Room was clean, comfortable with all the conveniences. Breakfast was excellent with many choices. Staff was always available and there was a quiet lounge with books and TV.
Staff was courteous but the TV in the room only worked for 5 min.every time you’d turn it on.,we found blond hair strands in the room after 2 days!
This was easily one of the cleanest rooms I have ever stayed in. The hotel is spotless from top to bottom. The location is quite central, which is great. However, be careful with the parking lots nearby as they close early. I managed to convince an attendant by leaving my keys and agreeing to pick up the car the next day. The hotel staff was incredibly polite and genuine. I will definitely choose this...
Overall, the best feature of the hotel is its perfect location. It’s within walking distance of the most significant sights in the central part of the city and is perfectly located near both the subway and the bus lines. It’s good value for the price, but the rooms may feel a bit small for some people — my Premium Double Room was even smaller than a standard European double room. There was barely ...
We spent in Athens one night only at this hotel. Location was very good in the Plaka area, it was our first time in the city. We loved the area, with lots of nice restaurants and shops around, safe and easy to walk back and forth to the . Also walking distance to Acropolis and all the major atractions. Check in was fast, bedding was very nice, at the room, bath robes, slippers and nice towels. Our...

We stayed at Meni Hotel & Apartments for several nights during our visit to Athens and had a pleasant experience overall. The location is very convenient, just a short walk from Metaxourgeio Metro Station, making it easy to explore major attractions like the Acropolis, Plaka, and Monastiraki. Despite being central, the neighborhood is fairly quiet at night. The room was modern, clean, and well-equipped...
We spent four days at the Meni Hotel in Athens, Psaron 9. It was a great choice. The hotel is very clean and the staff is friendly and professional. They speak excellent English and are very informative. Thank you to all the staff, especially Mr. Yiannis and the lovely Jessica♥️ 9-13/6/2025 Note for improvement: The air conditioning system is fixed at a certain temperature and does not change.
No complaints. Basic needs met no glitz or glam but fine by my standards. Location on the outskirts but transportation easy to grab. Service bueno.
It is a very nice hotel with clean floors and rooms, and excellent personnel. Definitely a good place to stay. Near to subway station. Supermarkets and restaurants
The location of the hotel is quite convenient, the hotel room is also OK, but the surrounding streets do not feel safe
Great location, very close to the Acropolis

Great staff and location, if we return to Athens we’d love to stay here again
This Boutique Hotel was very clean, was in a great location and the Staff were very helpful and Friendly.. We got off the cruise ship early and they got us into a room so quickly. Thank you for everything
The room was clean. We were expecting a balcony and it was just a window with no view. The staff were friendly and helpful. Know that it’s a walk up there us an elevator but it is only used for luggage (only big enough for one person) And the breakfast options were ok.
Staff is helpful, close to shops, restaurants, cafe, etc. A/C does not cool well, hallway light is on timer so its dimmed, bathroom is small, elevator is small.
I loved this hotel, especially the location. It was close to the Piazzale Roma which is the drop off for the bus from the airport and close to the people mover if taking that to a cruise. It was also not a bad walk to St Mark's Basilica. I actually preferred being outside the crowds. The hotel staff was amazing and very helpful. I highly recommend this hotel if in Venice!
Great location, great view of the Acropolis from the rooftop. There's a delicious bakery on the corner.

It's an awesome stay. Have had relaxing time sitting at the balcony overlooking to the great acropolis. Nice view and such a strategic location to all sightseeing places. Hotel owners personalized reception is impressive.
Perfect breakfast, very nice and kind people, always ready to help and make sure the guests have a great time. keep up the goob job guys.
Great location. The staff was very helpful and kind. The breakfast was very good in quality and portions. Rooms are good and well equipped. Not having a helpdesk 24/7 can be somewhat uncomfortable for some people. Overall a good experience; will stay again
Great location and service. Quiet, but we were there off-season. I think it might be noisy during high season as the strip it’s on is full of restaurants with street patios.
The Thissio View is a very nice hotel and its name is well deserved. The view of the Acropolis from our room balcony was…just wow. As a first-time visitor to Athens, I found the location to be perfect. It’s a short walk to the nearest metro station and only slightly farther to most of the sights I wanted to see. Having a balcony overlooking Apostolou Pavlou was very pleasant as we wound down in the...

We love the location and the terrace. They let us store our luggage. Excellent service.
I highly recommend this hotel. It’s centrally located in Athens, within walking distance to all major attractions. There are plenty of restaurants and a convenience store nearby. The rooftop bar is fantastic, making it a great choice for solo travelers or couples. Less than 5 mins walk to train station
Location and staff are great! Church bells make some noise at odd hours, also pretty loud from the street. Could not figure out how to make the aircondition work, and the elevator is shared with the rooftop restaurant so sometimes theres a wait.

We stayed in this apartment for 3 nights. Everything was well thought out and perfect. The apartment is only a 2-minute walk to Monastiraki Square and very close to everywhere. This accommodation is all about its amazing location—perfectly situated for exploring Athens and truly what made my short stay incredible. Very nice apartment. Good price and location not far away from a Subway station and easy to find. Lots of restaurants nearby. Apartment has a fridge, microwave. I recommend it for people who are willing to pay a bit more than hostels, per night per person. 40€ per person is a good price!
We had a wonderful stay at this apartment with our family! The place was very clean, well-maintained, and located in a quiet neighborhood—perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. It's also conveniently close to all the main attractions, so getting around was easy in the city centre. Highly recommended!

