Last minute booking whilst cycling through Germany. I had some anxiety about parking and storage of our bicycles. The hotel offers secure storage in their garage, anxiety sorted. Hotel was good with comfy beds and good service. Reasonably priced, would stop here again.

very convenient for me, great location. Con: parking situation is terrible! 15 Euro for damaged parking lot. Another Con: breakfast buffet 20 Euro for nothing. (Tip, go the next bakery and buy sandwich and coffee for under 10 Euro)

A special mention for Tobias who offered very good customer service as the Duty Manager. He was warm and friendly and tried his best to resolve issues. He organised a dinner booking at an external restaurant including the taxi booking.The curtains in the room were tatty and dirty. The water in the room was not replaced on our second day.Thank you.

The hotel is best located, 5 to 10 min walking distance from the main station, 10 min to the Bauhaus museum and 15 min to the Bauhaus building. The breakfast is super and serve continental food. The room are huge, clean and the service is good, friendly. Spa is included! The minus come from the repair status. I pay for 4 star Radisson Blu hotel and do expect higher frequency of modern up the hotel

Stayed for 5 nights on a Great Rail Journey's holiday. A modern hotel that can cope with lots of large groups. Very comfortable rooms, good facilities. Self service restaurant food can be a bit hit and miss but generally good choice and value. Helpful staff and located within easy reach of the local attractions.

Rooms are big and clean, Beds are comfortable not too soft. Breakfast is not bad, the pre boiled eggs could be replaced by something other. 7 minutes hard boiled eggs are not really something to enjoy. Coffee is nicely strong.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The staff were especially kind, friendly, and always ready to help, which made me feel very welcome. It was also very convenient that the tram stops directly in front of the hotel, and the city centre is only about 10 minutes away, so getting around was easy. Overall, it was a very comfortable and pleasant experience.

Nice hotel, big room, friendly staff. A little bit out of the city but easy access on foot (15 min) or via the tram. Very close the river which is a nice walk into the old town.

They handled my double payment in a very professional and effcient way. Reliable! The lunch box they prepared for me for my very early departure (at 3:40 AM) is also considerate. It is close to River Elbe for which I would show a few photos below. It would be great to walk at the trail along the river.

Room was quiet and very clean. Mini bar was included. Parking nearby was easy and inexpensive.

We travelled with two small children. The free minibar was only set up for two guests and not anythung for children. We ask for it but hat t was rudly rejected.

Right in the Altstadt. Short walk to Frauenkirche, Neumarkt, Zwinger, Brühlsche Terrasse and the Elbe, and also to the trams and shopping to the south. We liked our room very much, it had plenty of seating to relax in, enough room to move around in, and outlets for our chargers. Bathroom is nice, too. The beer, wine, water and juice in the refrigerator mini-bar is complimentary, and they restock it...

A nice business trip experience.

Stopped in while on a road trip and it was absolutely worth it ! Staff were exceptional (all multi-lingual) and food was epically delicious! Parking was accessible on the street as well as in the rear lot. Well worth a visit if it is your last stop or your first stop in Germany.

Clean and modern. The uncarpeted floor meant you can hear all the luggages and housekeeping equipment being pulled and push outside your room, it’s noisy.

The room was cleaned daily but was a bit shabby. The beds were reasonable. The bathroom was ok, but hot water was fitful and it was not often hot enough to allow a bath. No tea making facilities.There was a safe. Quiet enough. Breakfast was good with a reasonable selection. I'm gluten free and that was catered for. The staff were excellent and very helpful.

Very spacious room, clean and with free self service laundry!

Close to the station. Walking distance to attractions and restaurants. Breakfast is excellent compared to other hotels. The room has a small refrigerator and dishware. Free self-service washing machines and dryers (with soap) are available on the 8th floor.

Beautiful place with exceptional service and facilities. We stayed in the Toscana Suite for four nights, and it was spacious and bright. Every request we made was promptly accommodated in a professional and courteous manner. Breakfast and dinner at the Italian restaurant were excellent. It was clean, well-located, and the room was spacious and comfortable. Aside from the lack of a coffee pot, it was perfect. I brought one after reading other guests' reviews, but there really wasn't one. Haha. A welcome bottle of sparkling water was provided. Breakfast was also decent. In our opinion this is not a 4 star hotel. There are services and elements which is generally associated with a 4 star hotel such as room service, mini bar and air condition. But the rooms are definitely nothing more than standard. The furniture is old looking although the carpet appears to be reasonably new. There are many minor details which further support the impression of not being a 4star hotel...

Pretty run down, in a rather run down area. The whole building smelled of old cooking oil. There was also cigarette smoke in the lobby.

Nice cozy rooms. They got a small (cardio only) fitness room, they also got scrambled eggs for breakfast. What else can you ask for? And Ibis for example has none of that.

The photo/address on this page is misleading. You check in at the main hotel in the Obermarkt, if you pay an extra 20€ you may stay here; otherwise, your actual stay is on Plattnerstraße. A stay without elevators, but all in all, it’s a very clean and well-kept stay.

Interesting building and nice service Historical place with some limitations. The layout of room and bathroom bit strange: room enormous and bathroom very tiny.
