Its a family running nice hotel in good location, spacious rooms , walking distance from koln central station and the main shopping street. Price also very good.. I really recommend the same. Only negative is very narrow stairs and to get elevator you have to climb some steps.

Great location and great owners. If you are not bothered by street noise this is a place for you. Nice atmosphere and feels like home.

Lovely little hotel! Within walking distance from train station, nice room, very friendly staff and excellent breakfast.

Excellent location, lovely staff who had many suggestions on what to do in the city and made great scrambled eggs for breakfast. Only downside to the location is being right next to a few busy bars so it can be noisy at night - luckily the windows block out most of the noise and earplugs do the rest!

Really nice hotel, the host was excellent. Really friendly and very informative of the area. Breakfast was brilliant. The only negative is that there is a lot of noise from the neighbouring bars, but the windows are very good and drown out most of the noise.

After our unfortunately only a night and a Breakfast stay and we were really excited. The Hotel is located absolutely centrally located, the view from the Windows goes directly to the Dom. It is small and familiar, consists of only nine rooms. After our arrival we were very warmly received and got lots of great tips for our stay. The Hotel is not luxury class, but the rooms are clean, nicely decorated, a good size and comfortable beds. At Breakfast a each desire from the eyes is viewed. In short: A good price-performance ratio, and during the next Köln-visit there again!

The location is good but we didn't get the room we selected/expected. On Booking, we selected a double bed but we got 2 twin beds instead. Asked the reception and he told us we have to pull them together and it'd make a double bed. So we pulled the 2 beds together and there is still a big gap between them. In my understanding, a double bed is a one-bed (like queen-size bed) with one blanket, an ideal for a couple to stay. The reception explained that this is a German style. So I think in your website should really explain this as it doesn't fit the expectation of international travellers.
