Just a nice place for the night before the flight. Good bar and restaurant. The 15euro ticket price for one way shuttle is a bit steep. Large comfortable rooms and good breakfast

This place is extremely convenient if you're catching a flight and need to stay overnight beforehand. It's safe, clean, and reliable. There's a bus service to the airport, making transportation very affordable.

I really like this hotel it is close to the airport and next to the Shopping centre/Train station as well. The staff especially Khan at the bar is such a friendly person. He is always smiling and ready to help

Room was a decent size and clean. The restaurant was already closed when I arrived, but I could get a sandwich and cooldrink from a vending machine in the reception area

This is a really great hotel. Clean, quick check-in and warm services. Has shuttle service from airport terminal 1, at door #5. Bus stop near and restaurant was at first floor.

First of all let me emphasize the perfect job of people like Front office manager Marko Maric & Team or Bartender Finn, they are really more than great! Congratulations to people like that! I have been a loyal regular guest at NH Hotels for many years and held Platinum status for a long time, with approximately 40–70 business-related overnight stays per year across Germany

If you forget to do so – as happened to me – the room simply remains uncleaned: • Towels stay wet • Beds remain unmade • Trash bins remain full • The room stays untidy In my opinion, this is not acceptable for a business hotel of this category

The expectations of frequent business travelers are taken seriously and handled professionally, and especially Front Office Manager Marco Maric and his team, as well as bartender Finn, are outstanding examples of extremely courteous and professional service – true assets to the hotel

It is therefore all the more regrettable that a new policy, apparently in effect since September 1st across all NH Hotels, significantly diminishes the overall guest experience in my view: room cleaning is now only provided upon explicit request at the reception desk

Frequent travelers returning after a long day of meetings should be able to expect a freshly cleaned room – especially when they have been accustomed to NH’s high standards for years

Especially for business travel, NH Hotels have always been among the most reliable business hotels, offering consistently high quality, good service, and a pleasant atmosphere

On another night the bar was closed for a private event, but they had noticed up so that you could plan elsewhere. And if you needed anything from the bar that night, the front staff assisted

It’s a shame because we did enjoy our stay to some extent, but the lack of attention to detail was disappointing. If I return to Berlin, I won’t rule out staying here again, but I’ll definitely check other options first

Close to East West Gallery and Warschauer Strasse train station, and LIDL, for picking up some extra items. The bar was nice, with live entertainment one night

There was no jacuzzi, only a sauna and a hammam, and the hammam was out of service. The gym locker room lights stopped working after a certain time, and towels were unavailable later in the day

I recently stayed at nhow Berlin for three days and had an amazing experience. The hotel is modern, clean, and has a youthful vibe. My room was spacious and beautifully designed, making my stay incredibly comfortable

It's close to a tram stop where you can transfer to a train or light rail. There are many supermarkets nearby, and it's about 2 kilometers from Alexanderplatz, so transportation is quite convenient

Most staff members very helpful and nice. Beds were very stiff, but got a mattress topper upon request. Only thing I thought was unpleasant is that upon arrival we came to the desk to check in

Very nice room, very quiet. Had a river view room which has a large window that opens for fresh air. The rooms are clean and all the amenities included. Staff were friendly throughout the hotel. Enjoyed our stay.

We love staying at this hotel. Beautiful atmosphere location and vibe. One of my favorite things to do is walk the river Rhine early in the mornings. Great drinks also.

The staff are friendly but some appear a bit overworked on a slightly busy day. The communication about challenges with room availability are really poor

The location is relatively quiet, being a bit far from bustling shopping areas. Transportation is convenient, with easy access to the subway and buses to popular attractions

It was a very good experience staying here. Clean, comfortable room, excellent service, a great kitchen for preparing meals, close to the metro station, and for those who like to walk, you could reach Marienplatz on foot

Clean, well-equipped, everything you need is available in a very small space, friendly welcome, €18/night/car in the very narrow, winding underground parking garage – SUVs should be careful. We would love to come back.

The location is good, about a 1.5-kilometer walk to Maria Square, a 20-minute walk. The surrounding area is quiet. The rooms are small but very clean. I stayed for three nights and it was quite nice.

