Hotel Christina in Koln

My friend and I stayed here for two nights and it was alright. The staff were super friendly and ready to help with anything. They gave us some good recommendations about public transit in the area. The public transportation was one thing that was lacking. Because of the location of the hotel, the best way to get to the city center is walking about 10 to 15 minutes to the tram stop and then riding another 10 minutes into the city. Not bad, but it was raining while we were there so it was a bit frustrating to have to walk so far just to catch the tram.

The bed was really comfortable and the shower was good. I think there was potentially a bit of mold on the ceiling of the bathroom, but it wasn’t enough to raise concern. I did happen to kill a silverfish though, so that was kind of nasty. But it was the only bug I saw.

With a short notice booking, it was still €177 for just two nights.

I don't want to say more. I've already said it in the previous point. I don't understand why Ctrip always insists on reviewing two rooms separately.

The only five-star rating we got was for the front desk staff; they were very nice. However, we couldn't believe this was supposed to be a three-star hotel. We tolerated the extremely small room and bed, and the lack of amenities—almost nothing at all—but in the dead of winter, several bugs were crawling on the bed. It's impossible to give it a friendly five-star rating.

First of all, the price of this hotel is average.
His location is not very good at night

But the attitude of the staff downstairs is very good!
I think the room space is not really big, but it's OK
But there are unknown creatures in the room, and the equipment is small and crude.

Give them bottles and they will be willing to fill them with free water for guests

Although their transportation is not very convenient
