Nice hotel. Very near train station. Walk able to many very nice restaurants nearby. Check in queue was 25 minutes. Just one receptionist supporting the front desk. So patience was needed.

Firstly this is a Moxy, they have a unique brand identity and this hotel is fully on brand with that. The service at this hotel really stood out, staff member at the desk most of the time (team lead I think) was very professional and accommodating. Rooms are small but practical (in line with the brand). Location is by one of the two main train stations and a tram line.

Hotel is in ok condition. Staff is nice, with the exception of one lady in restaurant, which is so rude and disrespectful on treatment of the guests. Rooms are a little old, not air condition available. In family rooms, they don’t offer queen beds for families, just offer two single beds and a very hard sofa bed. About what you can expect from a 3 star hotel in Germany: average hotel with employees that don't speak or don't want to speak English. The bed was comfortable so we got a good night's sleep. The room was big and nice but the shower was a problem as it wets the whole bathroom, making it a mess. It is conveniently located near the train station and a small mall.

Although the hotel felt old overall, it wasn't a problem for a one-night stay. There was dust and mold on the windowsill, so I wish they'd cleaned it more thoroughly. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful, but the restaurant staff at the hotel where I had dinner were rude and the food was subpar.

Hotel doesn’t have AC and the church bells ring every 15 minutes for 5 minutes sometimes longer. Overall okay hotel but tough to sleep with open windows and extremely loud church bells in the early morning hours.

A very romantic hotel.. All the employees were very kind. The rooms are spacious, clean. You get a key like from the Middle Ages, to really feel like you are in a castle. The breakfast is excellent. The surroundings with the gardens are beautiful. We really enjoyed it.
