The hotel was ok fairly close to transport and comfortable but a little on the bare bones side the staff were friendly helpful and spoke english

Nice rooms, nice staff, good breakfast buffet, but overall not forth four stars, rather three. Cleanliness was lacking a bit and no tea kettel in room. Air conditioning is good and working, rooms are rather soundproof. Overall, for a four star hotel, I was a bit underwhelmed.

Super charming hotel with spacious clean rooms, nice restaurant and bar and super friendly staff. Its located in a quiet street and, you can park the car outside or in the hotels courtyard for 5 Eur. Super for one night stay or longer.

Very brand new hotel located closed to department store such as Globus, dm, TKMaxx and close fast food restaurant. All stay during this visit such a good memory.

There is both underground and on site parking but there are lots of spots on the street towards it. Check in was without problem, booked through Agoda. Even though it's next to the highway it's surprisingly silent. It's quite far from the city center unless you are on a budget or here for the market halls I wouldn't recommend it.

Room and staff were great! We loved the airco in the room and the breakfast particularly. When we booked, we paid almost 120 euro per night. However, during our stay the price was about half of that. This felt disappointing, because we paid in full. During the booking process, we were not notified about the free parking in the street next to the hotel. Centrally located, commuting to the City centre was simple and easy. Also they have a good breakfast spread.

I had stayed for 2 week in room with Kitchen. There is a seperated bed room, living room and kitchen. Rooms look newly furnished. Washroom is having heating arrangement and bathtub. Kitchen is not having microwave oven and toster. Supermarket are very near and bus stop is just bellow hotel. Also city center and beautiful attractions 5-10 mins away.

Superior room was ideal for a few days as it’s nicely renovated and decorated. 20-30 walk to main attractions and some good value restaurants and supermarket close by. Bonus parking too.

Not exactly altstadt, but rather a 15 minute walk from the main attractions. Still, very good location. The hotel bar is nice, and the staff is friendly. No laundry facilities despite what is mentioned on Hotels.com

We did not get the room, which I ordered. It is not very comfortable, when you travel with 3 kids and you expect some service, for example kitchenete at the room. But at least we saved some money.

Breakfast was served from 7 until 11. Parking nearby without extra cost was possible. The receptionist gave us two cartons of water for free when we checked out.

Hotel with nice view to Elbe My stay was nice without any problem. Hotel is located a bit far from evening attraction but provides ferry tickets for each day in order to get to the other side of Elba river and Bad Schandau.

Boat over the Elbe connects hotel to center of Bad Schandau and start of hiking routes to natural park Sächsischer Schweitz. Good breakfast, OK restaurant and another option for dinner nearby. Clean rooms, nice staff.

Very disappointed with people at reception we tried to call many times during morning and nobody picked the phone. When we get there the gentleman at the reception looked like he is not even from the hotel and the reception smelled like an ashtray. The receptionist hasn't been helpful at all and was a bit rude. I booked a hotel room for one adult and two children, but was mistakenly told I was booked for a double room. I was flustered, but the staff upgraded me to a family room, which allowed me to enjoy a comfortable stay. I'm not sure where the mistake was, but they were very helpful and friendly. great location literally on the river. My room was small but very clean, bed was comfortable and I slept right through the night. The downstairs space has a luxury feel to it, open plan, plenty of seating that lends itself well to sitting by yourself or encourages you to speaking with others. Location is great, would definitely stay again.

This is a nice hotel in the center of Stolberg. The rooms are nice and spacious - we stayed in the annex behind the main building and were very happy with our room. The beds were soft but still comfortable and there is a stream behind the hotel which makes a soothing sound during the night. The staff is very friendly and accommodating and made us want to come back… and we probably will.

Amazing hotel on the main square of this beautiful old town. The town is great to walk around and well preserved. The spa of the hotel was clean and good with a huge pool! Service was great and the breakfast amazing with a lot of choice and local food too. Amazing place to stay!

Stolberg is a nice little town to visit and location of hotel is almost at mid-point of town. The room was good and clean. The staff at reception were really nice, welcoming, and helpful.

This Hotel was delightful and is a hidden Jem! The hotel is completely new and is of the highest standard, I have ever stayed. The quality of the Room and service was of a the highest standard and the food and Service was Michelin quality. Not being a German speaker did not matter as most of the staff could also speak fluent English.

I spent a weekend at the Hotel am Gutspark and I can definitely recommend it. Great breakfast I had requested a king bed and bathtub. I know it was only a request, but I got neither. There were 2 twin beds in a king frame and the bed was so firm that I could not sleep on it.
