Great breakfast but noisy We loved our trip to Wittenburg which was a beautiful little town on the Elbe. This hotel was conveniently located, and the breakfast was great. I would probably stay somewhere else next time, only because the rooms were small and it was noisy next to the train tracks and main road and people would stand outside talking and smoking so it was hard to sleep with the window open

The staff was helpful but the hotel never left the 80's. Of real concern was a fire alarm on our first night there, total confusion and the fire department never did arrive. It's a good hotel for a night or two but it appears to be mostly for transient workers now. Again the staff was very helpful and friendly.

Very good hotel with easy access to Luther’s Museums.

Friendly front desk, good breakfast buffet. Convenient to walk to / through the Altstadt.

Proximity to area we wanted to visit was great.

We enjoyed our beautiful 3-night stay at Hotel Zum Bär in early Dez while enjoying the Quedlinburg Weihnachtsmarkt. It is advised to make a reservation as the place was busy. I alread made one in the afternoon when we passed by. Service is decent. Prices are good. But the schnitzels were ordered were huge. Probably 2 persons can eat with one order. they had nice veggies and potatoes. Good beers as well.

Most centrally located place you can choose in Quedlinburg, yet quiet at night. Great service and attention to details (received a lot of chocolate for Easter), excellent breakfast buffet with freshly made Cappuccino and dog and kids friendly. Free parking just 100 m from the hotel at Pölle 4 (entering into the courtyard via a small gate).

Nice gaststätte in the center of beautiful Quedlinburg. Sat by the window with a good view of the market place. Had some great tasting soups (gulasch and soljanka). Fair price. Not many vegetarian options but the baked camembert with salad was fine.

Great hotel on Quedlinburg's Marktplatz -- parking on site behind the hotel, and the room was clean and quiet. I was leaving before breakfast was served, so they thoughtfully made me a wonderful to-go bag.

The hotel is located right at the one end of the market square. The room was cozy and comfortable. The room window opened up with a view of the market square but surprisingly it was not noisy even on Sunday in mid July. The breakfast was very good. I had a chance to try several kinds of cheeses and cold cuts that were local to the Harz region.

Sehr schönes Hotel in ruhiger Lage. Moderne, großzügige Zimmer. Spielzimmer für die Kleinen und Freizeit raum mit Tischtennisplatte für die Größeren /Großen. Kostenlose Saunanutzung ist top. Frühstück war sehr lecker und ausgewogen. Abendessen war auch sehr schmackhaft.

Very friendly staff. We had a large spacious room for 2 adults and 1 child. The food was varied and there was also enough for our daughter. We used the bowling alley. The sauna was heated up just for us on request. There you could possibly make everything a little more comfortable. There are enough possibilities for excursions. Consistently positive

Just recently I was passing through the region on my business trip to Berlin and stayed at the hotel for 2 days. I was received by a very kind and beautiful receptionist (she appeared Latin, maybe Brazilian or similar) that gave me also a tour of the hotel. Hotel is very nice, location is fantastic - just next to the motorway. Rooms are cosy, clean and very modern. Staff is so helpful, always smiling and full of enthusiasm. Breakfast is amazing, tasty and there is plenty of selection.

Rooms are ok, clean and my room had the biggest spider and spiderwebi have yet seen in a hotelroom. -I left him alone for the next guest. Breakfast was ok. Nothing fancy.

Best night we had in Germany. Very comfortable hotel.

Very nice place to stay after we rode our motorbikes from Krakow. We had no problems booking the room for four guys. Two rooms within one, quite unusual but fitted the bill perfectly. Very clean and tidy. I would recommend it to anyone who is traveling wanting an hotel.

We liked taking a walk in the park and seeing the Burg. Plus, we ate at Lilly's and walked there too!

The hotel has a nice atmosphere and is around 20 km from Chemnitz. Easily accessible from the highway with plenty of parking spaces. The hotel rooms are clean and functional. The bed is very small - very unusual. I didn't think the kitchen was really good. The entrecot was a real disaster (size, Taste, quality), and the breakfast buffet wasn't good either. Overall, there are better places in Chemnitz

This is the place where you wanna celebrate your wedding for sure. I would. Is so romantic and a special place. Close to the medieval castle. I love the garden and the open space available here. Architecture is also awesome, medieval style.

Gorlitz We enjoyed our visit to Gorlitz specifically staying in Selsia hotel.

We organized a week long conference at this hotel attended by 10 people from the US and Poland. It was absolutely perfect. We were so well looked after by the staff. The conference room had a massive TV which was perfect for our needs. The Manager, Rolf, spoke perfect English and took care of our nightly dinner reservation needs. Pleasant enough quirky boutique hotel, paid and free parking available and just a short walk from the old town.

A historical hotel very charmful. The room we had on the Elb was very nice, large and well fitted and the view is so resting. The restaurant is good, not expensive for the place and the dinner on the terrace is magical.

Great Spa. Watch out though, it appears to be closed on Sundays. Decent breakfast, rooms were clean. Right opposite the historic elevator which is a great place to take in the golden hour with a nice beverage 🥂

Nice hotel in a perfect environment for a hiking vacation with a confortable stay (+sauna!). The staff was nice and accomodating.

