so I liked those, but the rectangular pillows - some are nice and smooth and some are lumpy

More points for improvement are: - SOUND PROOFING at about 11pm the person(s) in the room above us was stomping around loudly that even with earplugs I could still hear them. At 12:20 I called the reception to complain

The lady spoke a little English and misunderstood, thinking I wanted a room change int he middle of the night. I had to call back & the man in reception said: You’re the one asking for a room change? I said no

I find the thought of the housekeeping cleaning the room & bathrooms then using the same gloves to wash the glasses/mugs unsanitary, so we just washed them with our natural soap to be sure

Absolute Vintage you feel well designed 70's space you beam back in the time but with WiFi ;-) I had a corner apartment with balcony, absolutely vintage 70's boutique

We had checked in for 2 nights at Derag livinghotel Karl Theodor. The Hotel is an ideal base for a discovery tour through Munich. The rooms, although not quite mint, but you are well equipped and very clean

The location is a bit remote, situated in a residential area, but it's quiet. The hotel is very clean, well-equipped, and there's a supermarket downstairs, which is very convenient.

Big room with sofa, dining table and kitchenette. Very quite Neighbourhood near Olympiapark and Tram Lines - 20min to City center and Main Train Station.

My experience in Derag Living hotel is a good one, the hotel staff is 100% professional, kind and in one word amazing! Also the rooms are clean, warm and it feels like home

The bathroom was clean and offered a sufficient amount of towels. The bed was comfortable with enough pillows. The parking is possible in a garage under the hotel with direct access to the hotel by elevator

Bonn Marriott Hotel is a hotel that we have visited several times before. The hotel is located next to the river and in a quiet area. The room was spacious with the river view

I stayed at this hotel on the recommendation of my taxi driver friend TEKIN. The staff are attentive, the rooms are clean, and the breakfast is delicious. I recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay.

The room was spacious. The surroundings were also very nice. It was also very close to the University of Göttingen, so you could go to the university town after work. However, the breakfast was quite basic.

The nearest supermarket is a 20-minute walk away, and it takes about 10 to 15 minutes to take a taxi to the city center

The room is large, well-equipped, and has good service. Although it is a bit old, it has its own style

Everything was great and very clean

Excellent service!! My 3 year old son had fever on the day of checking-out 26. 12 and we ask the Service if we could get ice cubes with water and vinegar and he gave us right away without any questions

but anyway the Lady, seems from Turkey didn’t hesitate to help us especially when we asked if we can have a late check out. ☺️🙏🏽 and the Service Staffs at the Bar, the young lady on 22

12 around 20:00 and her workmates who served us and the young asian Man on 26. 12 gave us everything we requested, like utensils, plates even ice cubes

We aet at the restaurant 3 times during our 4 nights 5 days of stay and the food was great but a bit expensive compared to the restaurants nearby

It only takes more than 20 minutes to get to the airport by subway. I forgot to take photos of the hotel, and the scenery of Hamburg is pretty good

The room is good, the service is OK, but it is a bit busy when there are many people. The location is also convenient. Overall, it is still a place worth staying. It would be better if the price could be cheaper.

The bed is very comfortable, the room is large, the decoration is good (there is even a crystal chandelier), the breakfast is rich and delicious, and the waiter will come to care, remind you to pick up the last meal, and even chat during breakfast

The hotel should be located in the former location of West Berlin. The environment and atmosphere are quite good in comparison

It's an unashamedly middle market hotel close to Zoo station. The rooms are clean and have air-conditioning (handy during the recent, 33°C, heatwave)

This business trip felt less satisfying than previous ones. Perhaps it was too busy, with too many guests. The water wasn't very hot, and my colleague's room only had cold water

Hotel was awesome and the front desk was very friendly and helpful! the breakfast was the best I've seen ever at a hotel, I'm talking mind blowing! Bed was a little hard for me but I still felt like I had a good night sleep, down the street from the Subway so that was real convenient

Service okay, staff friendly, helpful. Location is rather far from centre, there are bus service nearby, not sure where it goes to, I didn't use it

Ask for a change of towels or room cleaning preferably the night before or when you leave in the morning on your excursion so that your room will be how you want ot when you return to it

Comes stocked with one time juice, beer, and soda. Every day you get water and coffee replenished. Sofa bed was comfy as was the double bed

the hotel is good and clean.But one day we discover that our plastic bottles disappeared and our room is not cleaned.

A great hotel with clean, spacious rooms. It has a wonderful indoor pool with murals on the walls. Friendly, welcoming staff. Near the metro station to get into central Munich easily.

This is a good hotel, about a 10-minute walk from one station and 15 minutes from another. It was quiet and green, even though it's near an area with strip clubs and such, which didn't affect our stay

The staff here are very friendly, and the rooms are nicely sized and clean. Even the showers are really good. It's a bit out of the way, but there's an underground stop close by.

The bed linen was excellent, and the shower temperature ranged from super cold to boiling hot, which we appreciated. However, the floor was dirty; housekeeping didn't clean because we had the 'do not disturb' sign on
