Polyxenia Suites in Rethymno

We had a very spacious room when staying as a family of four. Air conditioning helped tackling the hot weather, and the balcony was the cherry on top of the cake, we had a great view of the town and sat there in the evening watching life go by while sipping some Raki. Giannis our host was extremely helpful at all times, always going above and beyond to make us feel at home. We will definitely stay there again if we go back ro Rethymno.

Loved staying here ,walk to everything and the host Giannis is fantastic. Truly a gem of an experience.

Me and my partner had a great experience at this boutique hotel! It was super clean and central, and the host was extremely helpful with everything! They even helped us get a taxi to the airport! Will be back here for sure!

It's the definition of the Cretan hospitality, the owner Giannis was more than hospitable for us and the best guy you want to welcome you.
We had a complimentary chocolate cake (made from owner's mother 2 hours before our arrival and we can assure that he wasn't lying 😋) along side with some homemade wine and raki from his father.
Exactly in the center with an incredible view to the old town, the sea and mountains. It's the best option for a long stay in Rethymno, very close to the central bus station and the beach.
Also very clean and with daily housekeeping service which is excellent.
First and only choice for my stay on my next visit in Rethymno ❤️

10 weeks of travelling and this is the best. Great host, great accommodation and great location. Gianniss greeted us on arrival with a huge friendly smile and he is an amazing host, our unit was in the square right next to a beautiful church and sitting on the balcony was a pleasure with the many restaurants and shops below. All 3 nights at the Polyxenia suites was the best, there was cake made by his mother on arrival as well as homemade drinks and cold water in the fridge. WE WILL RECOMMEND THIS TO EVERYONE
