One request: Better bread for breakfast. The current bread has no German quality (too soft).

The details: location is OK (500 m from bars and restaurants, 1km from TV tower), very friendly and professional staff, hotel interior is not very exciting, there is a nice outside terrace where you can have breakfast. We had a suite, but a better word would we loft: the sleeping room is upstairs.

Good place though I had a room on the front side which was a bit noisy. It's all nice and fresh and clean, exactly what you would expect from a holiday inn. Breakfast is a bit pricey.

What you would expect from a Holiday Inn. Rooms were at a good standard although the shower didn't have a curtain or door. Water pressure was decent though. Location is out of town but easy access from public transport (S-Bahn and tram). Lots of food and drink options in the area. Friendly and helpful staff.

The hotel is good, BUT. I’ve faced a problem here. Because of delayed flight I was provided a room, but checkin was around 23:00. Unfortunately my period was started and I didn’t have an opportunity to buy “always pads”, all pharmacies were closed. I had hoped that the staff could help me. I was really surprised that there weren’t any pads for such occasion. They have only small daily pads, but it wasn’t helpful in my situation.

Hotel staff is very friendly. Rooms were great. Location is fantastic and great vibes overall. Sara was very very helpful & helped me change my booking at despearate moment. After travelling and staying in so many hotels comparing their service, i would give them 5 star and more. You must visit with them unless you find something even more amazing. They speak very good English too.
