I stayed at the hotel for five days, and everything was excellent! I've never stayed in a place where the hotel staff were so nice and went to such great lengths to make you feel at home. Really lovely people, and overall the hotel offers great value for the money

The hotel has the great and helpful staff. The room was clean and modern. We had view right on the sea. Right from the hotel are stairs to the sea. Breakfast was fresh with a lot of options.

Mixed feelings about the hotel. The location is great and that helps them very much, vlose to the sea and a high view. But apart from that its a little strange. We spent a week at Denise Beach Hotel and it was absolutely dreamy! The staff is kind and went the extra mile to ensure we were comfortable and satisfied! Since the first moment we arrived there we waited to the reception about 40 minutes because no one was there. The room was clean cozy and good for the price. The bed was comfortable . Absolutely brilliant. Staff excellent. They are totally dedicated to you. They really become your family. Clean bedding and towels almost daily. Views are amazing..... Very nice quiet place with an amazing view. Close to a touristic beach that is fun for one or two days and whatever shops and rentals you might need. Great breakfast and dinner with vegetarian options. Very friendly staff. The water is heated by solar energy so that might be a bit uncomfortable, but I personally value the ecological side of it. A very priceworthy hotel located in a rather quiet area of Zakynthos. There are a couple of restaurants within walking distance but I would recommend renting a car if staying here to be able to fully enjoy the area and the island.

Very nice place for families and couples. It is closed to Porto Roma beach (less than 10 minutes on foot) and there is also a supermarket just outside the hotel and this is a good point because you have the chance to cook in your room. The last but not the least, it is quite cheap! :)

Wifi is not working, or it is working extremely slow. You need to pay 6 euro for air conditioner. Breakfast is 7 euro and it is ok. Personel is kind, but you will not get any additional tea (if you will drink the one from room)

Just returned from another fabulous stay at the seaview and each time we see what keeps us coming back. The apartments are comfortable ,extremely clean ,well maintained with superb views.the hosts are amazing and there isn't anything too much for them.

Easiest 5 stars I’ve ever given! I’m sat here now on the lawn, the water lapping not 50feet away. Room: Excellent.
