The service was excellent.

the first eve, it was hot in the room and from 3pm onwards, it was hell cold... i got a big cold, for which i needed to shorten my stay in the hotel. I touched a word with the receptionist the day after and he said he will send a tech guy to check that, as i came back, i found the display showing 30degrees and two covers on my bed, implicating that i just needed to take more covers to withsyand the night which i did. today i just checked out a day before my stay finishes. the night costed 230 euros, obviously they won t refund u, and all what interested the lady was to cash in on the first dinner i had, burger and a the for 21 euros.
summary not worth it, staff is really insolent, u had to wait ages before u get ur breakfadt table ready... i hope this review helps the one or another to decide whether it is a good place to go. i would def say no for the price. i already spoke with our travel desk, so that no client or fellows checks in again a nightmare