This was my second time staying here on a business trip, and everything was the same as before. The breakfast was pretty good, and the area was surrounded by car dealerships

Highlights include the bar (well designed for evening drinks) and the good (naked) sauna and pool (not naked). Breakfast needs to cater for a lot of people but is decent, with decent filter coffee and sparkling wine

We were able to use both the swimming pool and the sauna until midnight, which was a real bonus giving when we were travelling

No charge for the swimming pool/sauna. Note, We were in a family superior plus room but don't think this was a room perk

We had just a one night stopover here on the last leg of our European driving holiday. We booked on the day of arrival and the price for the room and breakfast was very reasonable

Parking is completely free outside in the open air in a large car park. The underfloor car parking is chargeable (EV charging there but we did not use). We could see our car from our 5th floor room (area is very quiet) 2

Although i am here in winter, the room is sometimes over warm, even with windows open. The temperature that i only can set is 27 or 28 above. The air conditioner will be off when you set the temperature to 26 or below

Good location , big rooms and clean

Old furniture, leaky windows, thin walls, and connecting rooms were provided even though we hadn't requested them. The swimming pool is no longer there, and there are no changing rooms at the sauna

This is the first place I've been where they claim they have AC and actually have it. And it's the kind of AC you'd expect at American hotels. Great location, across from the train station

No tea or coffee facilities in room (which we knew in advance, no problem) but bottled water provided. Only slight glitch was the shower door which did not close properly, meaning water on the floor

I was on a solo trip and stayed for several nights in one of the single rooms at the attic for a discounted price. The room is compact with limited natural lighting and is featured with a "head-banging" vaulted ceiling

The heating in the room is adjustable and can be quite powerful, which was essential when the outdoor temp was near-zero. The shower is clean, with consistent hot water and strong flow

But it is compensated by the cosy layout of the room and the facilities provided. There are 4-5 sockets in the room that are easily accessible

The abundance of wood and deer motifs might not be to everyone's taste, but overall it's a very good hotel with a swimming pool and spa area

From the outside, the hotel isn't very attractive, a dreadful concrete block from the 70s. Inside, however, the atmosphere is charming, with plenty of wood paneling

Wonderful hotel, just a few steps away from the old city. The sauna with the view above the rooms of Erfurt is really amazing. The only thing I have to blame is the absence of air conditioning in the rooms

The hotel is a 10-minute walk from the train station and a few minutes' walk from the city of Erfurt. It is convenient for shopping and shopping and has a rich breakfast, but it is better to plan your trip early.

The staff were all exceptionally friendly from reception, to breakfast, and even the cleaning staff. And the facilities were modern, spotlessly clean and very well maintained. Would stay there again.

The hotel location is perfect, but the parking fee at the hotel is quite expensive, as it operate by other, APCOA. Public facilities are a bit aging e. swimming pool and gym, however, equipments are in good maintenance

This hotel is truly underrated. Although it is officially rated as a C2-level hotel, in Germany it can easily be compared to many C4/C5-level hotels in terms of overall quality and service

The staff are exceptionally friendly and professional. We had an issue with the TV in the room, and I would especially like to praise Markus from the technical department

He came to the room very quickly, checked the problem thoroughly, and helped coordinate a smooth room change in a very efficient and friendly manner

Had a group of 4 who constantly used the trains around Berlin so it was a perfect place to stay. Rooms were nice and beds were comfy, but there were no real pillows unfortunately

Shower and bathroom was poor condition, some rooms have showers on the floor and others in actual glass. Bed had small curly hairs in it. Got the sheets changed immediately,pillows were lumpy

I was in this hotel in April 2024. Hotel is just right next to the Berlin main train station. Hotel rooms are comfortable and value for money. Hotel not allowed early chcek in even if there rooms are available

The Dorint Wurzburg is located in a quiet neighborhood just a few minutes from both the railway station and the centre of town. The room met my needs, the bedding was clean and comfortable, and the decor modern

Only 15 min walks from Bahnof and also there is a bus station nearby. The hotels surrounding is really good. The room was really clean except there was a small problem with the bathroom Check-in was really easy