We attended the Christmas night ballroom dance and had a lovely time. The ballroom is beautiful and has a really nice floor. The music was good. We discovered dance by chance and went because we were staying nearby. We will be going back next Christmas. Update we have been coming every year for the dance except during covid.

food was average but I give 4 stars mainly because of waiters which were generally quite nice and normal. I found it to be an exception in the area of Sachsische Schweiz

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hotel Theophano. Our room was spacious, clean, and quiet. The bed was very comfortable. The hotel staff was friendly, efficient, and helpful. The breakfast buffet had plenty of choices. If we return to Quedlinburg, we will definitely stay here again!

We booked this hotel a year in advance as we know during Christmas market time is very busy and we requested a room with view of market on the 2nd floor. Where we had stayed once before and had fantastic views from every window in our room. When we finally arrived after searching for their parking ( very difficult to find) we checked in & were told our room was not on the 2nd floor as requested but...

Brilliant location, genially restored building, the rooms are large with all modern comforts but keep a romantic old flair. The personnel is kind and attentive. Breakfast wasn’t bad but kept being smaller or larger according to...no one knows what!

A very pleasant hotel with cozy and friendly atmosphere. It’s located at the centre of the town. We loved this historic building (over 300 years old) and yet the room is well equipped and the interior is newly refurbished. Very nice breakfast.

They had both hot breakfast(scrambled eggs,sausage and bacon) and various cold items prepared early in the morning. Room was fitted with a mini bar refrigerator and mini canisters of nuts for very reasonable prices. Coffee was delicious! Water pressure was excellent too.

Nice little hotel. The rooms are clean and modern. The staff are very friendly and respond to requests. The breakfast is plentiful and it is constantly being refilled. There are sufficient parking spaces and a chargeable charging station for e-cars. The dinner was also very good and reasonably priced.

Not easy to park if you have a car otherwise the hotel is excellent

The reception staff were really friendly and welcoming. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with a cozy bed that made for a good night’s sleep. The bathroom was spotless and stocked with fresh towels. The location was convenient, just a 15-minute tram ride from Leipzig Hbf, with the tram stopping right on the front street. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Leipzig!

I stayed here for one night. The room was clean, the staff was friendly, and the breakfast was delicious. The most important point for me: unfortunately, I forgot a personal item in the room. I contacted the hotel the next day, and they quickly responded and arranged for it to be sent back to me via post. I was very pleased; it was very kind and responsible of them. Awesome Hotel located along the S4 tram which makes it easy to get to. The rooms are well kept and the beds are very comfortable. They have an honesty bar out back which is great if you want peace and quiet or if you need to work on your laptop. Bathrooms are well equipped and decently spaced. Good service and breakfast, comfortable beds and well sized rooms. We stayed on the 2nd floor with street view, there you could get the noise of the street also in the night. So stay on a higher floor. The hotel is on a good location, there a few tram stations around where you can get quickly (10-15min) into the city center and to the zoo. Also supermarket and several restaurants are nearby.

The hotel met our expectations. The rooms were small but functional. The staff was very friendly. Only the breakfast was a little disappointing on one day (Saturday). The staff failed to restock the breakfast buffet in time, so we had to wait a while until everything was available again. Overall, though, it's a recommendable hotel.

Hotel is in the absolute middle of nowhere and I wouldn't like to arrive here after dark on my own. The beds are comfy, the staff are nice, the rooms are quiet. Vending machine with bottled beer.

They have air conditioning!! The rooms are compact, but that's not bad for me at all. Comfortable beds as well. The staff were so cool, very helpful and friendly.

Convenient location and clean rooms. Extremely cramped room, twin bed room has less than 30cm space between the foot of the bed and the wall. Breakfast is convenient but more expensive than McDonald's.

I have been staying at this wonderful hotel regularly since June 2024. The rooms are just great, the breakfast is top notch, the buffet is lovingly prepared and there is a great selection, everything you could wish for. There is also everything you need for a nice, relaxing vacation, especially if you want to do sports in the hotel's own facilities. I can highly recommend it and will come back again...

We ate here in the beer garden and it was delicious. Service is friendly. Location is currently under renovation, that's why one point less, because toilet use is only possible to a limited extent.

The park is wonderful. The room was clean. I didn't really know where the sauna and other extra things were. There is 3 building and you need to move outside between them. The breakfast was in an other building. Th breakfast was ok.

This place is amazing!! We left Holland to support Ukraine with food, clothing and medicin. After allmost e days of barelly sleeping we arrived here 5:30AM. We could sleep untill 12 and leave at one and still pay for only one night. This is the we needed. Thanks to the lady (who spoke very good English as well) for helping us when we had nowhere else to go

Very small rooms, very small shower, the smallest tv and the worst and slowest internet I ever experienced in hotel rooms.. H+ Hotel for example is more cheaper and there is bigger TV and 200Mb/s internet. For exampe, here, if you get lucky, you get 5mbps. Not suitable for business trip where you need good and reliable internet connection.

Place is super clean with nice decoration and lighting, carpets are a bit old but still super clean, lovely staff.
