We stayed at the premises for a night. The premises are quite cheap and easy-to-find, just in one of the central busy streets. They have round the clock check-in desk. Overall, the check -in was easy and fast. The room was simple, clean and comfy with a set of standard facilities attributed for the places like those. The bed was comfortable to sleep. They even provided bottled water courtesy the hotel, which was quite nice. So it is definitely a nice handy place for a short stay in Cologne.

Double room with balcony

Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent location. Clean, bright room, small but perfectly adequate, with a small balcony overlooking the courtyard. The refrigerator is more of a freezer compartment, very small. Very quiet at night. Netflix-compatible TV. The double bed was quite narrow, probably suitable for people under 1.80m, but very comfortable, and the pillows were also pleasant.

I would stay there again.

Perfectly serviceable and in a central location but the room was very basic and entry was via a door to an outside corridor.

Very clean, nice room, fresh towels daily. Great location - 15 mins from Dom, great restaurants around, next to nice shopping area.

That they didn’t ask how we enjoyed our stay at checkout says enough about the amount of complaints they must be getting.
The room was extremely hot, no air conditioning and a poorly working fan, no closets, stains in the topper they used to hide the collapsed mattresses, no hot water in the shower more often than not, having to go through 6 doors to get to our room after getting out of the elevator.

Everything was fine (perfect location, nice staff and comfortable beds) except there needs to be a real cooling system. The room got unbearable warm and theres just a fan to get some air circulated in there

Great hotel to explore Cologne. About a twenty minute walk from the main train station but there are underground stations closer.
Our room was nice and more than what we needed.

Pleased with the size of the room as it was larger than we expected (some reviewers complained about the size of their room).Nice reception staff. Cute (very) little fridge. There was some kind of party all night long on the street outside the hotel (we were warned during checking). The windows are not soundproof. You may want to bring some earplugs.
