The staff are extremely friendly. The atmosphere is very relaxed. The bar/lobby feels like a living room and is open 24/7. Drinks are charged to your tab in the old-fashioned way and use of the pool table is free. The room was fine. Good beds and blackout curtains. The facilities in the hallway are nice. Ironing, vending machine with snacks and drinks, tea making facilities. Breakfast is good and there is something to enjoy for everyone.
The shower in the triple room is made of glass. You can close the curtain around it, but it's still not ideal for a family with a 13-year-old teenager. It's also a pity that there is no separate toilet.

I had a really positive experience at Ruby Leni Hotel. The staff were friendly and welcoming — special thanks to Donatella, Jesus, and Tin for their great hospitality.
We were a group of people, and everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. The hotel is in a quiet area, with several nice restaurants nearby and easy access to the main road.
The breakfast menu was very good and offered plenty of options to start the day with enough energy.
Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Düsseldorf!

A trendy hotel worth visiting!
First of all, our room (229) was spotless and had beautiful big windows that brought in lots of natural light. The shower was great, and we loved that there were two Marshall speakers to play our own music. On our floor, there was a galley where you could grab free coffee and tea, which was such a nice touch — although sadly, the kettle in our room didn’t work, so we couldn’t enjoy a tea there.
The lobby had a very theatrical and luxurious vibe with plenty of cozy seating to relax and sip a drink. Service was smooth — there’s self check-in and check-out, so everything went super quickly. The cocktails we ordered looked amazing and were definitely Instagram-worthy.
The location is perfect! There’s a hidden cocktail bar just a 3-minute walk away that I’d totally recommend, and if you walk about 13 minutes further, you’ll find yourself in Little Tokyo.

Location is great, near to many attrations, and the train station / underground as well.
The hotel’s lobby is a bar, you can check in at the bartenders, they are the front desk!
The room looked very modern, really gave a nice first impression - white, minimal, clean.
The shower being in the room is quite a look, but coming here with a partner can make things even more interesting.
Breakfast was nice, and the selection was wide.

Very nice hotel close in the city center to the all the city has to offer. The tea and coffee is on the levels in open area, the bed was comfy

We had stayed here for 2 nights. The hotel is at a good location where every spots we planned to visit are at similar walkable distance. The room is very stylish, clean and bright as well as high ceiling. Staff Mia and Tin were extremely friendly. Mia was very kind to show us “off the menu” places to explore. Highly recommended.

The hotel's location is excellent: 15 minutes from the train station and 15 minutes from Altstadt.
A few downsides: cleaning is every third day, not every day. This means you won't get cleaning if you book three nights. Upon check-in, you'll be offered the choice of a voucher for a free drink or cleaning the following day.
The room is bright, and there are shared areas on each floor with an iron, hot water, and tea.

My stay at Leni has been fantastic. Ruby Hotels always have a distinctive atmosphere, and this one is no exception. The building’s history as a theater and its current use as a venue for events create a lively and social vibe.
The rooms are spacious and inviting, with high ceilings adding to the airy feel. I particularly appreciated the in-room TVs with streaming capabilities, a unique feature that I did not find at other Ruby hotels. The added convenience of a floor-level galley for coffee and tea was a pleasant surprise.
The staff, especially Clare and Donatella, were incredibly helpful and friendly. Their warm welcome made my stay even more enjoyable thank you :)

Nice small and quiet hotel. Modern design and fancy but very functional. Nice lobby and cafeteria for the breakfast and drinks by night…Thanks to Adri, Donatella, Mia y Miri for being so kind and nice during my stay at Ruby’s…. Always ready to help and cheerful.
