The single room was indeed very small, haha, a bit like a student dormitory. However, the hygiene services were acceptable, and there was a complimentary bottle of sparkling water in the refrigerator. The location was also excellent, right on Hoch Street; you can walk from the train station along Hoch Street and browse all the various shops. It might be a bit noisy during the day, as the area downstairs is quite lively, but the street empties out at night. There are various supermarkets and restaurants nearby, making it very convenient overall.

In the Center of cologne,

Advertised spa is apparently a collaboration with an external spa and fitness club, which was not clear upon placing reservation.

Not to much to expect by the room offer but cleanliness and features in bathroom, as body lotion Handwaschbeckenand shower gel were recommendable and boutique retailer.

Overall recommendable for a short stay.

Giving two stars because the stay came with a gym membership, which included use of the gym, the pool and hot tub a few feet away. Also, the location is ideal. However, my room had a funky smell, almost like dog urine. Also, the staff has very limited hours at the front desk. So if you are a person that locks themselves out easily, or are you are planning to arrive late and not want to deal with the hassle of checking in using the automated system outside, I would look elsewhere. The hotel mentioned to me about using a digital key and getting some app, but they did not really make that clear before. Also, I observed some disorganization. There was one family that was looking to check in that arrived at 10am but the person at the front desk stepped away and locked the office and did not leave a sign at the front door which created confusion and panic. As of today, I would recommend others to stay elsewhere.

Good location and reasonable price. Very close to a bustling area. There are not many facilities in the room. It works for people staying for 1-2 nights.

The hotel reception staff are friendly, the rooms have air conditioning, and there is a large supermarket downstairs which is very convenient. The hotel is conveniently located on the commercial street, a 10-minute walk from the train station and the cathedral.

The location of the hotel is good. Rooms were generally clean but pretty narrow when you go to the toilet. Beds were comfortable. When I asked they gave us kettle and glass. This is also a nice act!
If you check in earlier you have to pay 30 euros extra. Therefore we arrived at the hotel at 15:06, and the receptionist told that they haven’t made the room ready for third person. Our reservation did include third person from beforehand. When we entered the room, it was so hot that it was not possible to breathe normally. My guess they just forgot about us entering, even though we came beforehand to put our luggage and reminded them we would be back for 3pm.
