Lift wasn't working correctly, since door not shutting on ground level, I waited 5 mins on the 4th floor and them walked down (with a bad ankle). The lift thing happened twice.

This small family run hotel is located in a quiet area in Dusseldorf. It is maybe 10 min taxi drive to old town, we did not try the public transportation but saw stops closeby the hotel. Rooms are pretty small but clean and there is everything you need for a short stay. You can open the windows and there is aircon as well. Best part was the breakfast. We spent a wonderful night at the Hotel National Duesseldorf. The rooms were clean and nicely appointed. The front desk service was very good. We were traveling by bicycle and the hotel provides convenient, secured storage. Very nice. And the breakfast was out of this world. Top notch. The neighborhood is also nice and has much explore. We would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Good small hotel with all you need , nice and clean room , good location near public transportation and 10-15 minutes walking distance to the cnter . and the jewel , is a great breakfast with various of fruits

Great location close to main train station, with easy underground into old town if you didn’t want to walk. The hotel was very secure, staff friendly, rooms quiet, good shower and Wi-Fi, continental breakfast fine.

Check in was friendly and fast and the lobby is nice. The rooms are bare bones and have a slightly sketchy feel. The rooms work if you are really just there to shower, crap, and get to the train station the next morning. If you need a place to relax this isn’t your best option.

I couldn't leave my luggage before check-in. The hallway was always dark and scary. The shower room had poor drainage and was difficult to use, but it was clean. Breakfast was substantial.

If you have trouble with wifi, tell management they reset it.

I was staying here 1 night due to early flight. Need to say that I am very happy with the service and hospitality. Room was small (but just enough), bed very comfortable, bathroom bright and clean. Plus there is a parking. This hotel was exactly what I was expecting.

I had a good stay at Cascade in Düsseldorf. The room could use a bit of maintenance, as the locks and main door didn’t function properly, and the heating wasn’t very efficient. Despite these issues, the stay was overall pleasant. I’d rate it 4/5.

Hotel is located off the busiest Immermannstrasse and quiet area close to Rhein and Best Japanese restaurant Hyuga. Very kind staff and great breakfast! Definitely reccomend.

Very helpful and kind personnel! The room was warm and nice. 24h reception that was actually present at the desk (unlike others of the area) . The hotel is very good value for money and despite the mixed reviews, our stay has been good for the most part. The hotel is very well located, a straight road walk to the Königsallee and the Aldstadt. The place is average overall. I stayed there for 3 weeks and I had room on the 5th floor and the lift was not working for 15 days. It’s not great when you come from work tired you have to walk up 5 floors. But the good thing was room was getting cleaned regularly though they skipped a day or two. This is a small but nice hotel just off the main shopping street, which incidently runs parallel to the river. At the other end (a 15 to 20 in walk) of the street is the little street that runs down to the famous and beautiful bridge. The hotel has its own car park (not free) just around the corner. The room was fine for what you pay for it. Location is good but we had to spend 28 euro's a day for parking.

The room was a little small but ok, the staff friendly. The biggest Problem was to find a Parking space for a VAN. The car parks in the area are only designed to 1.80.

If you're just staying for business purposes, it's sufficient. The breakfast is also excellent with a wide variety of items. However, the room is simple and the desk isn't suitable for long periods of work, so it might not be suitable for tourists.

It's a small but very clean and cosy hotel. Not far from Dusseldorf Central train station and old town center. Easy to commute. The price was very expensive due to exhibition show at Messe.

The hotel is clean, tidy and comfortable. It is very close to Dusseldorf Central Station. A three-bed room is also available. There is a simple breakfast. Since the room is close to the road, the sound insulation effect is poor and the noise is loud at night or early in the morning.

The hotel is really close to Little Tokyo, only 7 mins walk and 9 mins walk to Düsseldorf Hbf. It's a little unique as they have 2 buildings which across each others: the reception (and maybe some rooms? Idk) and the hotel rooms where I stayed. The room was quite spacious, clean, but unfortunately they don't have AC so it's too warm to sleep. The bed size was okay, however I don't really like the pillow...

It is near train station, for me was good because needed to go to Coln, but far from downtown. Rooms are good and breakfast fantastic!!
