The room was extremely hot, no air conditioning and a poorly working fan, no closets, stains in the topper they used to hide the collapsed mattresses, no hot water in the shower more often than not, having to go through 6 doors to get to our room after getting out of the elevator.
Our room was nice and more than what we needed.
The Innception Hotel was just what we needed for our stay in Cologne. The location was a nice walk from the main train station but there is an underground station nearby.
The room was a decent size and well equipped. The ensuite was also a decent size and the shower was great too.
I would stay here again
Restaurants and other evening options are just some steps away.
The hotel itself is clean, the furniture is in a good state, for the price is the room size more than acceptable and the bathroom is well equipped. WiFi works great.
The staff speaks several languages and was able to serve our very demands.
So all in all definitely will come again and recommend it.
