A little dated… breakfast below average

The rooms are beautiful, ours had a sea view. The staff work tirelessly but all are friendly and polite. There is extensive choice for breakfast, lunch and dinner in the restaurant as well as some nice snacks during the day at the pool bar. My daughter and I went in August but the hotel was surprisingly not too busy which we appreciated. We will definitely return.

The room has a private swimming pool, and the kids are so happy. It is very close to the beach, just a short walk away. The beds are clean and tidy, and the service staff are friendly.

Amazing couples full body massage. I had Nora who was amazing, very tentative and my partner had Nickita, it was my partners first massage and he said he was amazing, pressure applied was great. Nice hotel on Zakynthos. The rooms are basic but have everything you need. The beds are comfortable. The food is of good quality, with enough variety to easily last a full week. There is fun entertainment such as pub quizzes and small cooking workshops. The pool is clean. Overall, a more than decent hotel for a relaxing holiday in Greece.

I recommend to book the room with the sundeck; you get a lot of sun during the afternoon even though the pool is not heated. The staff at check in and breakfast and all over the property are very friendly and hospitable!

We made a great choice by choosing this hotel. We arrived late on our first night in Zhajin and were given a free room upgrade. On our departure day, since our flight was in the evening and the weather was bad, they let us check out at 5 PM, which was a free extra for our group's airport transfer. Our room was beautiful, boasting gorgeous ocean views, a spacious in-room soaking tub, and a very large balcony. We are just back from another stay at Villa Contessa. We always have such a quiet and relaxing holiday there. All needs are catered for by the wonderful host Spiros. He booked our car hire and a taxi to the airport. Also little things like a bottle of water and some wine in the fridge for our arrival. Everyone here went above and beyond. Mary and her son Dimitris are so welcoming and make sure you have everything you need. Cannot recommend Shellona enough. They have a restaurant next door Sanpiero that is delicious and you’re right on the beach! What else could you ask for.

This is the second time we stayed here. Amazing hospitality and modern room design! The room was getting cleaned daily and you have every equipment you may need. Also very close to the beach where you will have free sunbeds and umbrella. We'll definitely visit again!

We stayed in a room overlooking the pool. It was beautiful. The rooms and general areas are spotless. The staff are very friendly and courteous. Breakfast has a good choice of hot and cold food.
