Location: p. Agia Pelagia, 22 km from the international airport and 18 km from the centre of Heraklion. A bus stop is 2.5 km from the hotel, opposite the Capsis hotel.

Consists of two three-storey buildings.

Beach: public sandy beach "Paramore" or pebble "Mononaftis" (900 m away), 3 line. The hotel provides Shuttle service to the beach (bus stop in Agia Pelagia, in front of hotel Capsis). Had a wonderful time at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The food was excellent, with plenty of variety and great quality. Everything was perfectly clean, with towel changes every two days, which we really appreciated. All amenities were well-maintained. A truly family-friendly place—highly recommended!

As far as availability for access to the local bay, the 10 o'clock last shuttle made things inconvenient as the hotel had no sport or entertainment

Got there quite early,so just expected to sit around with luggage.
No the wonderful Stella on reception checked me in,looked after my luggage and allowed me to take full advantage of the All Inclusive facilities. Even though my room wouldn't be ready foe afew hours.
Everything was wonderful the view, the food, the drinks, the service. Cant rate this little hidden gem of a hotel.
Miss it at your peril.

The room facilities were just ok, the light of the bathroom was not working and we needed to ask fixing it right after our check in at 9pm. Air conditioning was noisy and didn’t work properly. The 3rd bed had springs making you very uncomfortable and we asked to change in a better one. The staff was kind and resolved our issues without problems. The hotel offered a all inclusive formula that attracted us, but in reality was like an office canteen just enoug to fill your stomach. Nothing really special, more or less same food everyday. The swimming pool was nice even if we didnt use much as we preferred going to the beach. The hotel offers a shuttle bus to the nearest beach in Agia Pelagia. Overall I was not satisfied.

stayed here for a week and overall great service, delightful food variety (get the puddings too!), lovely cocktails. great accommodation would defo stay again, however location not the best as had to get expensive taxis to heraklion & activities etc. would recommend if you are a chill couple or small family holiday! ..only bad thing was the tiny room showers and no amenities in the room. met chrissey too (owner) whom was lovely and chatty. Thank you for a lovely stay overall!

Good hotel for this price. Very good buffet style food. A lot of different dishes are available in their restaurant. Meals are really delicious. Staff is kind. Beautiful sea view. If you want to walk to the beach it takes 25 min fortunately they have shuttle bus with very kind bus driver))
Municipal beach is okay there are places with rocks as well as with sand
This hotel is very good for place for all inclusive vacation.

We stayed for a week and found it great value for money. Helpful receptionists & bartenders. Variety of buffet food with drinks. They offer shuttle to nearby beach and also good recommendations on places to visit :)
