Old style hotel, shared bathrooms on each level.
Staff very friendly and accomodating!
Had a very last minute booking. Bed was comfy, room (3rd floor up the stairs) was clean and had everything needed.
As close as you can get to Köln HBF and the Dom.

It had a homey feel, and as the reviews said, there was no elevator. The showers and toilets were clean. When I returned after checking out and leaving my luggage, there was no one at the reception desk. I pressed the doorbell several times but couldn't get in, so I waited for a few minutes and someone came, which made me anxious.

Convenient location not far from the main railway station. Good to have 24 hour reception available. Staff were polite and helpful.

We decided to book this hotel for our first ever visit to Germany, The location is ideal, a short walk from the cologne central station and cathedral. The chap who checked us in made us feel welcome with his warm, friendly demeanor. The rooms albeit very basic had all the essentials and were spotless. you do have to share bathrooms which was fine because we had the top floor to ourselves, but please be aware of this before you book. There was a limited breakfast of tea, coffee, apples, yoghurts and pastries available, our friend could only have an apple due to being vegan. For the price of £62 in a prime location, It's the best budget hotel for the money you'll find, for those just looking for a place to sleep it's perfect.

Clean room. Very nice staff. Convenient location, close to train station and shops and restaurants. My room didn’t have a toilet inside but it did have one in the hallway. If it wasn’t for that, I would have rated this hotel excellent instead of good.

The property is very close to the Hauptbanhof, Rhine River and DOM. Staff was very friendly and the property was clean. Not the nicest neighborhood but a very traditional German Urban hotel.

This was a perfect place for us. Close to the station. We had 1 day in Cologne so it was easy to navigate. Lovely quiet hotel. Thank you!

A traditional hotel with a front desk manned 24hrs a day, close to the main station. Morning tea was such a nice touch.