The staff were so kind, and my room was exceptional! The perfect stay.
Beware of the location. Very central which comes at a cost of being able to sleep. The room we were in was right above restaurants that would play loud music until 3am. The TV and the bed frame was broken. So take that for what you will. Overall it was a pretty good 6 nights, but buyer beware.
The room is quiet, the bed is comfortable, very clean, nice decoration. Amazing location, it's very close to the restaurants, to the acropolis, it's very easy to get the main landmarks. The staff is friendly and kind, the area is safe.
We had 3 rooms for 2 nights. Fabulous location, and staff went out of their way to be helpful
Affordable Option Location is ideal, walkable to sights and dining. Our room specifically had a sewage stench coming from the bathroom and shower. Towels smelled moldy. Unfortunately we found and were bitten by a bed bug on the second night of the stay.

The room and bathroom were very clean. Bed was comfortable. Parking was sparse. Only a few stalls available but there was parking on the street close by. The breakfast was good. Had hot and cold food choices. Staff were all very friendly
Hotel was pretty good, but warm in the room, bathroom small and needing an update, noisy by the busy road. Breakfast was good, staff very nice.
I had a pleasant stay at Hotel London. The hotel was good overall and quite affordable for what it offered. Well, I don’t think a night at this hotel is worth €100. The hotel is old, and the rooms definitely need renovation. But okay, you can still get a good night’s sleep in the bed. We loved the location of this hotel! We had a little trouble with our door lock but someone came over promptly to help us. A non-hotel hotel. Staff were great. Room tidy.
This will be somewhat mixed. While the room was very nice and clean, there was no staff present, no proper check in, the neighborhood is very sketchy, there is no clear sign where the hotel even is! The location was perfect, very near metro station to get to and from airport. It was also within walking distance to Acropolis, Minastiraki, restaurants etc. The street turned lively at night with the little stalls selling souvenirs. The staffs were friendly. Aesthetically the room wasn’t the best and was quite small BUT it had everything we needed for 7 days trip.
The location was perfect! The staff was kind and helpful! Our only complaint would be that the shower didn’t have a door so the water got all over the floor. The AC didn’t work great, but we were there during extremely hot weather.
Phidias Hotel is a fantastic choice in the heart of Athens! Great location, friendly staff, and clean, comfortable small rooms. Perfect for exploring the city!
Great hotel to stay, in an awesome location.
The location is great, it's 5 minutes walk from the old city, and outside of the hotel there are many restaurants and bars. Great price, great location, great staff… There is also a restaurant downstairs but I only ate there once. It was really good though and reasonably priced. Though I did see ashtrays in hallways, I did not smell any smoke at all. With the exception of some loud talking from the people across the hall a few times, the place was very quiet. There was a heavy plastic “shade” door(which made the room pitch...
Bad things: The top sheets on the beds need renewing (there was a lot of old stains and it looked a bit shabby). As well as the shower curtain. Only the restaurant downstairs looks new, so don't be fooled by the...

It's worth the money you pay. The hotel is dated and there are deficiencies all around. In one room the fridge did not work and in another the safe didn't work. Beautiful hostel. Really clean and the team were super friendly and kind. The courtyard is a great little spot to sit with a book and relax after a day out. Thank you so much!
It was fine for my purposes but it was very noisy with no sound insulation at all. You hear everything from the other rooms and the area outside your door. For me, the location was perfect, within easy walking distance to where I needed to be. There are nice coffee shops nearby. It’s a hostel, not a hotel, adjust expectations accordingly.
This is an awesome hostel, not too big. Lovely staff and a really cool area. If you're looking for somewhere super close to the tourist attractions, this is maybe not for you as it is about 15 minutes from the centre. It's got a great social life in the communal area. I would make sure you're not a light sleeper as noise travels easily in this place. You will hear all the doors closing anywhere inside
My room in the yard was damp, unfortunately. There was an unpleasant smell due to the humidity.
Lovely place to stay Friendly staff and immaculate facilities. Hostel designed like my grandparent's home 😄
It was clean and staff were friendly but just had a few issues. I stayed in the private room, which is in the courtyard so you hear everything from people in the courtyard and main floor. The wifi was also a bit spotty in that room.

The staff at the hotel were very friendly, so I can't fault them for their service. The area of the hotel is incredibly sketchy and rough and looks like something out of a horror film, especially at night. Ideally central city location adjacent to the Metro rasy access to bus lines. Efficient and friendly staff cleand and comfortable rooms. A case of “love at first stay” simply won me
Clean and comfortable, this hotel is just a few minutes' walk to the port to catch an island ferry. Most of the rooms appear to be at the front, facing the main road, which is a little noisy until late evening, but we still slept OK. There isn't a restaurant for lunch or dinner (just breakfast), but there are plenty of good restaurants around in the streets behind the hotel.
Stayed one night after getting the ferry and before getting a flight home. Not far from the port or the metro. Good breakfast
It's a great budget hotel close to the 9th pier. Lively neighborhood, close to shops and restaurants at the square.
